Close to many restaurant choices. Major pothole in driveway leading to the hotel.

It was ok. Elevator floor is gross. Rooms were not clean as i would have expected

All good but the elevator was not working.

The building needs general maintence. The elevator was missing some buttons and the floor was damage. The furnitures of my room was outdated, the TV has lines in the screen, the walls where damages and one towel was stained.

Good lobby space. Breakfast. Convenient for USTA Tournament. It worked out great for our friends trip - lobby space for card playing and gathering. Easy to get quick breakfast and go.

Perfectly fine stay, although I don't remember being locked out of the front door at 11 during previous stays (and I don't like what that indicates). The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and has good options. The beds are getting a little tired, which is the only reason they did not get 5s across the board.

Potholes upon entering and exiting in 4 locations of pavement driveways. Left a feep fent in wheel. Also the room was noisy from pipes in the ceiling I told staff several times that I could not sleep the first night and upon checking out on the 3rd day. Nothing was corrected. Although the staff was very friendly it still did not help any of the sleepless nights or repair a wheel..

The roadway into the parking lot was horrible! I don’t know who would be in charge of that roadway. But there were two big potholes and a big orange cone to try to guide you away from one of them very difficult to see at night.

The reservation and check in were smooth. The staff was terrifically friendly. The front doors had issues sticking. The bed was hard. Not enough towels and wash cloths. The shower curtain was difficult to get to stay in place. The toilet handle was very hard to work (stiff.) The elevator had scary noises. The coffee was Terrible and empty twice in the morning.

Great location; nice staff; comfortable and spacious room; good breakfast and decent fitness center! Nice stay!

Our room had seen better days, lots of nicks, brown stains in carpet. Pillows on sofa were stained too. Sticky.edges on the coffee table.

The room was clean but there was mold in the shower. Also, the breakfast was very sparse. Everyone was friendly.

Super disappointing experience. The towels and sheets appeared to have been laundered but were a dingy off gray color and stained. The mattresses were old and yellowed and one was most definitely stained, probably coffee. The room had two beds so I went with the cleaner looking one. The bathtub had soap residue that foamed up from the previous occupant and did not drain properly. There was also mildew on the ceiling. The surfaces were dusted but not cleaned as there was drink container residue left behind.

Hi, my stay here wasn’t good at all. I booked to stay 2 nights & the 1st room they gave me the A/C was broke in it so the room was extremely hot. Then they proceeded to give me a second room but this room was only a king bed. So I didn’t have enough room cause it was 2 adults 3 kids in this room. I had no choice but to stay there though so when we finally got in the bed there was a roach in the bed.

The room was nice. The bed was good. However the fact that two of the washcloths that were hanging in the room look like they had been used to clean a car or dirty shoes totally turned me off and made the rest not seem so good. I gave them to the manager on duty and he just said I'm sorry. There was a little mold in the corners of the bathroom but overall the rest of the room was clean. They need to upgrade their towels as the quality and whiteness of the towels did not match the rest of the room or the hotel. To me letting the towels get in such bad shape and especially then putting those out in the room for use is unexcusable. They were like a one-star Hotel. But the rest of the room and hotel were nice if you could get over your initial impression of the dirty looking sad towels and washcloths and the little mold in the bathroom.

This is my second time staying here. The second time was very untidy, bathroom had mold around the edges, along with cracked tiles. I will never stay here again. The staff were Great though!

This really lowered the bar for my expectations with a Springhill Suites. The smell in the hallways and rooms can only be compared to an airport bathroom. The whole place was damp, which just made you feel dirty (and no, it wasn’t the outside, the place was damp). I have only had good experiences with Springhill Suites prior, but I will actually listen to the reviews next time. The one benefit is there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Sheets were dirty. I went to the front desk and told them, but housekeeping had to be called again around 4 pm. They then brought new sheets and made the bed.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job with changing bed sheets, and cleaning bathroom. Hold washcloth left on the shower rod and a stain in the bed.

The television didn't work the entire stay even though the desk was informed twice.

Our room wasn’t thoroughly clean.. drink spills on table and what looked like blood stains in the carpet. The final straw was that the room walls were so thin that you could hear everything, especially when trying to sleep. Requested another room and they said they were full capacity. Asked to speak with a manager and they said she wouldn’t be back until Monday.

Bed was great room was nice and Spacious

Reservations for family members were completely messed up. Two of our party had to go to the Fairfield, 10-15 minutes away. One was refused due to name confusion. Air conditioner super noisy and cycled poorly. Beds not made every day. Just a very disappointing experience. Won’t come here again.

The pillows in the room were horrible, not comfortable at all. The lighting in the bathroom sink area, where I usually put on my makeup was too low, not enough light to see clearly and the lighting above the small kitchen area was very low and not enough. And the pricing was not the same as someone else that had the same room and the same nights as us. We are both seniors, and military and theirs was less expensive. Very sad.

Overall a decent stay, only thing is that the bed pillows were mini size so it was very uncomfortable while sleeping to get adjusted.

The stay was good. Unfortunately, the tub wasn't draining properly and as we were taking showers the tub would fill up as if we were taking a bath.

The hotel was very nice and my family and I enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious enough for 5 people ( we got the suite). The complimentary water and snacks were a nice touch. Lastly, the staff was very kind and helpful.

Comfortable hotel room, very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We stayed in a king room for 4 nights, which was very spacious. Also it was a short drive of 15 - 20 minutes to Ft. Benning.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. They were so supportive of our group of swimmers coming into town for a meet and bent over backwards to take care of us with breakfast, checkout, etc.

The computer system was down both days during my day, which made it very difficult for the staff to get things situated at the room key several tubs when I leave out it wouldn’t work

This hotel was very nice! The location was right in the middle of everything. The young man at the front desk “Justin” was very helpful. His attitude was professional was amazing!! I will be back because of the atmosphere, customer service and the cleanliness. Thank you so much!

The property is very well located. It is surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores. It is set back from the street and the sign is pretty small, so you have to pay attention. Upon arrival, we entered the lobby, and noone was there. We waited for a few minutes and called out, to no avail. We looked around for someone then waited a little longer, thinking that maybe the attendant went to the bathroom or something. A few minutes after that, a young man and young lady walked through the door. The young man had on a Springhill name tag and asked us if we were there to check in. We had actually seen the two of them standing outside when we pulled into the lot but didn't realize that he was an employee. Our room was spacious. The only complaint with the layout is that the bed is a little too close to the dividing wall. The bathroom was spacious as well. Everything was fine with the exception that the shower head couldn't be adjusted from the massage setting. Overall, the hotel is nice enough. It looks like it has been recently updated and it is in a great location. Some outdoor seating would be nice though.

Great stay and service. I had an issue with the internet and not being able to work from here. There were no wired connections in the room but the front desk staff was extremely accommodating and got me connected with the IT team to assist and I was able to finish my workday.

Employees were very friendly. Check in took a little longer than expected due to some computer issues but the lady at the front desk was very friendly. The next morning when we left there were 2 other ladies who we spoke with that were employees that were very friendly as well. It was a good experience and we would stay here again on our travels

I was called by (Shevon) staff to see if i was still checking in. I replied i was going to a concert and will check in afterwards. I arrived and Paul(staff) was very nice and professional while checking me in. I never went to the room, o just hot the keys and left out to get food. Upon return we watched Tv showered and attempted to get in bed and discovered the bed was not fully made up once cover was turned back. The sheets were dirty and the comforter was filthy. I immediately called front desk. Clean linen was brought to the room that we had to put on ourselves. Then the air broke. When i notified front desk Steven was apologetic. He stated he would call Octavius Pierce(GM) who offered to take off $30 which was insulting for a room with such issues. Steven said Octavious says he will call me when he returns on Tuesday. Very poor customer service.

I always stay here when I come to Columbus. It’s always clean and quiet and the staff is so friendly and welcoming

The address is so misleading. GPS says arrived once you get to Lowe’s. This needs to be fixed cuz when I tried to call the property, the lady kept me on hold and I was getting frustrated. I had to figure it out on my own. Please, fix the address issue. Otherwise we had a good stay

Nice rooms, ver convenient to all shopping

Everything was great!! Staff was friendly and also accommodating. Location is near literally everything.

I had coffee. There wasn't anywhere to sit in the dining area. I decided to grab a cup of coffee and leave. The people who were eating were congregated and lounging at the tables without eating.

Breakfast was always delicious and hot with a wide variety! So many shops close by and hotel front desk personnel was super!

Great dining options within walking distance, free hot breakfast and staff were helpful.

My family and I went out of town for a state swim meet. The team had warm ups at 7:10am so we were happy to hear breakfast started at 6:30am. We were disappointed that when we went to grab breakfast on our way out at 6:45 they were just setting out the coffee and pastries and nothing was ready yet. I had to stop and get food for my kids. This was disappointing as it was one extra expense I should not have had to have because breakfast was included (but not on time).

Hot items on Breakfast buffet were terrible, we were given a handicapped unit and didn’t want or need that . Felt like they dumped the unused rooms on the Expedia or third party guests
