We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. We loved the different included dining options (buffets and a la carte restaurants) with our all-inclusive package. Service was excellent, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant, even gave us late check out and use of all the facilities/restaurants after check out while waiting for our taxi. One heated pool, towel service, amazing beach with a board walk and great snorkeling spot. Activities and shows organized during the day and evening. We loved the parade! Gym was well equipped with cardio and weights/resistance machines , had even a squat rack, smith machine and stair master. Towels available and locker room had showers. Lots of activities and excursions available to purchase such as horse riding, desert quad ride, snorkeling and visiting Orange beach, where the sea water is comparable to that of Bahamas. Highly recommended.

Excellent Hotel, fabulously clean, brilliant facilities and amazingly friendly staff. Rooms - very clean, Beds comfy but Air Con was very loud Food is as to be expected at an all inclusive, good selection each day but can get repetitive. Lot of options to eat in other restaurants too though, and there is snack bars at lunch etc The Alcohol is shocking, if you intend on drinking lot this is not the hotel for you. Gym - Best i've had access to at a hotel abroad Water Slides (easy access to other hotel) - Brilliant, Kids absolutely loved them too. Pool and Beach - Brilliant Entertainment - As to be expected. Ends at 11pm but is very loud, especially the 'Pool Party' - If you like an early night or have young kids, would suggest asking for a room further away and closer to the beach. I'm not someone to really return to any location more than once, but entire family agreed we'd happily come back here.

The Resort theme is two large pools in a court yard surrounded by blocks of apartments. Makes a safe lounging and entertainment area. Thrre was plenty entertainment.

Hotel clean with hot and clean swimming pool. Staff is friendly, room size is OK but only the 3rd bed was bad as my 13 years son got a camp bed. Access to all restaurant in 2 complex was nice also. Main bar in lobby was best one (very friendly and very good cocktail, the worst bar was the one to the beach (very unfriendly man...). The family got a good time. ein traumhafter Urlaub! Besonders das freundliche Personal verdient eine besondere Erwähnung. Das Willkommensmotto "Willkommen zu Hause" wird hier wirklich gelebt. Sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Essen, zwei riesige Pools, die in die wunderschöne Oasenlandschaft sehr geschmackvoll mit Brücken und Inseln eingebettet sind. Ebenso direkter Zugang zum Meer incl. Zugang zum Riff zum Schnorcheln über einen hunderte Meter langen gepflegten Holzsteg. Sehr schöne Hotellandschaft mit vielen bunten Blumen, Palmen und Rasen, die ständig von Gärtnern umhegt wird. Das Zimmer war sichtbar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sehr geschmackvoll im orientalischen Stil eingerichtet (kostenloser Zimmersafe inclusive). Und der Meeresausblick vom großzügigen Balkon war fantastisch. Wasserkocher, Wasserflaschen, Tee und Instantkaffee im Zimmer vorhanden, alles täglich aufgefüllt. Größter Kritikpunkt ist die Minibar: 3 Dosen zu je 250ml Limonade waren alles, was in der Minibar war. Und auch das wird nur 1x wöchentlich nachgefüllt (was wir extra erbitten mussten). Die abendlichen Tanzshows waren unterhaltsam und ok, wenn auch nicht spektakulär. Sonnenliegen sind kostenlos, aber aufgrund der Reservierungswut anderer Urlauber manchmal etwas knapp (obwohl das Hotel nicht voll war). Allerdings hier ein großes Lob an die Bediensteten rund um Pools und Strand: es wurden umgehend Sonnenliegen organisiert, wenn man keine gefunden hatte. Fazit: (fast) alles war perfekt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

The beach is at walking distance, it is clean and has a boardwalk to take you to the snorkeling area. The resort has an app that you can use to book dinner, check the daily program and order room service or report a room fault. We loved the food, the buffet has a wide choice of warm and cold options, and the a la Carte restaurants are also very good quality.

Der Service und alle Angestellten waren herzlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Es gibt Renovierungsbedarf (Schönheitsreparaturen) insbesondere in den Bädern der Zimmer, das hat uns allerdings nicht gestört, da alles vollkommen in Ordnung und problemlos nutzbar war. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist spitze und wir haben jeden Abend in verschiedenen Themenrestaurants verbracht. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Essen und ein tolles Animationsprogramm! Die Pools sind riesig und machen viel Freude.

Restaurant staff were great, always smiley and helpful. It Was difficult to get served at the swim up pool bar as they were always too busy chatting to each other and ignored you. We also noticed that the well used plastic cups were just rinsed and used again!!! Other people we spoke to also felt this way so used the other pool bar who were always happy and served you straight away.

They don't clean well. I ate the food at the Spanish restaurant in the hotel. I got food poisoning and diarrhea.

A fuir au prix ou sa coûte nourriture affreusement dégueulasse, les chambres sont mal nettoyer on ne me changé pas mes verres usés on me les rincé pi hop on les remettaient a leur place... mes sols étaient mal fait moi qui perd énormément mes cheveux si c'est mal laver ça se voit de suite la douche j'en parle même pas mes produit ne bougeait pas et il y avait encore pleins de gel douche autour... mon lit jamais fait couette en boule au bout du lit que ce soit mon lit ou celui de ma fille... une horreur vraiment a part l'hôtel qui de gueule est beau le reste est ignoble... et les prix j'en parle même pas alors OK faut négocier mais quand je vois que même pour des rasoirs Bic ils demandaient 10 balles alors qu'en France c'est bien moins cher euuuuuuh voilà quoi... les bouées 25e... Ah et puis leur toboggan... on m'a interdit d'accompagner ma fille de 2 ans dans un toboggan alors qu'ils sont quand même rapide... allez dire non a une petite fille de cet âge qui demande qu'à les faire et qui a finit par avoir peur et ne plus vouloir en faire... ouais non honnêtement plus jamais je préfère encore aller a djerba les gens sont bien plus accueillant et ils parlent français au moins !

Superbe hotel. Mieux que sur les photos. La plage et les piscines sont magnifiques. La nourriture est très bonne avec des buffets et des restos accessibles dans le ALL-in ( j'ai testé l'indien et le mexicain). Le wifi est excellent, une des deux piscines est chauffée, la salle de sport est top.

Great option in Hurghada Near the option and city centre It is not a very new hotel but it has been undergoing small improvements. All the areas and room are always clean and tidy. The beach is very nice and we can find a lot of pools inside the complex. The dining options seem to be way better than the average. The alcohol options are not at the same level as in other countries but still good. Although we could find a lot of strange people reserving sunbeds when they wake up (and don't show up for hours) we never had problems finding sunbeds - this politic shoud be reviewed by the hotels by the way.

I was there for Xmas and New year, long stay. The rooms are very spacious and housekeeping is 10 out of 10 👍. The food...simply superb. Very balanced offering. From traditional Arab food, to all very well known European dishes. It is simply impossible not to find something for every taste and diet. Services provided from all the staff at the hotel are excellent. The only thing that needs to be looked (in my opinion) is the fact that everyone is constantly on the mobiles. They carry a plate in one hand and mobile phone in the other. Come on guys, leave the phone in your pocket when you serve your customers. Gym: Very clean and very well equipped WIFI: This deserves special mentioning... EXCELLENT. The cover in the hotel and the surrounding grounds is superb. Even on the beach you have WIFI cover. No need for expensive phone calls. WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger all of them working as they should. All in all, fantastic place for a holiday.

Had an amazing stay here lots to do as have use of both hotels staff are so nice and friendly my only comment would be the rooms need to be restocked with , water toilet roll , & soft drinks was only done twice in our week stay so had to get from any bar and cleaners trolly

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal

Rooms were nice , and clean! We had an issue with a clogged sink called the front desk and they addressed it immediately! We didn't get to try any of the 8 restaurants on property but food options at the buffet were always delish! Staff was excellent, welcoming and attentive! Zizo showed us to our room and made sure that we were comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities the property has to offer but would definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palace resort. Amazing service. Everyone there was cheerful and polite. Stand out were Mahmoud at the pool who was always helpful with finding us sunbeds, Emad at reception helped with booking one of the 4 a la carte restaurants when it was already fully booked. The hotel organised our trek to Cairo and Giza to see the Pyramids with a much better price than on line. Thomas was our driver and guide and was brilliant all day. The trip is not for the faint hearted (7 hrs there and 5 hrs drive back), but a great adventure. They have a heated outside pool as we had a couple of windy days which even though the temperature was in high 20s made swimming more enjoyable. All in all it was a memorable holiday.

La struttura è molto carina ed è bello che ci siano tre villaggi collegati con possibilità di girarli tutti. Personale veramente molto gentile. Ottimi i servizi della struttura; tennis, padel, windsurf, piscina riscaldata, campo da calcio, bocce, volleyball... Bello il fatto che ci siano circa 8 ristoranti a tema che si possono prenotare via web - anche se non sempre si trova posto- giusto per cambiare il contesto della cena e non andare sempre nel ristorante a buffet principale della struttura. Cosa molto positiva, nessun problema intestinale pur bevendo cocktail o bevande con ghiaccio. Consigliato!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Allerdings wurden wir im Nachbarhotel (Crystal Blue Hotel) untergebracht, da das Hotel größtenteils ausgebucht war. Wir hatten aber auch die Option im Mamlouk zu bleiben. Da die Hotels eh zusammengehören, konnten wir beide Anlagen nutzen. Schöne Hotelanlage und ein gnaz toller Service! Ich bin eigentlich nicht der Typ, der mehrfach ins gleiche Hotel reist, aber hier würde ich es mir noch einmal überlegen.

the jewel in their crown is really the staff - their willingness, friendliness and professionalism along with excellent English right from the room cleaners upwards. have had better food at other hotels but not bad. always a disappointment that hotels serve bolanachi alcohol, the cheapest nastiest substance - at 40le a liter, its bad to think how much the all inclusive option is then you get served this poison which is guaranteed to mess your guts u all week! beautiful decor and architecture make this hotel pretty special. not many Egyptians which is a shame as we are in egypt! lots of families with children - if your not into that you might be slightly miffed. hotel could be better wit the single use plastic situation. but overall probably the best hotel ive stayed in in hurghada or at least top 3.

Toller Service, großartiges Essen

Tolle Anlage, überragend freundliches Personal, gute Sportangebote. Es gibt ein Aber: Das Essen (in allen Restaurants) wird dem Anspruch der Anlage nicht gerecht. Ob im zentralen Restaurant oder in den a la Carte-Restaurants - nirgendwo gab es wirklich ansprechende Gerichte. Bei Mexikaner schmeckt kein Gericht mexikanisch, bei Chinesen waren Vor- und Hauptspeise nah an übel. Im Schntt würde ich der Verpflegung die Schulnote 5 geben.

The building is well maintained, staff are polite and nice, the facility is huge so expect a lot of walking, there's 2 drawbacks the food variety is poor except special nights, also the pools are bit boring no musics with little animation, so if you want a quite place to relax this will be your destination.
