The rooms are very large and can be occupied by 6 guests in one room which is a huge plus. The free breakfast is excellent. Includes hot items as well as cold. We used the indoor pool which was empty, and we found it to be very clean and there were plenty of clean towels available. The fitness room was small but adequate, also rarely used. The staff was extremely friendly especially during check in. The breakfast staff was also kind and greeted us each morning. My only issue (Which i forgot to mention before I left) is that the shower pressure wasn't great. There was an issue with the switch that you pull to go from shower to tub and it didnt fully switch to shower.

The breakfast was really good. We stayed there for 3 nights and it was different each morning, and very good each time. The Pool was also really nice and warm; enjoyed it very much.

A really nice and clean modern hotel. Loads of free parking and friendly staff. Its location is not near anything else so a car is needed. The breakfast was the only letdown and plastic plates and cutlery make it feel cheap.

Good breakfast and a nice patio with a gas grill if you want to bring and cook your own food outside. Property is somewhat secluded just off the highway at the entrance to an office park. Would definitely stay there again.

The lady who checked me in was amazing. She did check in food and bar. Food availability was disappointing and very limited, especially compared to the hunger inducing description of the “restaurant” in ads on line and in the elevator.I ordered a Chicken Pesto Sandwich . “ We have the chicken but no lettuce and tomato” How do you run out of a kitchen basic like that and not replace it? I changed my order to Macaroni and Cheese. When it was served, I was Shocked to be given a Luke warm bowl of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese( or it’s generic equivalent). Should be on the menu as what it really is. The room was surprisingly large and very clean. However, I cannot remember the last time I stayed in a hotel with no charging port. So my phone went dead shortly after arrival.

The bathroom was extremely dirty with mold all around the shower. There was also some weird green slime that was about two feet long on the bathroom wall. The elevator was also extremely filthy. I would not recommend this hotel if you have another option.

Stayed for 2 nights, and asked for more towels on the 1st night since the room wasn't stocked with enough for the room's occupancy. Never received. Asked again the next day and was told they didn't have enough towels and would send some up when they were ready from the wash. Again never received. 3rd night asked again for towels and never received them. Having to share 3 towels with 4 people for 3 nights is not acceptable. The room was never cleaned or garbage emptied within those 3 nights 4 days stay as well. the staff was friendly but not very helpful. This is an area we stay frequent, but this isn't the hotel we will return to.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were stains all over the carpet and couch. The sink was cracked. Not well cleaned. Staff was friendly. Hotel is in a convienent spot.

The people at the front desk were lovely. Then, it went downhill. We walked into the area where the elevators are, and it was filthy. Crumbs. Sticky floors. Spilt drinks. Dried up gum. Gross. We let that slide. Went up to our floor and the same thing was going on in that area. Spilt soda or something made the floor so sticky that my shoe stuck to it. Again, gross, but forgivable. When in our room, the bathroom had tight quarters. The toilet and shower is within 6 inches of each other. The floor was sticky and dirty. The towels smelled dirty, and they probably were, considering they are stored directly above the toilet. Thankfully, the bed was comfortable. But I will not be staying here again.

I hate to do this but you asked….. We arrived a little after 4 pm and we were told the room wasn’t ready yet. Ok so we go get something to eat and then go back to check in. There were cranberries on the floor. Not sure how a vacuum missed that. Now to the bathroom with the old discolored toilet seat, the shower head that was broken and the Q-Tip on the floor. After returning following the concert we were in town for, the elevator was out of order, the wifi didn’t work and when we were getting ready for bed the power went out. Staff was friendly and the location right off the highway was good but I would not stay there again

The room was clean and spacious and that was about it for amenities. There was no microwave or USB charging available in the room. The pillows were truly awful, overused and lumpy and the door into the bathroom was difficult to maneuver in and out of for anyone larger than 150 pounds, in other words, most adults. The "accessible" walk in shower had no safety bars and a four inch lip. Anyone in a chair couldn't use it. To top it off, the bed was uncomfortable. Never again.

The service was lovely. The rooms were clean. The walls were so thin we could hear the conversations of our neighbors when they checked in at 2am with their crying baby and several children. The shower dribbled lukewarm water, it had no pressure. The pool was a bit chilly, but the hot tub worked.

We booked a high floor king bed room, they didn't have one. As I booked the higher floor to avoid noise, they did have one on the 3rd floor that worked out. The room was clean, and comfortable. The shower door only covered half the shower length so water leaked onto the floor but there were plenty of towels available. Included direct tv, and it was a nice touch to a have that available. No microwave in the room but a shared one in the lobby. Breakfast was good with hot and cold food selections. Tea/Coffee available 24/7. Nice touch. Staff were amazing, and very helpful. Indoor pool and hot tub were used. Lighting in that area was not that good, but area seemed clean enough and there were a few clean towels left in the area at the end of the evening. The later check out was greatly appreciated.

The hotel, while clean and in good condition overall is showing it's age. Our room was a on the small side for a junior suite and lacked a kitchenette (had only a small fridge). The bathroom did not have any grab bars, making it difficult for my 85-year-old father to shower safely. The room also lacked adequate charging outlets for 3 people and multiple devices. The hot breakfast was excellent with a good variety of items and fruit / berries daily. The hotel staff does a very good job.

Property was dated a little inside, but not terrible. Stains on carpets visible. The main issue is the beds are situated about 2 feet away from air conditioning units. If you sleep on the side closest to the air conditioning unit, it’s tough to get good sleep. Reserve with that caution.

An early morning fire set off the alarms so myself and the other guests got out of bed and left the hotel. Stood outside in freezing temps and NO ONE from the hotel ever came out to communicate what was going on. Eventually the fire department came so we knew it was not a false alarm. We obviously could not get back into our room to get our belongings and ended up being very late for an event we were attending. It was finally a guest that told us that the fire department was letting people back into the building. Zero communication from staff. I reached out to Hyatt corporate to see if they would refund or comp us. They offered 2000pts on their crappy rewards program (a nights stay can run up to 80,000 pts). They finally agreed to escalate my complaint and I was told I would hear back w/i 72 hrs... That was 5 days ago. Their handling of a potentially dangerous situation has been absolutely terrible.

My first time at a Hyatt Place and it did not disappoint. Reasonably priced for the area. Clean, spacious room designed with multiple travelers in mind. Excellent breakfast each morning with many yummy choices other than the standard cereal and pastries. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

JACOB was at the Front Desk when I checked-in late, around past 9pm, coming from Canada... very friendly, nice & accomodating! Some staff not so friendly, there was a woman who has an attitude, no sincerity...she was the person manning the Front Desk when I checked-out. I woke up to prepare to head to the airport & there was NO WATER from the tap, so I tried calling Front Desk using the room tel., and had to redial 3x since NO ONE bothered to pick up!! 🤔😑 I ended up brushing my teeth with a little water left from a bottle of water & had to prepared to check-out... 😑😟 When I got to Front Desk & asked why theres no water, this female staff said they did not know the city would work on some pipes. (I find this really ODD, since everywhere, be it a 3rd world country or a 1st world nation, the public would always get notification of water disruption, so I really dont believe this)! Then, I asked how come nobody was picking up the phone, as I tried 3x to reach Front Desk, at separate intervals. This female staff said they were 3 in front, so its impossible not to pick up the phone! At that time, she was the ONLY one present. I did not see 2 other staff! Anyway, in order not to get more frustrated with those Morning circumstances, I just said I will check-out. Called my ride & waited by the lobby. As I left, no one else was there at the Front Desk, and I did not even get a Thank U or nothing! Almost had a nice experience, except with this unfriendly female staff!

Decent hotel for location close to Saratoga performing arts center. It's about a 10min drive. Not a four star but decent enough. Huge rooms. Bad in room coffee like most. Free breakfast is quite decent and the dining are is nice. Room was huge,bed comfortable and shower good. I noticed small things like stain in carpet, tear in wallpaper. minor . Overall a more reasonable place than right in Saratoga. A good option.

It was a wonderful stay. Customer service was excellent. My only issue was with the directions to get there. There is a three way rotary and very poor signage and rude people who make it difficult to find the way to the hotel. But the stay there is well worth it.

Hotel seemed relatively new, was very clean and the staff were all great. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Enjoyed the larger than typical room and it's literally right off the I-87 but in a nice wooded spot. There's plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were fantastic and large. The pool was great. The women who checked us in was not nice at all. We checked in at 10pm due to an event we had tickets for being postponed from Sunday to Monday. We had been driving for about 6 hours and she was mad we interrupted her cleaning. When we reached out room she hadn't even activated our room keys. The breakfast was fairly good but a lot of things were gone only halfway through breakfast. There wasn't going to be any more fresh fruit or bagels till the next day.
