We really enjoyed our stay with a couple of complaints though. The whole hotel was clean. We enjoyed the fitness room and breakfast was good. Our only complaints were the temperature of the pool water, the hot tub was out of service, and the cleaning ladies left us without shampoo and soaps our whole 3 day visit. We started out without shampoo, conditioner, and body soap and as they cleaned our room during the stay they never refilled it then either. But, we would stay again if the price is right next time too.

This is a gem! Breakfast was a full platter of eggs, bacon, hash browns, waffles, and bagels. Staff was excellent. The room was top notch. And allowing us to use the pool until 10pm outside was an excellent way to enjoy the heat.

The hotel was a good place to stay. Ice machines on each floor (4th was broke however), breakfast was so good, the elevators were nice. The pool however, where it is located was so cold because it’s out of the heat between two buildings, but the hot tub was amazing!!

I have always stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Sun River. This time was not like the past. At 3pm 12/23 we arrived at the hotel at which time I fell outside the front door under the overhang of the drop off area right in front of the hotel and suffered a fractured a hip. No one even stuck their head out to see what happened. Another customer asked if she could call an ambulance. My husband and cat eventually checked in while I was in surgery but he could not leave cat in room unattended even in an emergency. The room was very dirty and subsequently never cleaned for the duration of the entire stay which was 4 nights. I understand it was Christmas but what about the other days? I personally asked the housekeeper to clean the room, she waved her hands in the air and repeated "front desk, front desk front desk" so I checked with the front desk and was told "you're on the list". No one cleaned the room. The sheets were soiled, the bathroom was filthy, there was cat litter all over the floor, I was hospitalized and had to return and remain in a dirty room. Never again. On a positive note, The lobby and breakfast area were very pretty and the desk staff friendly although perhaps completely untrained. I am in guest services and this entire stay was a total fail.

Although the reception staff was very nice at check in, we were so disappointed in our room. It was very dirty. It was clear the room had not been swept or mopped. There were crumbs all over the floor and within 5 minutes of walking around the room my 2 year olds feet were black. We also found feces on the side of the toilet. At check out when we expressed our disappointment we were told the manager would call us (which did not happen) and we didn’t even receive an apology for the poor conditions. Our family will not stay here again.

Room was not clean and not kept up well. Every counter surface and door knob was dirty, sink in main living area was dirty, room floors were dirty and found several candy wrappers and plastic pieces on the ground, walls and doors were splattered and not clean, bed skirt was dirty, bathroom curtain rod was being held up by wayward screws. On the plus side, the breakfast and coffee were good and the front desk staff was very friendly.

We used our bathroom right as we got in the room and we had to use the previous customers toilet paper. The tub was also not cleaned and there was hair everywhere. The door to the bathroom was also gross and needs to be wiped down. The carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in forever. Dust was in every corner just caked. We’ve stayed here in the past and had a great experience. But when I told the front desk that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, her response was “sorry I don’t have a maid to clean it”..:: then maybe offer another room? Here was also crumbs all over the bed spread.

Our room definitely smelled moldy and stale. We let the staff know about it in the morning. When we checked in the front desk told us we got the last room. We would have told them sooner, but they said it was the last room.

I was very impressed with the staff, the room and the free breakfast in the morning. They allow dogs and we had a 88yr old traveling with his dog. I was worried the hotel would smell of animals (being it was pet friendly) and it did not. I will definitely stay here again!

Great front desk service, beautiful lobby. The room was updated and clean. Lacking USB or outlets to charge electronics. Light bulbs were a bit dim in the lamps in the room, but we found out way around 😊. Pool was small (in a good way), but perfectly warm and one of the best pools we've had in a hotel. The area was very close to restaurants, shops and stores. A definite plus when you take a 1 week vacation on a whim and forget stuff. The area/parking lot was also safe.

Cole, was very polite, engaging, and friendly he was working the desk when I checked in. The room was clean and in good condition. The AC unit rm 217 cycled frequently and didn’t cool the room very well. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was stocked with towels and expected amenities. I plan to stay again within the next 60 days.

My stay was very nice, EXCEPT we were continuously disturbed by housekeeping. We paid for “Late Check Out” and we used the “Do not disturb sign” however they kept knocking. I am bilingual and I was able to relay the information to the staff member but she didn’t believe me or I’m not sure why she continued to knock. So we just left at 11am. I would like to be compensated for the extra money I spent on the late check out request that we were not able to receive.

Staff was superb. Reservation was there, but not properly put into system. The front desk was so very nice and quickly fixed the error plus gave an upgrade ( not necessary but appreciated). Room was clean, nice, comfortable. Folks here care about their customers and that makes the stay all the more enjoyable

The check in was not the best. I had to wait about 25min or so for the receptionist to appear. Apparently she was the only one there, which just seems like bad scheduling on the part of the manager. But then to make checkin even more of a hassle. She told me, "i see that you booked the accessible king room, do you really need it?" I was upset by that. I told her i did need it as my mom was right behind me with her wheelchair. She tried to back track and say she hadn't seen her, and that she has a lot of people booking those rooms that don't actually need it and that she had to make sure. I truely don't think she has the right to question me or anyone about what rooms someone books. Whether or not SHE believes they need an accessible room or not. Like i said, it made check in awkward and uncomfortable, and overall gave a sour taste to my stay, in an otherwise nice and clean hotel.

Staff was outstanding! Only suggestion was for the housekeepers to check the in-room refrigerator when cleaning to ensure leftovers from the previous guest have been removed..yuk!

Everything was great except the staff member at check in. We had a late arrival as we were at the hospital all night. The guy at check in definitely didn't want to be there and it showed in his customer service.

We’ve stayed here several times for the location. It’s away from the hustle of downtown St. George, but not too far away. We love Bear Claw Poppy and you can ride from the hotel to there. And we’ve used Walmart so many times for last minute things which is across the street.

Great hotel. Very clean. Front desk staff very friendly and obliging. Room clean, comfortable and bed very nice. Breakfast is ok but servers didn't seem to want to replenish hot items after 8:20 (breakfast ends at 9). Easy check in and check out. Limited eateries within walking distance but only 10/20 mins drive away to a plethora of restaurants. Walmart close by. Lots of free parking

Wonderful, experience check in on line perfect, very welcoming and super awesome with updates and fast on line check out.. great comfort breakfast was fresh and healthy choices, very clean rooms with lots of towels. I do have to share that Sunday morning breakfast was busy and the staff person was super busy serving cleaning and tetive to guest, we give her a 10 plus we would recommend a assistant for her weekend guest .

We were excited to hear we'd been"upgraded to a suite" upon check-in, and looked forward to a good night's rest after a long drive. Our "upgrade" was, in reality, just a handicapped room, which I find traumatizing after handling my grandfather's end-of-life care. I do not want to look at a handicapped shower seat ever again in my life. Don't trick guests into thinking they've gotten something good when you're actually just going to force us into an uncomfortable room that's better suited to someone in a wheelchair. Beyond that, the washcloths and towels had stains, breakfast was supposed to open at 6 AM, but after a terrible night of sleep, when I arrived at 6:03, the only thing out was hazelnut coffee. When I checked back in at 6:35, there was cereal and batter for waffles, but no eggs or proteins out yet. I took another long walk and came back, only the eggs had made it out, so I took another loop, still nothing else. Just say breakfast starts at 7, or is available upon request, but this was just a terribly disappointing stay overall, and Utah sucks as it is, so a beacon in the night is all we ask for, and you overpromised and underdelivered.
