Arrived and staff were extremely helpful with our stay. Got to the room and found a clump of hair on the bed. The bathroom wasn’t clean and missing soap. The overall room is in need of major improvement. They have some sort of paneling next to the windows that is kind of screwed in, but not at the same time. There are screws sticking out the back and looks absolutely ridiculous. The doors on the sliding closet are hanging off. We even found what looked like blood next to the bathroom door near the floor. It’s cheap and I can understand why. I would recommend staying elsewhere if you can afford it. It would make a great hotel with a major overhaul throughout. Very convenient having access to the universal bus from the hotel next door, but that’s all the positive I can say about this stay. I don’t think we’ll be returning… which is a shame.

Unbeatable Value! I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Orlando. The location is perfect, welcoming staff. Our room was spacious, and equipped with comfortable beds, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. Honestly, you really can't ask for more for your money! 😅 I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
