After doing some shopping, we came back to our room and it stunk of weed. I did tell a worker nearby and she went to check it out, but couldn't find exactly where it was coming from. The washer and dryer were one of the cheaper ones we have used on this vacation, so that was nice. If you want waffles, don't plan on getting them here - the waffles just stick and they don't have non stick spray to use. When aslee, the worker said they are only to spray it once and it should work - well by the time we got my waffle out, it was hard and not edible. The hotel itself was very clean and beds and pillows comfortable. We would stay here again

Free parking, nice lobby with snack shop area, room easy to access, beds and bathroom were comfortable. My only complaint is that there was some reason weird stuff on the walls. Just seems like cleaning crew could do a little better in areas besides the bed/bath.

Excellent for the price. On a roadtrip passing through and was having difficulty finding good reviews for hotel that was pet friendly. From other reviews this looked like our best option and it didn’t disappoint. Easy check in process and extremely friendly staff who was excited to greet our dog who was with us. Everything was very clean and room had all we needed. Property was well lit outside, easy to get to and felt safe.

Fantastic! It's been my "go to" place to/from WI and AZ the last 2 years. Very friendly staff, quick and easy checkin, large, safe parking area, convenient location with many restaurant options, clean room, very comfortable bed, workout room, and other nice amenities. Plenty of breakfast food options and hot coffee 24/7. The lobby is very inviting and has comfortable seating and computer for guest use. Everything I need for my overnight stay.

Exceptional! Updated hotel with nice lobby, safe location near restaurants and highway, great eating area, very nice selection of breakfast food. Eggs and sausage were prepared well. My room was small, but it was all I needed. Nicrowave and refrigerator in good working order. Gym equipment was high quality and worked well. Hot coffee available 24/7. And staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommended this hotel.

1. The rooms for a single queen was the size of a dorm room. It works fine for a single person however for 2 people it is very cramped. Also the dryer, since it cost 2.00 to wash 2.00 to dry and 2.00 for laundry detergent the dryers should only take one time to completely dry your cloths. However it did not. I ended up hanging our cloths in our room to dry. So the room really did become like a dorm room. I probably will not stay at this property again.

This hotel is "okay." I stayed one night, and I wasn't really impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The location was good and the Mexican restaurant in the parking lot is excellent. The staff was friendly, and my room was small but adequate. The treadmill in the workout room is worn out and won't keep speed. This place just needs a little TLC and it could be nicer.

Check in was wonderful on site but upon booking I asked not to be placed by stairs or elevators and I was placed right in front of a stairwell. I wanted an area where it was quieter but it wasn’t. Air conditioning was squeaky when it turned off, sounded like an old door squeaking. Someone was next door and heard a baby crying all night. Also heard all of second floor stomping all hours of the night. Bed was alright and clean. I used to work many years for sleep inn and did an inspection myself. But….. Shower curtain and tub was filthy. Even though we stayed one night, We did not even use the shower. The shower curtain had yellow/pinkish mold on the bottom and someone’s blue body soap all over the side of it. We stayed and left. Room served it’s purpose.

This hotel is old and dingy. The shower was gross with mold in areas; the bed had a sinkhole in the middle; the office chair had white stains on the seat; more water came out the faucet than the shower head so low water pressure. The breakfast was not appetizing. The only good thing was the nightlight mirror.

It was easy to check in. Staff were super friendly. Beds were comfortable. Made for a really good night sleep. Room was very clean. Breakfast options went above and beyond what we were expecting. Plenty of hot and cold items to choose from. Definitely the best bang for your buck. I would definitely come back.

We were in St Robert for one night and this hotel had excellent reviews and did not disappoint. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was a great addition. We would stay here again for sure. Highly recommended.

A !!!! Highly recommended!! All the positive reviews about this hotel were true! First of all, the hotel staff was amazing and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. From the night shift receptionist Chelsea who checked us in fast despite arriving late to the day Manager Jena who made sure we left with everything we needed before continuing our journey. Breakfast options were also good, healthy, and hearty. Thank you again! Keep up the good service! We’re definitely coming back!

Staff were mostly brilliant except for the girl who told us our booking didn’t exist (had been there 2 nights already) and there was nothing that could be done when I asked to move room because housekeeping hadn’t done anything for 3 days and the room smelt like mildew (checked out straight away). It’s a shame because the manager and most of the people are spot on. Sort housekeeping, train staff better, and it’ll be an OK spot.

The breakfast was good and plentiful. Check in was easy and the room was as advertised. The clerk did let us know our room took awhile to get hot water and to just let it run, and it will get hot. We greatly appreciated that heads up.

Nice clean, large room. Very comfortable bed, large TV, refrig & microwave. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The lobby area is very inviting with an open concept. Breakfast (eggs & sausage) was hot and tasty. Plenty of other items too choose from as well. This is always my "go to" place on my annual trip to AZ.
