There were things that needed repair, which it looks like they are working on floor by floor. Kitchen closed earlier than posted. All amenities were not available. Game room closed, we had to ask for an attendant for the pool. The receipts say hratuity not included in capital letters when they do in fact add in 18% auto gratuities. I guess for the price we paid, what can you expect?

For the price the room was immaculate clean. Nothing fancy. Staff was good. Only real issue was the pool. Very dirty. Hair floating around greasy.... just gross. We stayed 4 days never saw an attended cleaning the pools.

The hotel was close to Disney World, but their free shuttle was very limited and did one drop off and one pick up per day. The road that the hotel is located on is very noisy with a lot of traffic noise and sirens at all times of day.

Nice hotel in the Disney parks area. Shuttle taking you to the Disney Parks is very convenient. Rooms are plain but clean. Nice facilities with two pools with a slide and hot tub as well as other general amenities

The room was not clean when we checked in. We found a bug in one of the beds, the bathroom door handle came off and the bathroom was gross. After i complained, they came a clean the whole room but we had to wait like an hour and we were so tired and wanted to use the restroom which we couldn't because it was dirty.

Our room was not properly cleaned I had to take a video to show the manager. They ended up giving me a free cabana during our stay. Our garbage can never bag liners until the day we left, I requested conditioner 3 times was never refilled I had to go buy my own conditioner, they never came to clean the mess I had to take a video of and I was there 3 days. They ended up credited me back one night stay. The video I took was months of pilled trash and dust & wires between my kids bunk bed and the wall it was pretty bad. Which is sad cause the hotel is nice just housekeeping really lacked.

We booked this property based on the photos and the fact that it was a Marriott property. We were unfortunately disappointed by the cleanliness of the building in general. Had I not prepaid my room - I would have left. Our room had not been vacuumed and there was food on the floor. There was a thick dust on everything and the halls were very dirty. The building is very dated and needs a desperate refresh. Our room door did not open properly so it took several tries each time we came in. The balcony was so small you could not sit outside - and our view was the garbage area so we wouldn’t want to even sit out there. Kids pool was good and staff were very lovely and helpful when asked.

The stay was great for the price. The street noise and the AC noise was a bit more than at other places we have been, but wasn't a huge issue. It was odd that the vanity was right inside the door so it was not convenient to get up and want to start getting ready before others sleeping. The staff was super nice and it was comfortable and clean so we would stay there again.

We stayed at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista for a school graduation. Overall the resort was ok. It’s not like the pictures and not what you’d expect for staying at a Sheraton. It’s an older hotel and service was slow from check in to valet. The daily resort fees were excessive $25 plus valet was an additional $31 otherwise you pay $10/day to park your car. If you decide to leave the hotel, you pay the $10 each time you enter the parking area. Other than that; the rooms were nice, beds comfy. We had a family suite and it slept our family comfortably.

We chose this property out of the Marriott collection and have had phenomenal stays at previous Sheraton properties. This property is dated and in need of a refurbishment. It is however close to tons of dinning options and a quick 10 min drive to the parks. We stayed on property for a total of 3 nights and. 2 of those nights were meet with extremely loud workers (must have been the laundry/linen service to what we gathered)

The staff was great, pools are nice, and the rooms are clean. Major downside was the old, thin windows causing all noise from outside to be heard in the room. The noise from the street sounded like we were sleeping with the sliding door open when it was not. If you stay here, save yourself the sleepless nights and get a pool facing room.

Convenient location food & shopping close by. Great breakfast options, only suggestion need easier option to get coffee instead of having to ask waiter. Rooms don't have usb charging (make sure you take connection for outlet). We would of lived to have a microwave in room. Nice logging option, would stay there again.

Check in was smooth, but upon entering room provided it was not what we reserved. Had to go back to lobby and request change. Then got back to new room and it has handicap bathroom. Again not what reserved and manager did not do anything to accomodate or compensate was offered. Room was not up to par either, dirty in many areas. Definitely not worth a resort fee for no reason. Then parking have to pay extra daily for no reason. The meter is more of a headache than anything. They offer shuttle service but limited parks and locations. Will not stay here again, and would not recommend it either.

I booked this hotel based on how it was marketed on Expedia as a resort with elevated amenities. What I experienced was completely different. The property is a basic hotel with two small pools and a bar, and lacks the features and atmosphere you'd expect from anything labeled a "resort." During my stay, I encountered consistently rude service from the bar staff, which made it difficult to relax or enjoy any of the shared spaces. I charged meals and drinks to my room and when I asked for an itemized receipt, I was told I had to wait until the next morning. Despite that, they locked me out of my room and forced me to pay the full or half amount without any breakdown of charges. I did sign the receipts the night before, but if don’t remember those totals and they also thought someone I was speaking with was with me and I was worried they added his charges to my bill. The lack of transparency, unprofessional service, and misleading advertising left me extremely disappointed. I ended my stay early and was denied any kind of partial refund. I would not recommend this hotel, and I hope Expedia reviews how it is being listed on the platform.

Very clean! customer service could be a bit more respectful, I feel like if I spend a ton of money on my hotel & room, and I ask for a late checkout I should be able to get it, I was told that I wasn't able to have a late checkout which was upsetting but got over it, also another thing, I didn't like that I had no towels & wash cloths in my room the day before I was checking out and I had to call 2x's and wait over 1 hour for towels and wash cloths.. overall Hotel was decent i guess!

Highly disappointed in our stay. Our room was not even ready over 2 hours after check in. They did “upgrade” our room and the manager on staff was very pleasant. While it was nice they “upgraded” us, we did not feel it truly was. The room was very dated, no trash bags the entire stay, stained sheets, and a booger that was left on the bathroom door prior to check in. The hot tubs were never working (nor were we told) and the pool area looked very run down compared to the photos. While the resort as a whole was disappointing, the worst part was housekeeping and their lack of respect. We left our room at 7:00am to go to Disney. We returned around 8pm to find our room door left open. It is clear it is it was housekeeping as the room had been “cleaned” and beds made. We immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk, only to be met with no sympathy. Our belongings were left to the open public and we were given a smirk and “sorry for the inconvenience”. They did take off the resort/parking fees, but their attitude was distasteful. The following day we put the do not disturb sign up prior to leaving for the day, only to return to a room that had clearly been touched by housekeeping. A complete violation, especially considering what had happened the day before. Between the issue with check in, the lack of cleanliness, and the lack of security, we will never recommend this property or any other Sheraton hotel to anyone.

It was very easy to get from the airport! I didn’t like the wait,to get to my room. I wanted the rooms with family to be near by, they couldn’t do that. Personally staff at front desk could be nicer. I know they have a lot of ppl to get checked in. Another thing was that after I got checked in, they said I have to wait till rooms were ready. after 2 hours I asked for my room, and they said it was ready, I was upset , because if I didn’t check , I would of been waiting longer. This was my first time there, I had told the staff, it was annoying , because I couldn’t figure out how to get to my room and I told them that , and asked them could I get something closer, they said no. Ppl need to understand , clients don’t know the resort as well as staff. Bar waiter was good, excellent service on housekeeping . They were very polite, and answered my questions. Overall experience was great, I would luv to come back .

This felt like a 2 star hotel with a nice pool that was charging for the proximity to Disney. Rooms and common areas are old, with the accumulated grime that comes with that. Area around this hotel, besides Disney, is a downtrodden strip mall infested street.

The hotel is a reasonable price and convenient location for Disney and other parks. Rooms were pretty basic and small bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush very well. Lots of food options available around the area. Parking is very inconvenient and expensive. You have to pay daily for onsite parking. Also there were lots of extra charges I wasn’t aware of before booking this hotel, including the parking.

Hotel states that they have a restaurant, but basically they have an active bar with a few choices of food. The restaurant is not open but only for breakfast. They do have a small snack area and a Starbucks, which is a nice benefit and the fruit from the bar is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have to be checked in to room 1313 we got up to our room our refrigerator did not work, so they bring us a different one. The telephone and the light did not work so they repaired that and then the room had not been cleaned. Well the chair at the desk was very sticky so we requested a different chair and they brought us one. I think maybe they need better maids because the room still had dust in areas where it shouldn’t have been. But they have a wonderful pool and the helpful and friendly staff to try to make everything right for us. Parking is $25 a night. We didn’t have a car but I feel that is a little too expensive. They also charge a resort fee to your bill, but then I give you $10 a day. Reward to use at the bar for food or drink and a coupon for one free appetizer. The shrimp is an amazing appetizer. Try it if you go.

It was a great stay!!!! AC was ice cold in the room. Parking you did have to pay at the very end of your stay, but I read already that was a separate charger so I was fine with it. Staff cleaned our room daily when we went out and about. Pool was clean and slides were fun. Breakfast was amazing, please add to your travel package!!! We give this resort 5 stars. We loved it here!!

Nice place. Nothing special. Alot of dining and souvenir shops very close by. Close to major larks too. Sick of their resort pees and especially didnt like the fact they take 18% gratuity automatically at bar. Tipping is my choice...not a added tax.

There is a charge for parking, resort fee, you named it. Breakfast for $26 per person which I think it is too much for what it is served. Same breakfast you will get at other hotels that have this service included. It says it provides transportation to the parks but when you get there, it is very limited and at inconvenience times.

Breakfast, normal hotel style is $46 for two, what other hotels do for free. Ben and Jerry's ice cream small container $17.00, so absurd the employees laughed about it. Walls are paper thin, could here phone conversation in next room. Room smelled musty. Employees were the best part of this stay. Would not choose again

I’ve stayed at this location prior to the remodel. The location is great and the updates they made have been very nice! It’s definitely an older building but the new rooms and other improvements around the property have made it so much nicer!

The room was a good size and spacious overall, which was definitely a plus. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected and we also had issues with the TV during our stay. The pool area was fine, but could definitely be nicer and felt a little underwhelming for a Sheraton resort. For the price, especially with the added resort fee, I’ve stayed in much better hotels in Orlando that offered better overall value. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but the cleanliness, maintenance and overall facilities let it down.

Hot tub was great but a little dirty. Also tile looks old. Not painted. Buffet was okay not the best. But overall the room and the location of the hotel was great! Also it was very helpful having transportation to the parks.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The new renovated rooms were great- very clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was the feel of the sheets, they were very scratchy to me. Property was very secure- you had to have a key to get into the parking lot and even up the elevator. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looks nice! Would def stay again.

Both pools were completely coated in algae. The rug in the room had a blood stain and a large amount of dirt under it. Hairs all over the bathroom. The beds were wet thinking it was a humidity issue.
