Was very disappointed. Called before we booked confirming that there was a pool that was heated and it was all operational. When we arrived i confirmed that the pool was operatiinak and heated. Told yes but they just cleaned it and would be open after 7. That was fine. When we got to the pool the hot tub was drained with cones around it. The pool was run down, not well kept, and ABSOLUTELY NOT HEATED. This was the only reason we booked hear, to take our daughters swimming. Very disappointed after confirming twice. The rest of the facility was averrage at best.

Nice hotel outside Pensacola Exit 7 on I-10. They are renovating it now but it was not too bad. Swimming pool was closed. This hotel used to have great BF but now it is basic but sufficient. Service people are friendly and respond to your needs.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was really good they had waffles sausage eggs cereal etc Our room was nice and clean The only downside was they were temodeling the pool so we couldnt use it and it wont have a hot tub anymore 😕

I was not satisfied with the swimming pool supposed to be heated, the water was cold, and the spa tub was blockedoff with police tape. I was looking forward to enjoying swimming or sitting and spa tub, this did not happen! This was the reasons that I picked this hotel!

We chose this property because it offered a hot tub. Turns out the hot tub has been removed. The breakfast area was small and really needed more seating. Otherwise, it was a decent place to rest.

The listing is a little deceiving because it says there is a bar and a restaurant. There is neither of those. However, there is free breakfast, and the food was good. There are also several convenient places to eat nearby. The property is clean and the staff was friendly. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend it.

Hot tub advertised but it was out of operation and they didn’t clean room at all for a 4 night stay. Replaced towels a couple of times and got trash once but didnt clean otherwise. I would have expected this after 3 nights.

Room was in good condition. Beds are stiff as a rock. If you’re looking for a soft bed, this isn’t the spot for you. Staff could also use some training on what to do during a tornado warning. A tornado warning was issued for the area during my stay. I found out via my phone emergency alerts. I called the front desk to inquire if there was an area we needed to go to within the hotel and the front desk said, “To be honest, this is my first tornado warning.” Basically, no idea on what to do. That instills a lot about safety when a tornado warning is issued and you’re asleep. By the way, the warning occurred just before midnight local time. Pool is under construction at the time of my visit, wouldn’t expect to go for a swim.

The hotel was phenomenal. The breakfast was so good. It also had an exercise room and a laundry room although two machines were out the pool indoor but it was very hot inside the pool room and the hot tub was in operable. The hotel was 30 minutes from the beach, but for the price it was feasible and also we liked that the hotel was near a variety of restaurants instead of just restricted to the island because the prices are too high near the beach. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel and with Expedia’s transparency with the recommendation and selection of hotels, we will definitely be staying on that property in the future.

The young lady who checked us in on 05/06 was amazing. The staff that assisted with my 2nd reservation was wonderful too. My biggest complaint is that the bathroom was not clean. It was clear smeared feces was on the outer bowl of the toilet, a dirt ring inside the toilet and bathtub. Only the towels were switched out and they ran out of face towels. We had to wait until the next day to get clean face towels.

My room smelled like cat pee. I asked for a different room, the first one I tried had a double bed and pull out couch but was hot with water on the floor then the other one I tried smelled like cat pee again. The staff was super nice but didn’t seem to care that the smell of the room was unbearable. I had to get a room at the Hampton Inn so now I’m out almost $400 for a night in Pensacola. After reading more reviews it seems the smell is a known issue and hasn’t/wont be resolved.

The breakfast is lackluster. The rooms stink and staff is very aware. They wanted me to go up and smell a room upon check in! Stated guest noticed terrible smells. That was room 320. I declined and asked for somewhere else. We were given 319 and it stunk badly. I can’t imagine what 320 smelled like. I wouldn’t waste my time here and wouldn’t go back even if they give me free stays the rest of my life. Avoid this place at all cost!

The room was big, good size for a family of 5. It was clean, no complaints there. A little outdated furniture, our room had 2 tvs. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they have a decent hot breakfast. The hot tub was out of order when we stayed there but the pool was up and running. Pensacola beach is about a 30 min drive. Overall we were happy with our stay and most likely we’ll be staying here for our next trip.

The location off the highway was great. Our room was ok, we couldn’t control the temp so the room was hot. I don’t recommend using the foldout sofa, it was terrible, lumpy and uncomfortable

The only issue was the bed was not comfortable at all. Everything else was great. Maybe look into getting more comfortable mattresses. For me, my sleep is at the top of the list when staying overnight somewhere.

Unfortunately my husband became ill and we could not stay both nights. The hotel charged me almost $100 for having to cancel the second night of our stay. The manager was incredibly rude and contrite. She said “Maybe you should have booked through the hotel instead of a third party”. She put her hand up to me as if to say “Talk to the hand”. I will not stay there again. I told her they shouldn’t punish people because their plans change. B

after my brother and I checked into our room, I was standing there waiting to order some food and the door opened. Someone was coming into the room. Another group was given the same room. I went down to asked about the issue and was told that I was given the wrong room but everything was taken care of and I was okay to stay in that room. The air conditioner was loud and making noise, it leaked water on the floor. I just don't know how you check into a room and then the same room is given to another party. Hard to sleep knowing someone else could get in.

I've stayed here before. Front desk staff is always very friendly and nice. My housekeeper on this particular stay was so sweet. Bed is mostly comfortable. My biggest issue is the noise from other rooms. People just don't have consideration and respect for others.

The service from check in to a clean room was good. The included breakfast was good. I also felt like my vehicle was safe in their parking lot. I did not have a view or balcony in the room assigned to me and the bed was a little firm, but all in all a good stay. The drive to the beach was a bit much, but there were restaurants within a five-minute walk.

It was such a perfect stay for us. The employees were so friendly and so were the locals. The hotel was lovely. It had everything we needed and the breakfast was top knotch with it's waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and so much more. The rooms are nice and it has an indoor pool. I really can't think of a single bad thing to say.
