Great location, but paying for parking? It’s not even downtown. Indoor pool was super cold. That’s not front desk fault but I don’t recall indoor pool being that cold at all. I lived 45 mins away and the point was staying out of town and planned to have my kids swim there but they couldn’t as it was so cold

The room was neat and clean. At check in the person at the front desk did not engage us. He had his ear bud in and seemed distracted. I had to go back down later to get ice because there are no ice machines for guests to use. I walked over to where he was getting the ice and it sounded like was talking to someone on his phone. The next morning breakfast service did not seem to be prepared for the number of guests in the building. They kept running out of the hot items and even ran out of bowls so they had to close down the cereal station. Throughout out stay the lounge/restaurant was not open. I even called around 11 on the 1st and asked if they would be open I was told not for lunch but they would open at 4. We had really hoped to stay in that night but the restaurant never did open. As we went by the desk I told the person at the front desk that I was disappointed the lounge had not been open for our entire stay. She said it had something to do with it being a holiday weekend but that she would tell her manager and have her get back to me. I never heard from anyone. There was also no information available about restaurants, transportation or activities near by.

This was a two night stay as we moved to a nearby high rise apartment. While it was convenient in terms of location, its price belied the value that wasn’t there. There were elevator issues which caused guests to use the stairs. The free breakfast was pedestrian and the stale odor permeated the main floor. And charging for parking was an insult given the price of the room.

I was not informed that the property is undergoing massive renovation which meant abbreviated breakfast service and no bar. I think guests should be told that ahead of time! It is still a nice place to stay.

The staff was wonderful! Property was right off the freeway exit which was handy with a weekend of driving to events. Parking was a small challenge in my Subaru outback as the spots were a little narrow.

The hotel indicated that they will do a light cleaning daily and full cleaning every 7 days! I stayed for 2 nights and expected to have the garbage empty and fresh towels after the first night. There were no signs of anyone enter the room. Nothing was done! I had to go down to the concierge to get new towels. If I’m paying for hotel price, I am expecting hotel services. I have been to different Marriott residence inn and their services were excellent. They cleaned my room eveyday and provided quality breakfast!

Great hotel close to downtown Bellevue just off the interstate. There is a Target nearby, restaurants a short drive away and the beautiful botanical gardens just across the interstate. Hotel was nice. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Love the apartment feel. Good breakfast. Nice people.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - it was near downtown Bellevue and close to the freeway. Our room was very clean and spacious. We liked that it had a full kitchen and a small dining area. The bathroom was very clean, too. We throughly enjoyed sleeping on a very comfortable and clean king sized bed. There was a pullout couch/sofa bed and a tv with a variety of channels. Our room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Our main concerns were the folowing: The parking stalls were small and quite narrow. The front desk staff were not the most friendliest and not the most helpful. The free full breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The breakfast buffet did not have any meat protein options like bacon, sausages or ham. The scrambled eggs did not taste fresh. All the other food choices were just ok. To us, the food tasted bland or stale.

They were not able to honor their booking because they were sold out. They sent us an email on the day, luckily we called them before arriving as we’d have been very disappointed. When we called them they told us we had been transferred to a nearby Hilton and they would cover the first night. This was appreciated. However they told us they’d make bookings for both nights and the second night rate would be similar to our original rate at the Residence Inn. Both these turned out to not be true… ie they hadn’t made the second night booking and the daily rate was $80 higher. When we complained at the front desk, we were told to follow up with Expedia and / or the floor and office manager and we’re unclear about how the refund process worked. We needed to follow up directly with Expedia and also escalate to the GM of the property. While the refund did ultimately get processed, we didn’t even get an apology and were flatly told they wouldn’t address the rate differential. Overall it wasn’t a good experience as our Hilton stay turned out to not be good and we needed to spend a lot of time following up instead of enjoying our vacation. This service level was uncharacteristically poor.

The lobby was inviting and modern. The room was clean and we were happy with the kitchenette and sofa space. The staff was the best part. Anna at the front desk made us feel so welcome and greeted us each time we came into the hotel or left. The bartender was also super friendly and accommodating. The only thing I could see that was not perfect was there was a small chunk of soap on the soap holder from a previous guest… not even a big deal to me. Will totally stay here again if we are in the area’

The property location was great as we stayed in Bellevue for my birthday rather than headnig back after several wine tastings in Woodinville. Having an indoor pool was also convenient, our little one loved that. The breakfast was a nice bonus but I will say it was pretty bland, not much flavor, it essentially consisted of a ham and cheese muffin, some vegetables, waffles, toast, and oatmeal. The sandwiches were soggy, the vegetables were bland, and the orange juice was extremely watered down. I think water would have tasted better quite honestly... Overall, and outside of the free breakfast, it was a good experience.
