Hotel was clean but very old and run down. Many repairs and upgrades needed.

Best hotel stay we’ve had in a very long time! Everyone was extremely help and friendly from front desk staff to maids to breakfast personnel. We were stranded while traveling home due to an accident on the highway and everyone did everything they could to help us out. Can’t say enough good things about them all!

The overall rating is low due to the facility appearing tired and in need of repairs / general maintenance to the finishes. The staff was fine, location was fine.

Clean enough room, smell in hallways, carpet in room was nasty and sticky! Will not return to this Hampton, old and needs a facelift….

The hallways need major attention on 4th floor. I don't think the room or hallway were vacuumed
