Hot tub has a bad smell , pool looked dirty . Room was clean and comfortable except it was windy a you could hear the gutter outside fluttering against the wall all night . The restaurant food for breakfast was good and all staff was nice .

We arrived in Casper really tired and my husband was not feeling well at all. This was the perfect respite. Quiet, comfortable room, pretty decent restaurant on site, fun pool for our child, and even a nice place for our dog to take a little walk. We ended up extending for another night so he could recover fully, and that was easy to do, staff was really helpful. Great place!

We booked this hotel because they advertised a pool and hot tub. After we checked in we went to the pool and there was sign on the door saying “Pool Closed.” No one said anything at check in or when we booked. Very disappointing, feels like false advertising. We would’ve stayed anywhere else for the pool if we knew the pool here was closed.

You’re charging a premium rate for Casper, you should be premium but it is sliding a bit. Mascara on my pillow and bed, change all beds not just the one that appears to have been slept in and your towels are aging time to give customers who are paying 200 plus a night a softer more absorbent and even whiter towel!

the hotel was very nice and really liked that they offered a sit down breckfast instead of the average buffet style breckfast. We had to pay for the breckfast instead of the standard free buffet, which is ok but by no means delicious, the food was absolutely delicious and very low cost considering the quality. I had bacon, eggs, home fries, toast and coffee and the cost was $10.00 Even though it's nice to have breckfast included when staying at Holiday inn I would gladly pay when the food, service and cost is so reasonable.

Place smelled like a sewage treatment plant. I was told the smell did in fact originate at a nearby plant. There was no plant. The smell was coming from the swimming pool, which was being emptied. The pool had obviously been neglected for some time. That's not enough right? I did my laundry, paid $2.00 for laundry soap, $125.00 for the washing machine and another $1.00 for the dryer. After wasting 2 hours to accomplish this, my clothes were nowhere near clean. Do yourself a favor and don't stay there.
