There should be a special area for work trucks to park. I get to the hotel at 10:30 - 11:00 at night and must park 3-4 lanes back because all of the utility work trucks are parked in the rows and they are not respectful or considerate of the other people staying there.

Hotel was clean. There is a $75 pet fee that I did not see mentioned on the Hotel.com website. Buffet was sub-par with packaged breakfast sandwiches' and make your own waffle's. Everything else was boxed or packaged.

It was very clean, hot cookies on arrival, great breakfast. Staff and guests were lovely. Outdoor fireplace was delightful. Great bed, great tv, lovely extras like microwave, fridge, dishes and dishwasher! Great coffee, excellent location. Lots of free parking. I have 0 complaints

Absolutely amazing!!!!! Great clean spacious place. Beautiful fire place outside open lobby with seating area and snacks, nice pool and fully loaded gym! Definitely recommend to anyone !!! I will be back

What to say secial about Home2, well - not far from Saratoga Springs. Quite place, nice , clean room, dog friendly. Just right place for us, it has gas grill and gas fire pit outside.

Dirty showers in the corners. Grout was brown from dirt. Kitchen area was clean in the room. A rude Man ruined everybodys breakfast, with a loud speaker phone meeting. If that was you, dont do it again please. Just stay in your room.

Didn’t even empty trash daily! Not even minimal daily cleaning of bathroom! Room door did not lock properly! Have stayed there many times over many years, very disappointed this year!! Will I go back????

Have stayed at homes2suites many many times. One of my go to hotels. As i travel quite a bit. But this particular one had a very uncomfortable bed, the toilet had running water and was not working properly, the tub was not draining properly. Explained to the staff as i was checking out. Hope they resolve the issues

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is right off the highway. The staff is friendly. The negative: hotel in general seems a bit tired. The elevator was dirty. The most noticeable part was that not one item that was made of stainless steel was clean (elevator, handle on the bathroom pocket door, appliances in the efficiency kitchen, etc). I was only there for one night and I did not mention this to the management as there was not time for housekeeping to clean my room and the elevators before I left. I hope that the hotel will take this criticism to heart and clean the hotel a bit more thoroughly especially the stainless steel! This is the second Home2 Suites that has made me feel this way so I think it is just not the right hotel chain for me.

Sofa was a little shabby and uncomfortable. It had spots on the cushions. Bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was disappointing. Make your own waffles were fine but no eggs, bacon or sausage. Breakfast sandwiches had to be nuked. Not what I expected. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Our stay was great! Pretty quiet, except for Saturday night when there were more guests and they let their kids run up and down the hallway laughing until 1:00 a.m. It was very nice to have the full kitchen and shower stall in the bathroom. Room and entire hotel was very clean and orderly. The workers were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely consider Home2 again in the future.

The property is excellent, my brother and our two families came up to pickup my niece from RPI and spend a day at Lake George ,Malta being close to both Saratoga and Lake George was the ideal place,the hotel is very well priced and has excellent amenities everything was great until breakfast time ,when I came down with a couple of my nieces arount 8:00 am,an employee named Jana decided it would be a good idea to clean the table where the kids were about to sit and tells them they can't sit there in a very obnoxious way and the children are looking at me not knowing what to do because there was no other sitting area so I mentioned to her, why the kids were not able to sit no responseas I'm making them waffles she comes by me asking me if I need help to make the waffles, so I said this is not my first time making them,so she decides to hurry along to the front desk to complain about me I presumed seeing how they were both looking at me and the children when they were talking,now I'm annoyed so I decided to approach them,they both scramble so I asked the front attendee who had nothing to do with the situation what isJana's name was because no one was wearing their name tags at the time. Long story short it takes one bad apple to rot a bushel of apples.

Overnight stay to see NYC Ballet at SPAC. Rates were the lowest in the area and the hotel is very clean. Staff super polite and helpful. Fluffy towels, comfortable bedding and pillows. We had a double bed but that was not a problem. Some places to eat in area but we found a cute little restaurant Ballston Lakeview Tavern a few miles away. We had a full fridge, appointed kitchenette and walk in shower. Dog friendly. Hilton hotels usually are good. I booked for next year’s Jazz Festival.

Very good location. Right off the highway but not noisy. Ample parking. Panera and Cumberland Farms gas station right there. Easy drive to Our destination, Saratoga. Breakfast not great. Outdoor seating area with gas grills and fire pit nice.

Such a beautiful and large room. The only thing is that there wasn’t really any real comforter for the beds. It seemed like a top sheet and then a bed skirt as a blanket. It was very strange. The bed and pillows were very comfortable though. The bathroom door was hard to close, but the water temperature and pressure were perfect. I enjoyed the pool and my friends enjoyed the gym. Only 15 minutes away from Saratoga Springs, but there were restaurants and shops nearby. Free parking out front and breakfast was provided. However, the breakfast was to go wraps that needed to be heated up. The “store” next to the front desk was great because there were ton of late night snack options. Everyone was nice and the hotel was clean.
