Excellent resort! Clean rooms with LOTS of space! Amenities like pool, hot tub, fishing, paddle boats, activities were great and a real safe and comfortable family resort feel. Highly recommend! Only thing I didn’t like was pressure and spray of shower heads. Careful ladies! ;-)

Very pleasant stay. the property is in a great location. Convenient to parks and shopping. We had a great room with view of the lake directly behind the property. Great amenities, pool, hot tub and various types of water equipment to use.

Unit was very clean and the property had some spectacular/stunning views of the lake. The pool was very nice and there were free activities (paddle boat and canoe/kayak). I was a late checkin (1:45 AM) but had communicated with the property before my vacation began and they were exceptionally accommodating for me.

The resort is in a good area we checked in late since our flight had arrived late and it was a terrible time getting a rental car. We were assured checking in would be fine even though it was after 1am. They informed the security guard that we would be arriving late and security was expecting us when we arrived! The resort is older but nicely renovated with a pool and hot tub and is located on Lake Bryan they have kayaks and paddle boats you are able to use it was a little cold and we didn’t have time to take advantage of the lake… the pool did have a pump problem while we were there but they have a sister resort next door that you are able to use as well… if you are going to Disney and like the Disney springs area this is a great hotel/resort to stay out especially if you like cooking and washing your own clothes! We will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 stayed here between Christmas and New Years and we intend to come back to Bryan's Spanish Cove the next time we visit Orlando. The #1 reason for choosing this place was the numerous reviews saying they kept the pool heated in winter, and they delivered on this. The pool must have been over 80 degrees our entire stay and never was crowded. The hot tub, paddle boats, kayaks, and shuffle board were excellent perks as well. Being a smaller resort, the whole place never felt busy, and the condo was comfortable and spacious with a good size balcony to lounge on. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great place me and my family enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I didn’t like about the property of the paddle boats. I would like to see an upgrade there other than that the staff was phenomenal. They helped me with everything. I did not have any problems the nicest people I just wanna see some better paddle boats, but the lake was phenomenal. It was beautiful. The pool was nice. The Jacuzzi was nice the grills everything was just beautiful.

I really enjoyed the open space of the unit. Made it nice for the 5 of us. 3 adults, 16,12, and 10 year old. But night 1 we noticed the light cover was full of live bugs in the guest closet. I contacted them and they quickly sent maintenance to take care of it. But then on day 3 when i found one on my clothes it was time to go!

Its near everything. We couldnt use the pool which was very small by the way ,due to weather, the daily rate overpriced and it shouldnt be called a resort and charge for a resort fee its just an old buldings very basic AirB&B ,big space if you travel with a family ,its clean but still found a 1/2 inch roache on the curtain styed in the secound bulding from the entrance and i could hear the road traffic in the bedroom specily the car with muffler pop tune 6 oclock in the morning passing by

I have stayed at this resort many times before and have not had any problems at all. I would have given this stay a 5 star review had it not been for the TWO LARGE COCKROACHES I encountered on the same day. This is the second stay where this happened,

This property is very quiet and peaceful. Grounds are well kept. You can tell they take pride in keeping the property clean. Rooms are a little out dated but well kept. Kitchen appliances were new. The mattress in the master bedroom probably needs to be replaced. Only down side is there are not any restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely consider booking with them again if my travels took me to this area of Orlando.

The property is only two storeys but if you are on the ground floor you will hear a LOT of noise. The wi-fi is patchy and the rooms are in need of some tlc - doors hanging off hinges is not a good look.

Our place was big and comfortable! As other reviewers noted the property was impeccably clean. It was conveniently located next to a lot of attractions. As it was a smaller resort, parking was super simple and it was very quiet.

We loved how clean, spacious, comfortable and easy to access it was. Close to pharmacies, fast food, Starbucks and anything we needed. Kitchen had all the utensils and cookware that we needed for our stay. Super sap ious and kids loved it.

I have stayed at Bryan's Spanish Cove multiple times and love it due to space, efficiency to Disney Springs and the parks, and quietness; however, this trip I was given the room off the main road. My sister and I did not sleep a wink. The road traffic was so loud all night; it did not stop. A sound barrier wall would be in the best interest of future hotel guests. Also, the water pipes whistled when the shower was in use. An option for internet tv where guests could login to their streaming subscriptions should be available, instead of mirror imaging from their personal device.

This is for unit #114. Internet was horrible. Washer/dryer loud, couldn't run overnight. No lock on master bedroom door. I suggest a second floor unit. Beware of loud upstairs people. ( Not Bryan's fault) Staff was great! Overall we will book again. Hopefully they get internet issues fixed.

Property was well taken care of. Large pool and hot tub. Rooms are much larger than a typical hotel room. Try to ask for an upstairs room. Floors are wood not concrete like a modern hotel so you can here the kids and people w boots on walking on the floor above.

A surprisingly cozy and modest suite with a great few of the tree line behind the property. It offered privacy without sacrificing outdoor space. The balcony ran the length of the suite and was screened off to prevent bugs from ruining your evening in the cool breeze. Many places to eat nearby, within walking distance. This was a pleasant stay for me and my family of 6.

This is a great value property with lots of space and very convenient for Disney and some of the outlet malls. Set in a lovely location and staff are very friendly. One bit of feedback, please don’t call guests multiple times offering tours of properties for timeshares.

We stayed at this place three months ago and the amount of harassment I have received from them for their timeshare. Makes it where I regret staying here. I am called sometimes 2 to 3 times a day, at least once or twice a week. They have even resorted to changing their area code on the calls. I have asked to be put on their do not call list, and they continue to harass me. Do not stay here, or at least do not give them your real phone number.

No one came to empty trash or replace toilet paper or towels. In fact there was no indication that any hotel staff was in the room at all during the entire 7-night stay. Parking is extremely limited. They charged me a 116 resort fee even though we didn't use the pool, wifi, or any other 'amenity.' The resort fees are flat out thievery anyway.

Good stuff: really convenient location for Disney parks and airport. Great kitchen/bathrooms/bedrooms - the twin was the smaller room but still plenty of space. Clean, light and airy. Loved the idea of free kayaks, etc. but we didn’t have time to use them. Staff were great. No insects in the rooms (mentioned in other reviews). Room for improvement: traffic noise - it’s 20 yards from a highway, and we were in the room nearest to the road! Having said that it rarely bothered us significantly - still slept well. There are restaurants within walking distance but it’s a walk along the highway, and it was tricky - but doable - to go for a run from our front door to Disney Springs. There were no instructions about recycling, but there was a communal bin for it. The pool was too small to swim lengths - more of a splash pool for the kids. Overall I would say this is a fab place to stay if your main focus is to visit the parks, but less so if you want to spend a significant amount of time hanging out at the hotel itself.
