Lovely hotel, short walk from all of the attractions and close by to loads of nice restaurants and gelato shops. Staff were super helpful and the bar man was brilliant, made cocktails to our own taste. Private hot tub booking was a really lovely end to the holiday. Breakfast was unreal, great selection of cooked food and fresh fruit. Will definitely be returning!

We had an excellent stay in Rome. The reception staff and bartender were very serviceminded and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice and you can sit both outside in a very nice outdoor yard or inside. The standard room is not large but ok. We used the sauna a lot and that was great. The fitness room only has very few machines and no free dumbbells. The location is a good walk from the city center and therefore we walked 10-18 km per day but Termini and metro is very close by

No air conditioning and it was over 100 degrees outside. They had one but it wouldn’t work and we made a call every day for them to fix. They did send an engineer that got it working for an hour. The shower has a window facing other units and the curtains didn’t block the view. So we gave a show every night to the neighbors. The bellman do nothing. They stood there and watched as we struggled bringing luggage up stairs to get into hotel. No help and no greeting. There was no attendant at the bar so we gave up. Not one English station on the tv.

This location was excellent, just two blocks from the train station. It’s a boutique hotel which means yes, the room is small, but very clean. Big bonus my last night after traveling through Italy with many stairs…to have a bathtub…and reserve the jacuzzi on the rooftop. Only negative was when I arrived for my reserved jacuzzi time, a family with two young children were in there and kids were happy splashing all over the place not realizing you are to reserve it so when staff informed them they had to leave, the young girl gave me very angry faces! Maybe having signage in the jacuzzi area to reserve time with the front desk would avoid that discomfort. Would definitely come back!!!

Location for transportation is so close. Property bathroom shower drain and sink was not working, overflowing out of shower. There wasn’t power and USB outlets next to bed side. There wasn’t table clock next to bed. Breakfast was okay but missing feta cheese and cream chese. There is no shampoo holder for n the shower. Towel heater was not working.

Als wir das Hotel betreten haben waren wir positiv überrascht, über das stilvoll eingerichtete Ambiente und das freundliche Empfangspersonal, die Stimmung legte sich aber sobald wir unser Zimmer betreten haben... Das Zimmer war sehr klein, die Anordnung des Bades sehr unvorteilhaft, so war die Dusche Rechts neben dem Bett angeordnet, ohne Duschkabine spitzte das Wasser auf das Bett und den Boden. Wollte man von der Dusche ins Bad (das Links neben dem Bett war) musste man also einmal quer durchs Zimmer. Durch die geringe Größe wurde hier ein aufgeklappter Koffer schon zum Problem. Leider zeigte sich das Bad noch von einer viel schlechteren Seite... die Badamaturen waren dreckig, die Wasserhähne klebrig und das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab... In unserer ersten Nacht war ein unerträglicher Gestank im Zimmer, der wie wir später rausfanden aus dem Abfluss kam. Im Hotel steckt der Name "Termini", jeder der sich in dieser Gegend des Bahnhofs ein Hotel nimmt, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass das nicht der schönste Fleck Roms ist. Abends sind die Straßen von Obdachlosen und "zwielichtigen Gestalten" geprägt.

Great boutique hotel would highly recommend. Friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and cleaned everyday. Close to all transport and close to plenty of cafes and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again if ever back in rome.

로마에 갈때 마다 거의 테르미니 역 근처 호텔을 이용하는데 테르미니 역 근처의 호텔도 방향, 출입구에 따라 다른데 이 곳은 위치가 최고였습니다. 역까지 걸어서 약 2-3분인데 바로 역이랑 연결되는 출입구가 아주 활기찬 곳입니다. 그 유명한 코나드도 바로 연결되고요. (지하로 한층내려가지만). 위치적으로는 최고입니다. 도로에서 호텔리셉션까지 계단이 좀 있지만 직원이 큰짐을 올려주니 문제 없고요. 방은 사진과 같이 깔끔합니다. 역시 이태리라 수압이 좀 약하지만 가지고 간 샤워헤드를 교체했으니 조금 나아서 잘 이용했습니다. 전반적으로 다 깔끔하지만 늘 그렇듯이 이태리 및 유럽호텔은 아무리 신축이고 깔끔해도 욕실의 마감부분이 늘 깔끔하지 못하고 좀 더러운게 보이는데 여기도 좀 그랬습니다. 화장실 변기도 좀 살짝 그랬고 삐그덕 소리도 좀 났습니다. 룸은 나무랄데 없는데 욕실만 조금 보수좀 잘 해주면 더욱 완벽할거 같습니다. 물론 다음에 로마를 가면 다시 이 호텔에 묵을 것입니다. 이 만 큼 편한곳은 없는거 같아요. 방 온도 조절도 잘 되고 창문도 잘열려서 환기도 잘 되었습니다. 욕실부분만 조금 잘 관리해주세요..^^

We booked because of the good reviews but I do not believe the reviews are accurate. We had very large bags and there are seven steps to the lobby with no ramp and no staff to assist. We then check in and meet very unfriendly front desk staff. The door to room was VERY hard to open and we thought the key was not working but was actually just a crappy door. We booked a 3 person room that included a pullout sofa but it was not made up and there were no sheets in the room. Fortunately, the linen closet was just across the hall and much like everything also had a broken door so we helped ourselves to sheets. The sink and shower both drained very slowly so I showered in ankle deep dirty water. At least we were only there for 5 hours before our flight.

I was excited to book this hotel based on reviews I'd read online. The hotel is very modern but the room we had was literally tiny. We paid $177 with taxes and I felt paying that kind of money for a room where you couldn't walk around the double bed was very expensive, considering 2 weeks earlier, we stayed in another area of Rome, had a very large room with a phenomenal view for $140 with taxes. The area is sleevy and not very safe. Not many options for restaurants in the area. The only good thing is it's walking distance to Termini Train station in case you need to travel by train anywhere. I would not stay here again.

overall positive experience! great breakfast & staff are lovely. the rooms are tightly compact, but very practical and a good layout of the room. my one downside is that it is very noisy and the website claims to have soundproof rooms but that is far from it! can hear everything from outside in the street, downstairs in the bar & everything outside in the corridor! but nevertheless i would stay here for a little citybreak in rome again!
overall positive experience! great breakfast & staff are lovely. the rooms are tightly compact, but very practical and a good layout of the room. my one downside is that it is very noisy and the website claims to have soundproof rooms but that is far from it! can hear everything from outside in the street, downstairs in the bar & everything outside in the corridor! but nevertheless i would stay here for a little citybreak in rome again!

This hotel was located about 500 m walk from Roma terminai station. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room is quite small, but for a couple was functional. In our situation they allowed us to check in about an hour early and were also able to allow us to check out about an hour late which was very useful as we had a tour booked for the morning of our departure. Metro access is easy via one of two stations. The room contains a small fridge for keeping drinks cool and a safe for your important documents. Air conditioning works well and the room was quiet. Breakfast was quite comprehensive with cereals cold meats cheeses and some hot breakfast products as well as juice and coffee. There is a small hot tub upstairs which must be booked if you wish to use it.

Lovely hotel, short walk from all of the attractions and close by to loads of nice restaurants and gelato shops. Staff were super helpful and the bar man was brilliant, made cocktails to our own taste. Private hot tub booking was a really lovely end to the holiday. Breakfast was unreal, great selection of cooked food and fresh fruit. Will definitely be returning!

No air conditioning and it was over 100 degrees outside. They had one but it wouldn’t work and we made a call every day for them to fix. They did send an engineer that got it working for an hour. The shower has a window facing other units and the curtains didn’t block the view. So we gave a show every night to the neighbors. The bellman do nothing. They stood there and watched as we struggled bringing luggage up stairs to get into hotel. No help and no greeting. There was no attendant at the bar so we gave up. Not one English station on the tv.

Decent hotel very close to termini rail station with plenty of restaurant/ bars around. Hotel has small reception area which can get crowded. Overall decent room, bathroom could be doing with upgrade- paint coming off walls and taps could be renewed.

Stayed here due to its proximity to Termini to take a train after our stay. Hotel is great as is breakfast. I wish we had stayed more central though Rhis hotel is far from major sites. Taxis and Ubers were necessary to get to most places

I was excited to book this hotel based on reviews I'd read online. The hotel is very modern but the room we had was literally tiny. We paid $177 with taxes and I felt paying that kind of money for a room where you couldn't walk around the double bed was very expensive, considering 2 weeks earlier, we stayed in another area of Rome, had a very large room with a phenomenal view for $140 with taxes. The area is sleevy and not very safe. Not many options for restaurants in the area. The only good thing is it's walking distance to Termini Train station in case you need to travel by train anywhere. I would not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel 4 min walk from termini and you can use the metro to get around to the famous monuments . Clean and friendly staff . Delicious breakfast. Only thing I was missing was the air conditioner but everything was perfect .

This hotel is ok - but definitely not worth the 4 star rating it advertises. Our room was ok - but some of the hotel staff at breakfast were a bit surly and we couldn’t get a drink at the bar on our last night because the staff member was on her mobile!

We had an excellent stay in Rome. The reception staff and bartender were very serviceminded and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice and you can sit both outside in a very nice outdoor yard or inside. The standard room is not large but ok. We used the sauna a lot and that was great. The fitness room only has very few machines and no free dumbbells. The location is a good walk from the city center and therefore we walked 10-18 km per day but Termini and metro is very close by

The hotel is centrally located and very close to Termini station which is very convenient. The area is not the trendiest one like Monti but has its fair share of nice restaurants. We liked „La Lupa“, „Regina Restaurant“ and „Al Forno della Soffitta“. The Mercato centrale“ in the termini station also has good food options. The breakast at the hotel was very good. Many options and good quality. The rooms aren’t very big but sufficient for 1-2 adults. They are clean and well maintained. What I didn’t like was the bathroom. They definitely need an overhaul. The toilets’ anchoring made squeaking noises (so did the one in the neighboring room- which was annoying because you could hear it every time they used the bathroom). The piping under the sink was leaking which lead to water (though small amounts) leaking out. More annoying though was the smell that came from the leak. I had to ask two times to have that fixed. I didn’t appreciate that my room was not made up on one day. Please be prepared that some walls are rather thin. That was the case of the wall separating my room from the neighboring bathroom. That was rather unpleasant (I could literally hear them urinating). Nonetheless, given the overall price level in Rome it was a good money for value ratio.
