Very comfortable beds, great laundry room, helpful check in staff, good snack shop you can buy water, snacks, some food etc. Pool is really big although we didn’t use it. Lost one star due to the shuttle service to Universal not being great due to the times. Weird morning times especially and not frequent at all. We weren’t able to get it due to the times not suiting us. Ubers were between $6-8 to Universal Studios and around $8-10 to Epic.

Hotel very clean pool is nice. They need to updated the room ex. Curtains some outlets don't work. Shower curtains very outdated. They need more ev charger station its only one. Very helpful for a hotel that large it should be at least 3.

Everyone was very kind ànd helpful. The pool area was nice. The location is very good and quiet. The hotel rooms were clean and it was nice to have a pool bar, a deli and restaurant available. I ordered delivery from Jimmy Johns and the front desk received the delivery for me, it all went very smoothly.

Our second stay. Really like! Very Kid friendly, very convenient location close to universal and other attractions with shuttles nearby and ride service convenient and affordable. The staff on both stays have great!! Kids love basketball court, pool, and hot tub. Definitely recommend great value for your $. Do recommend some maintenance in guest areas and around spa/pool area , better parking!

I had a great stay at Best Western. Its in a ideal location if your going to any of the parks or attractions in the area. The staff were very helpful as well as soon as I entered into the building I was happily greeted by John at the front desk. My room wasn't ready yet because we were so early but he gave me a key for the pool area if I wanted to sit by the pool or walk around the hotel if I wanted to. He also offered to give me a courtesy call as soon as a room was available. During my departure, I had a small issue that I brought to the attention of Evelyn at the front desk and she immediately gave me direction on what to do and who to address. She also was very helpful! In fact anything I needed, I was asked during my stay if there was anything I could be assisted with.

My stay war great! The hotel was in really good condition. The amenities were awesome! The pool was very impressive. There were two hot tubs which were I’m impressive as well. There was a nice shaded area which we used to have a party. There were several tables and beautiful lawn chairs. There was also a bathroom and showers for the pool goers. The restaurants were very good. Especially the breakfast. There was a nominal surcharge. They also cooked omelets! It was great stay!!

This property was extremely unclean and did not match the photos at all. The pictures are very misleading, especially in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom floor had hair and crumbs scattered around, and the mirrors were covered in grime, as if they hadn’t been wiped down in days to weeks. It appeared the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned at all—there were even used sanitary products left behind from a previous guest. The hallways were extremely outdated, and the room itself felt damp and musty, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. The bathtub also had visible dirt and buildup. I strongly recommend spending a little more for a place that meets basic hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Roaches in bathroom, some ones fake eyelashes on bed , vomit on chair, clumps of hair on floor , dust balls hanging from ceiling, room phone disgusting and did not work, the baby crib we requested was over used beat up and had chipped paint and dark scratches they did not clean it when they brought it I had to clean it myself and the mattress was as thin as a plank. Let’s not talk about the resort fees I was obligated to pay and they hold an incidental fee from your card that they don’t discuss with the guest. I will be posting a review in every social media platform and contact who ever I have to to report this problem.

Terrible place to stay. One of the rooms had severe moisture damage to the ceiling. AC could not keep up, most of the time it felt like it was blowing warm air. Beds were uncomfortable and I'm not sure they even changed the bedding. They said they did, but the dirt and hair on the sheets said different.

dirty fork on the side of the bed with food in it, sticky stuff on the nightstand, stuff on the toilet seat, tissue shoved into the peep hole etc. this place is gross and not clean and I would like my money back.

Room was clean, but overall it wasn't in the best condition. The walls had some damage (not a huge deal) but more importantly the door had quite a large gap on the side, so you could pretty much see through it. Bugs could theoretically walk right through the gap, it was at least a half and inch wide. If I was not there with my spouse, I would not have felt safe. Overall, location was great however, and I would stay there again just hope I got a better room.

The hotel is conveniently located a short distance away from Universal Studio parks. Our room was spacious and clean woth a nice view of the pool. The elevator was fast and quiet. Front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient. The only negatives were the poor TV reception. It just never worked. And the attendant at the little restaurant by the elevators was very rude. Overall we loved the location and the size of the room.

It’s not bad for the price. However, we had a few issues: the TV remote didn’t work, so we had to turn it on and change the channels using the buttons on the TV itself. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and the sink also had some plumbing problems. Additionally, a few light bulbs were burned out. That said, the place looked quite clean and was quiet, which was perfect for just a one-night stay like me. Overall, it’s pretty decent if you're looking for something affordable and functional for a short stay.

I have stayed here 3 times while visiting Universal. The location and price are great. The staff are fantastic! The only problem is the hot water is awful and takes a long time to warm up. It was just an annoyance on previous visits, but this last stay I had to run the bath water for 15 minutes before it started to get hot! I will probably look for a different hotel next time.

this is an older hotel, i found staff nice but they charged extra $35 resort fee once i arrived on top of the fees charged when booked. they only provide service to your room after 4 days (not acceptable when traveling with a family) i had to ask many times for sheets. the discounted tkts in the lobby is a time share and not discounted tkts, expect to be harassed every time you come in or out. didn't want to use shower because there was hair and black mold in tub. hotel is in great location maybe a mile to universal or "I" drive and was one of the best prices in that area.

The woman who served me at reception treated me very badly. Another Argentinian guest noticed the negative treatment and the bad experience that this woman, whose name is unknown, made my wife and me go through, simply because I did not specify that I speak Spanish. Even though I greeted her in Spanish and spoke to my wife in front of her in Spanish, and she speaks Spanish, she had to realize that my language was Spanish. Likewise, her treatment from the beginning was quite harsh and without any kind of sympathy with the guest.

There are some staff members there who don't speak a word of English and can't understand anything you're trying to say. I couldn't go to sleep until 2 AM the day before I was taking my family to Volcano Bay because the roll away bed for my son wasn't there. I called and asked in person at the front desk for hours but no bed arrived until 2 AM. They just did not care. Some of the staff are outright rude. This was the worst hotel service I've ever had in my life, and I've traveled internationally. The only saving grace was the kind employees who run the restaurant in the hotel. They went out of their way to accommodate my family twice.

I booked a room with yourselves via the App Hotel.com for the event of 12th June 2025 as I was due after travelling from Norfolk Virginia via Philadelphia. Unfortunately upon landing at Philadelphia I learned that the onward flight to Orlando was cancelled. After much confusion and amongst the 100’s of other passengers in the same situation I realised I wasn t going to get to Orlando that evening. At 18.24 12/6 I called the hotel and spoke to Yash and advised the above' He said the reservation would be cancelled. No charge. Don’t worry about it. I heard nothing som on 17/6 8.05am I rang and spoke to Evelyn, who stated no show charged but released security deposit, charged as a no show. She said she will speak to yash who is the night manager get him to ring but he may not be able to dial International. I provided my Email address she said he would email To date i have heard absolutely nothing from Yash or Evelyn despite your promises. i have left 8 messages on the Hotel App where you claim you will respond by email, I have disputed the transaction based on the above conversation - yet you have invited I be charged You have refused as refund

We arrived earlier and Luciana, the Front Desk Manager offered us an early check in and an upgrade to a better room with an excellent view for a couple of dollars. She and the rest of the staff were very friendly and courteous. We have come to this hotel many times and the service has always been over 100%. We will definitely continue coming

The staff at the front were absolutely the sweetest! All ladies were so helpful. I needed a band-aid and they provided a few for me. I asked if they had a shuttle to Universal and we had missed it, but the ladies suggested we walk to the neighbor hotel which is Dockside Inn (a Universal Resort) and we hopped on their bus! It runs every 15 minutes. It was perfect. You do not have to be a guest of the hotel to ride the busses to Universal. The room was super clean. The hotel is close to a lot of entertainment/restaurants. We will definitely stay here again soon as we are annual passholders.

The place is a great bargain for visiting Orlando and particularly Universal. They have an awesome pool and most of the amenities you need. Easy parking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is you get hustled by non-Best Western employees right after you check in. They're trying to sell you stuff you don't need and I had to shout them down. That's really annoying. Just be prepared for the hustle after you check in. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

The property and location was wonderful and the staff was nice. A few minor negative reviews on my room: not a lot of pressure came from the shower head, the AC was awfully loud, the closet doors would not slide, and my room safe was disconnected from the wall and sitting on top a v-shaped wood - the safe almost fell on my foot. Despite those minor, very fixable details, I would stay at this location again.

Pros: Staff members were very nice. Pricing was good for the duration of my stay (6 nights). The pool was nice and the location was very convenient if you plan on going to the parks. I was unhappy with the premade food as my salad was bad and made me second guess buying anything else. Their food otherwise was good. Last thing that I was not satisfied with was the air quality in the rooms. The AC unit was very loud and for some reason everyone I went with were severely congested but only in the rooms (possibly filter needs changing).

Absolutely felt comfortable. Clean towels n restocked everyday. Buffet breakfast was good. Entire staff was friendly..had no parking issues...we e joyes the pool, bot tub amd basketball court...only thing missing is a SPA...wouldve loved to get pampered..but i would definitely stay again.

Location was convenient. With that said, only one hot tub was actually hot. I understand that breakfast was an additional charge, but they don’t even offer coffee or tea in the lobby. The hotel feels a bit dated. I had a lot of allergies in it and I’m not an allergic person. The keys never seemed to work and I had to replace them multiple times.

The property is ok ,but the fact you have to pay 15 for a buffet. And its regular hotel food is crazy. The pictures make it seem like it’s a top buffet. But it’s food that at another hotel is given complementary. Shower water pressure is low needs to be turned up. Other then that the hotel staff a great.

The room had a musky smell and also smelled like urine. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were completely empty and the breakfast was less than 1 star. The scrambled eggs were watery and the waffle maker only cooked the waffles on one side.
