For a small motel, the place was pretty decent, especially for the price. It was pretty quiet, easy to get to, and the lady up front is very friendly. The rooms were comfortable to relax in after 12 hours of work.

The room was spacious, clean, and on the first floor (as all rooms were). The staff were very friendly and kind.

This is an older facility but clean. Towels need an upgrade & breakfast offerings could be better but we’re not big breakfast eaters so it was sufficient for us. We travel quite a bit and it’s more important that it be clean, not necessarily full of amenities but comfortable.

Older facility that had been nicely updated. Building and parking lot were clean. Desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Adequate breakfast. Motel located near Discovery Park and on street with nearby restaurants and shopping. We were pleased with our choice.

Lobby was dark and locked at 10:30p check in. Waited outside, ringing bell for service several times before someone appeared. They did not have my reservation. I had to show them in my phone and the rate. Room was clean, but while property very dated. Bed was comfortable enough, but they had a queen flat sheet on a king bed, so it didn't really cover 2 people. We were told a "simple" breakfast was toast/butter, waffle, yogurt and coffee. We did not choose to participate. Hotel is near a busy 4 lane highway, so truck traffic was audible. Fortunately, we were just interested in a good night's sleep and not amenities.

Carpet was very dirty. Just a brief walk on the floor(20-25 feet) our feet were black with the ground in filth. The TV would not work at all. The room was hot line a sauna which took 4 hours to cool down to a tolerable temp. The toilet was not cleaned. It had grime in the bowl bottom. The bed was so uncomfortable that we pulled out at 3AM. This is a DO NOT STAY AT Motel from my perspective. It has a lot of fake reviews and needs some truthful ones.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and even the outside of the building showed how much they take pride in their motel.

Room was exceptionally clean. Air conditioning unit worked good. Would stay there again.

A couple weeks before I stayed at this property my stay was decent the 1st week I was there. I ended up having to schedule another stay this week due to work. Tuesday morning I woke up to bites around my ankles at first I assumed it was possibly mosquitos or something less traumatic. Wednesday night I felt like something was crawling on my face and biting my legs. I called the front desk immediately asking for another room or something. Because I assumed that maybe this room had fleas or something. She gave me another room 210 that Wednesday night. Thursday morning I ended up with bites on my feet and my face broken out. Thursday night I woke up to bedbugs crawling in the bed immediately I called the front desk. She gave me another room 211. I was so terrified that I removed the covers before getting in the bed. I watched for a moment until I saw a bedbug come off under the sheet going across the bed. I instantly did not want to go anywhere else due to this situation because my belongings is possibly contaminated due to this hotel. I stayed up all night because I had nowhere else to sleep. Around 0400 Friday I ended up having to just sleep in my car. I explained to the front desk woman and even showed her pictures and videos she completely denied it. I was only refunded $50 out situation from Expedia.

The trash can was still filled with trash from previous tenants. Air conditioning was loud and shower curtain rod was falling down. Also flying insects had been killed on the wall and not cleaned off.

The room was freezing cold when we walked in, so we immediately turned the heat on. Bed was super comfy, and jetted tub was awesome! Only problem was that the toilet didnt work, kept having to refill the water in the tank just to be able to flush. That and the exhaust fan, which was conveniently above the toilet, was constantly dripping. Overall it was a good, clean room, just a few minor problems.

Nice room, furniture was chewed up, and shower head was at a perfect height if I was 4’6”. Staff friendly. No desk or table in my room.

A clean room at a decent price. The owners are friendly as well. I always stay at Country Hearth when I'm in the Union City, TN. area.

She could been little more synthetic sympathetic to me because my mom had died and I was going to a funeral it was a joke she was just rude and I was rude right back babe she said that they don't let people check in till 3:00 and on their platform it says 1:00 so they need to figure out what time people can check in and check out cuz it makes no sense I had my time I was checking in what time you sent me my reservations for well I think I have one room ready for you but well we just want to be rude today and breakfast was a joke I had to clean the air conditioner or heater goes a whole front of it was all nasty and dirty I need to do a little bit more thorough cleaning the place is nice but not that nice

Took over 45 minutes to check in. No one at check in desk, after 3 or more attempts to summon someone, a young boy 10-12 years old came out but after going in the back numerous times he was unable to check me in. The last time he came out he asked if i could come back later. Finally after about 45 minutes later a older lady came in through the front door who was able to help me but no apologies for poor service was offered.

Loved the owners, so friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and everything was in working order! Breakfast included many selections; waffles, cereals, assorted breads, sausage, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs and juices.

I was under the assumption that there was a free breakfast because that’s what was advertised but it wasn’t true

Friendly staff, offered to make us waffles

Rooms were clean. Had shampoo but no conditioner. Breakfast wasn’t the finest and you aren’t allowed to take any food to your room which is crazy considering they only have 3 tables to sit at. You get what you pay for, it’s basically just for sleeping.

Virtually nothing to eat for breakfast. My room had 3 big stink bugs crawling on different parts of the walls. At least it was quite.
