Riom area was ckean, bathroom wasnt very clean. Its outdated, pool was brown and closed. Area was sketchy

Conveniently located, quiet, very good price. They have an outdoor pool. Staff were helpful, though I know this because we had to get 3 sets of keys to our door before it worked, No coffee provided at breakfast!! Otherwise, the offerings were basic - cereal, waffles, bagels. If you're looking for luxury or a place to brag about, go elsewhere. If just looking for a quiet cheap place to sleep, I recommend it.

The bathroom door in my room was locked , it smelled like mildew , there was a roach on the wall and floor as soon as I walked in the room . The beds are as hard as a preschool nap mat on a steel floor. Air conditioner barely blew and smelled awful . Pool was closed .

As always I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Union City. This is a cost friendly hotel if you're just looking for a room that is spacious and a pool tray is routinely clean and welcoming. Renovations kinda an ongoing project but kept mostly away from visitors. Breakfast every morning is good and getting better but by no means a slouch as it is.

It's just an older property that could use some upgrades. It was an ok stay and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was lacking.

They must upgrade the key card system. One has to struggle with the door, go back to the front, finally, leave the door unlocked while away as the cards don’t work. It is unsafe. They were friendly and helpful but everyone fought to get the doors open.

Desk clerk was wonderful. Door would not let me in. Would let the clerk and my son through after fiddling with the cards. Door doesn't fill in or seal the jam. You can see around the top and all the noise comes in. Bolt for the slide lock was actually broken with 2 of 4 bolts attached, 1 in each piece. The rest of the room was in decent shape. Beds were clean and fairly comfortable. (A little hard, but not overly.) Bathroom needs better housekeeping. Still hair in the tub and on the floor. Internet is fantastic for a hotel.

Breakfast is seriously lacking, consisting only of bread (donuts , toast, bagels, waffles, and cereal so a variety but only bread, no protein, no fruit ). Building is okay but clientele is not desirable: lots of people with mental illness/ drug problems living here. Noisy music blasting and teenagers running and yelling all night, dog in room next to me barking all the time

The pool was filthy and the room floors was kinda gross . But if the house keepers did a better job it would have been a great stay. Crazy drunk guy at the pool .. pool was the reason for renting a room .

It definitely wasn’t as clean as the pictures portrayed! The pool area wasn’t very clean either!

Bugs in the rooms

Everything was dirty about the room. The bathtub was dirty, still had hair in the trap. I was afraid to get underneath the sheets and blankets replace linens needed replaced our first room that we had the toilet didn’t work so we got moved to a different room just very unclean.

The hotel is in a convenient location, however is absolutely showing glaring signs of wear. Room was very aged, walls were dirty, bathroom walls had hand and dirty fingerprints on walls. Wall paper was peeling off, carpets were sticky and whole feel was very average. Linen was ok but towels were very worn. General feel of the area is average to uncomfortable. Has the feeling of a halfway house.

The room was very neglected. I had to clean blood off of the bathroom wall. We killed one roach the next day, and listened to the neighbors who live there, I guess, till 3 am. There was a large police presence all night. The pics on line are fake. We could not get a refund so we just tried to make the best of it. Even after a shower, I still felt dirty. Thankfully I was able to take another shower later. They offer breakfast, but that was a big, NOPE! It sucks that we made a reservation on line and took the chance of no refund. From now on we will see the hotel first then reserve on line. The 2 star is only because of the nice person up front, otherwise I would go negative.Oh yeah. The bathroom mirror was in another room. When I was shaving my neck, I had to walk back and forth to rince my razo👎 Bring your own linens and cleaning supplies, if feel the urge to stay here. We had to make a quick trip to get that stuff ourselves.I do not recommend this place, unless you are ok with that sort of thing. ✌️

The fist room was dirty floor was wet and i ask for another room and several hrs later i got a room and it was clean but the heat didn't work and i about froze i will NEVER stay with them again

Our room smelled bad, obviously smoke smell in a non smoking room. There was a visible collection of dirt on the “white” bathroom door. Disposable gloves, littered the sidewalk outside the door. Several occupants would stand outside talking, looking at the new comers. It became apparent that they “lived” there. There is a no refund policy after 20 min of checking in!

The room was not clean, the ceiling tiles were showing water damage and black mold. The bathtub wouldnt drain when trying to shower. One of the soaps was preopened. And there was what looked like human hair on the floor. The outlets didnt all work.

Dirty everything at this hotel. I'm concerned about bed bugs

Very poor condition. Mirrors in room were dirty. Sheets were dirty. Plug ins coming out of the wall. Gnats in the room.

There were roaches and ants all over the room. Overall it was not clean at all. The front desk lady was nice.

The hotel was just ok. Better than some in the area but the full size beds instead of queen was definitely a problem. We will probably check out other hotels before staying again. The breakfast was just ok.

My rooms heater rattled very loudly all night. The child in the room above mine ran up and down room all night. Phone didnt work for me to call front desk. Was very disappointed in my stay.

Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, well-stocked with essentials, and surprisingly quiet. Front desk staft were courteous and etficient. Great value and location-highly recommend for travelers seeking a comfortable and affordable stop.

Beds were very unsecured hit our shin on the boards not fully covered by the bed. Towels were very small, comforters were rough.

It's being refurbished, but old sinks, mattresses & furniture litter the parking lot. My room had been updated & was nice. Because of the trash in the lot, walkways and shrubbery, it looks run down.

Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend stopping here very affordable and nice rooms.

THE Only reason I didn’t run from this motel is because of the VERY sweet and Kind staff . Allyssa and all of the rest were very Friendly kind helpful . However this place was Absolute filth ! It smelled like human urine outside. Walls were filthy and both blankets had to be removed from both beds. Also my safety latch lock was broken off my door. The tub and toilet and sink were clean, though. I do not recommend unless this stuff doesn’t bother you. Again, staff was wonderful.

I showed up stood outside for about 15 mins trying to get someone to answer the door and nobody answered the door or the phone i called multiple times and even went onto expedia and had customer service call and email and there was so response cause me to he stuck with a large fee for not showing up im appalled my the lack of professionalism being brought forth from this "hotel" its more like a motel if im being honest. On top of that they should be removed from the list of trusted hotels as its making expedia look bad granted they tried everything they could to help me out its still not a good look for them to be backing such and unprofessional and ignorant company

Very good staff and good housekeeping.

Overall, the facility was pretty good. Check-in desk person was friendly and helpful. The property was clean, and the grass areas groomed. The room was clean and larger than I expected. Nice to see a bare floor instead of a nasty old rug. Air conditioning worked too well. I had to set it for 72 to be comfortable. It met all my expectations.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at this motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the quiet environment and the convenient location—close to restaurants and main roads but still peaceful at night. Excellent value for the price! I’d definitely stay here again.

Horrific experience. This is not a hotel. This is a weekly rental facility and it should not be on hotels.com The facilities are extremely dirty. The room smelled awful and it was dilapidated. Screaming and shouting at 11pm. Man dancing with a glowstick and boombox in front of the room at 11pm. Did not even unpack my suitcase. Made another reservation at another hotel and left immediately.

I thought it would be more at an 8.6, but it wasn't so terrible. My daughter spent time in lobby and was helping guest find manager on duty a lot of the time. Breakfast was nothing.

The hotel was just ok. Better than some in the area but the full size beds instead of queen was definitely a problem. We will probably check out other hotels before staying again. The breakfast was just ok.

Good Motel in Budget price... Nice big n clean room. Lot of food options surrounding. Very Nice staff. Room with Kitchenette was awesome.. All utensils were there. 3 days was comfortable stay.

They advertise a continental breakfast but do not have one. The ceiling in the bathroom had plaster hanging down from a leak. The toilet was actually scotched with a piece of wood. The floors were nasty. Ice machine was missing parts. The grounds were littered and dirty. The staff was always friendly and doing the best they can under the circumstances.

Dirt, dust, baby pacifier, smashed soda bottle all under one bed.. I didn't look under 2nd bed. I only looked under mine because I dropped my ear bud case. The front desk lady was super nice. They are under renovations. Roku TV... My elderly parents can't operate smart TVs. Lots of noise and a dog off leash gave our dogs fits. Breakfast was dry cereal, toast, etc. Nothing hot. Coffee was ok but no cold creamers only powdered. There was a Hardee's and McDonald's across the road. Nice field area to walk the dogs. Paint job incomplete in room.
