Stayed 2 nights

Considering the hotel was undergoing renovations, the room itself could have been cleaner than it was as there was debris and pet dander in around the couch, bed, etc. Luckily it was a short stay as I’d hate to have had to stay there a long time. Also is best suited for solo travelers and not families.

The room was clean, the lighting was good. Shower was nice, overall the bed was excellent sleep and the pillows were great. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing a place stay safe and clean.

When I tried to check in there was nobody at the front desk only a placard with a phone number to call. When I called the number, it just went to an automated answering system and I just kept going through the same message over and over and over. Nobody ever showed up to check me in so I went across the street to another hotel.

This site is under construction right now, so they’re quite a few things out of place. The room are OK but everything outside of that need some help to get it up to standard.

Exhausted after driving from Texas, the key wouldn't work even after getting it redone. Front desk just wanted to argue instead of resolving (had admitted on check-in he was on medication and felt foggy). Put me in another room on a wing undergoing construction. I left before 6AM, so no breakfast, coffee was fresh, so passable.
