+ Easy walk to Termini station. Appreciated free coffee all day and croissants in the morning. - Elevator was not operational 4x during our 4-night stay. Wifi was intermittent. Difficult to find because the lobby was on the third floor of a multi use building. Poor mattress.

The location of this hotel is great. Many places to eat, bars, a supermarket and even a laundry across the street. Ivan and the rest of the staff were super in every way. Be aware that the elevator; it's a traditional European elevator be patient.

It was very hot in Rome! BUT this hotel had AC which was a big plus! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even though the hotel is on a Main Street, the hotel (and surroundings) was quiet. The staff is very friendly and it is a very safe hotel as a key is needed to get into the building and then the hotel itself as well as the room. The metro station is just a short 3 min walk away and the bus station is about a 1min walk away. Overall I would definitely stay here again. FYI The elevator is very small , two people with a checked bag will fit. They offer stairs as well.

忘れ物の問い合わせを無視されたまま。 また最終日、エレベーターが壊れたらしく 重たいスーツケースを 自力で階段の下に運んだのは 大変でした！！ 綺麗なホテルでしたので、最初は喜んで いましたが、後半は大変でした。

The WiFi never worked during our stay. It is hidden in a business building which made it difficult to find. The walls were paper thin. The shower in the bathroom was extremely small. It barely fit me and I am 5’1. Overall this hotel was terrible. I would never book them again. However, it was close to Roma termini which was convenient for us. The streets next to the hotel was laden with homeless drunk people. Book at your own risk.

Localização perfeita pra explorar a pé muitos pontos turísticos e restaurantes. Fácil acesso a transporte também. Embora antigo, o prédio tem elevador. O café da manhã ofertado é estilo italiano, com cafés de diferentes tipos e cornettos doces. Mas embaixo do prédio e do outro lado da rua tem lugares pra tomar um café da manhã continental/internacional O quarto era bem pequeno (como muitos na Europa), o ar-condicionado não gelava direito e o chuveiro não esquentava direito também. Reportamos isso, mas nada foi feito.

I enjoyed my stay at the Everest Inn Rome. It's well located and easily accessible. The reception staff were attentive, polite, and helpful. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. They offer a good and simple breakfast. I recommend staying there.

foi uma boa experiência, mas pelo valor da hospedagem esperávamos mais. o box do banheiro vazava água e o secador de cabelo estava quebrado - ambas as situações o hotel resolveu no dia em que notificamos, então, isso foi legal. o wi-fi não funcionava no quarto, apenas no hall, e o sinal da internet móvel também era ruim dentro do quarto, o que dificultou bastante. o atendimento foi bom, não tivemos nenhum problema com os atendentes… mas, saímos com a sensação de que poderia ser melhor. no dia em que deixamos o quarto aberto para limpeza, quando voltamos, apenas o lixo tinha sido trocado. o chão ainda estava sujo (com cabelo, por exemplo) e não teve troca de toalhas. um ponto positivo é o cafe da manhã com croissant, café da máquina e suco. estava muito gostoso.

Lo primero es decir que en la aplicación se ofrece un hospedaje que difiere mucho de la realidad. No tendría quejas si hubiese aceptado comprar un hostal de 30€ la noche. Pero te ofrecen un hotel con unas fotos y unas características muy diferentes de la realidad. La primera foto unos portones enormes, abiertos, para ver en el interior unas columnas de palacio, luego llegas y es un edificio de oficinas, está cerrado y el “hotel” es un pedazo en 3er piso. El Ascensor antiguo de varias puertas de madera, que daba miedo. Al llegar arriba, una entrada como para una oficina y es ahí el hotel. La habitación ni comparación con las fotos, el baño con la mampara llena de moho, las camas antiguas, el mobiliario pelado, despintado. Vuelvo y repito. El hotel está en condiciones para quien busque un hostal de muy bajo coste por pasar la noche, está bien, pero para un viaje familiar de vacaciones, es impensable. Además que el valor de l noche era de 145€. No es una tarifa en la que esperas conseguir esas instalaciones.

Overall I like the hotel, and would stay again. Very friendly service! Nice cappuccinos and croissants at breakfast (but no other choices really). We had problems with the elevator on arrival day, but OK after that. They let us check in early because our room has just been cleaned, which is so nice! Air conditioning was there, but could be better, as well as the water pressure in the shower. We had a family room and the mattress was fine on the queen bed, but the two twins had a thin mattress. It was OK for kids, but would have bothered me. The room with the two twins was sort of separate from the main room, but not completely so it wasn’t air-conditioned as much. Bathroom was a really nice size for Europe though! Food options two minutes away, three minutes from a little grocery and 15 minutes from major tourist sites. Given the price I would stay again!

Property was easy to find, safely located. Room was clean, a good size. Staff friendly and pastries provided for breakfast which was a nice touch. Only criticism is that our bed was adjacent to next doors bathroom, so every time the toilet flushed, it was really, really loud and woke us up a few times. Apart from that, a really great value place to stay and would recommend.

The location of this hotel is great. Many places to eat, bars, a supermarket and even a laundry across the street. Ivan and the rest of the staff were super in every way. Be aware that the elevator; it's a traditional European elevator be patient.

忘れ物の問い合わせを無視されたまま。 また最終日、エレベーターが壊れたらしく 重たいスーツケースを 自力で階段の下に運んだのは 大変でした！！ 綺麗なホテルでしたので、最初は喜んで いましたが、後半は大変でした。

O hotel é simples, mas fica muito perto da estação Termini e tem a equipe de atendimento mais gentil e disponível que já encontrei em Roma. Ivan e Anastácia encontram sempre uma forma de orientar os hóspedes e atendem com prontidão. Podem ser de grande valia pra quem vai visitara cidade pela primeira vez (ele fala espanhol, o que facilita a vida de brasileiros). Os ônibus das linhas 64, 40 e H passam na porta e permitem alcançar todos os pontos da cidade, mas a localização também permite que se faça tudo a pé.

My family loved the property. It is a bit difficult to find but it is a very good hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us and also let us hold our luggage there when we returned to Rome even though we were not staying that night before our plane ride home. Location is very central. Never waited more than 3-4 minutes for a taxi after they called them. In fact, taxis mostly beat us to the entrance as we had to wait for elevator. Kids loved the room and central location. A very pleasant stay. Room was spacious for 4 people. Highly recommended.

Mas embaixo do prédio e do outro lado da rua tem lugares pra tomar um café da manhã continental/internacional O quarto era bem pequeno (como muitos na Europa), o ar-condicionado não gelava direito e o chuveiro não esquentava direito também. 1. Location is perfect. Nice area. For the whole trip (4 days) we did not have to use any public transportation or taxi, we walked everywhere. We only used a train when we went out of city. 2. Staff are the sweetest! Anastasia and Ever are great! They very really caring. They gave us a map and showed best routes to check out attractions. Honestly best administrators ever! 3. We had free 24/7 coffee machine and some croissants for breakfast. 4. I’d recommend this place to stay if you are looking for reasonably priced hotel with good location and good service.

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal de recepción, siempre muy atentos y amables. El hotel tiene acceso cortos al transporte y caminando se puede llegar a puntos de interés. La estación de trenes Termini está a 9 minutos caminando.

Overall I like the hotel, and would stay again. Very friendly service! Nice cappuccinos and croissants at breakfast (but no other choices really). We had problems with the elevator on arrival day, but OK after that. They let us check in early because our room has just been cleaned, which is so nice! Air conditioning was there, but could be better, as well as the water pressure in the shower. We had a family room and the mattress was fine on the queen bed, but the two twins had a thin mattress. It was OK for kids, but would have bothered me. The room with the two twins was sort of separate from the main room, but not completely so it wasn’t air-conditioned as much. Bathroom was a really nice size for Europe though! Food options two minutes away, three minutes from a little grocery and 15 minutes from major tourist sites. Given the price I would stay again!

foi uma boa experiência, mas pelo valor da hospedagem esperávamos mais. o box do banheiro vazava água e o secador de cabelo estava quebrado - ambas as situações o hotel resolveu no dia em que notificamos, então, isso foi legal. o wi-fi não funcionava no quarto, apenas no hall, e o sinal da internet móvel também era ruim dentro do quarto, o que dificultou bastante. o atendimento foi bom, não tivemos nenhum problema com os atendentes… mas, saímos com a sensação de que poderia ser melhor. no dia em que deixamos o quarto aberto para limpeza, quando voltamos, apenas o lixo tinha sido trocado. o chão ainda estava sujo (com cabelo, por exemplo) e não teve troca de toalhas. um ponto positivo é o cafe da manhã com croissant, café da máquina e suco. estava muito gostoso.

This place was bigger than expected and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great location right near the train station and walkable to the main attractions of Rome. It was a bit dated. The room was clean. Bed was comfy. Air con worked great only problem is you had to have the room key in the wall for it to work so it was very warm when you first got back into the room until it cooled down. The shower stand was broken so had to hold the shower head up to wash our hair. It was okay as just a base to sleep and change.

It was a lovely stay here. The staff was wonderful and the location was great The only bad thing we encountered was that the air conditioner did not cool the room very well and it turns off every time you leave, so there is no chance to come back to a cooled room. This seems to be a common thing in Italy and we were there during their heat wave.
