Nice airport hotel. Food and drinks were ok but not great, and nearly all the local restaurants are across the highway - not safely walkable. Also disappointed with the $17/day parking fee that was not disclosed on Expedia when I booked my stay. It is clearly disclosed on the hotel web site. So that's on Expedia, in my opinion. Also my bad for not checking the hotel web site, I guess. Other hotels (across the highway) are just as nice or better and did not charge for parking last time I stayed there.

The pool was the warmest I've ever swam in, the decor was beautiful, the room was very spacious well put together, I would have gave a 5 star if they had a hot tub, but I would definitely stay there again!

Horrible. The property is a construction site. We were awakened by power tools and hammers, had difficulty communicating with the front desk over the noise, and had to share the elevator with construction equip (when the workers didn't take the elevators over completely). None of the lobby or bar amenities were available. The hotel allows non-guests to park their cars there for up to 2 weeks (according to the front desk) which means that there were no parking spots available. We were told to park at the Hooters down the road and walk back to the hotel. This property is nowhere near the quality that one expects from a Hilton or a Hilton franchisee. It was more like the Bates Motel.

I had the bad luck of needing the shuttle at a busy time. Waited an hour and a half for pickup, to travel what should have taken maybe 20 min max at a normal time. I wish they would have suggested to take an Uber/Lyft instead. Or been more honest about the reality of how long I would be waiting. There were no seats in the waiting area, so I was standing outside the entire time.

I was impressed, at first. The exterior is clean and well kept, the lobby is beautifully decorated, & the room had nice flooring. BUT the things that mattered when staying in a hotel fell completely flat. When we walked into our room it had a weird musky / cigarette smell. The bed was so rock hard I might as well have slept on the wooden floors & the pillows were flat and didn’t offer any support. I woke up in more pain then from the 8hr drive getting there. The shower had poor water pressure, the complimentary conditioner was empty, the complimentary coffee machine was a first gen Keurig machine that looked cheap and like the coffee would come out like water, & the outlets next to the bed were broken and falling into the wall. Breakfast was $13/person and not complimentary but luckily they were nice enough to let me in just to get a cup of decent coffee. The food options looked decent. The staff was friendly but I will not be staying here again.

Reception lady was curt …I found her rude and short with her answers. I had a long day on the road, and although she was dressed professionally, she could have have been more welcoming with a little effort. Hotel is under construction but our room is clean and lovely.

The property was good. We enjoyed the pool. And we were accommodated an early check in which was nice. Only draw back is it was very loud and our room was an adjoining room and the guests in the other room were very very loud and blasting the tv until 1am and we had to wake up at 3am so we did not sleep. Walls are very thin and sound carries.

Everything was pleasant but two areas of concern. We couldn’t make any adjustments on the A/C unit. We couldn’t even turn it off. Shower had low water pressure, it became annoying.

My husband and I with our 4 year old son had booked a one-bedroom suite in advance and had prepaid for it trough Expedia. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff gave us a regular room without even mentioning it. We immediately went back to the front desk to inquire about the situation, but the staff did not seem to take our concerns seriously. I believe that when a customer pre-pays for a specific room type, it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that the customer receives the room they paid for. We were not offered any compensation or apology for the inconvenience caused. Definitely won’t come back and will not recommend this Hilton to anyone.

This Hilton was a very unpleasant encounter. The staff was very unhelpful and unaccommodating. My reservation was denied a change or refund well in advance. They tried to pass the blame. Hilton is just an average hotel with a popular name. As a world traveler, never again.

waited until 5PM until we were given a dedicated room. they said no room available or because of to late checkouts and shortage of cleaners. I was able to reserve a room 3 weeks ahead. Upon checked-in the toilet is not flushable

My stay was satisfactory. I stayed at this hotel on my trip to Europe and after my return. The first stay was without incident. However, on my return trip, I encountered a problem with pickup from the airport. After I informed the hotel clerk, he apologized and attempted to make the situation right with me. Overall good stay.

Diego was ready for me, I got a room right away. I was able to take a shuttle, with RJ’s help. He took me to a restaurant. I walk to Home Goods and Michael’s, had a Starbucks, then another gentleman picked me up at Starbucks and brought me back to the hotel. I took the shuttle to the airport the next morning at 6:30 am…I will stay will Expedia.

We were only there for one night but we quite liked our room and our stay. Just wish they’d informed us about how the breakfast worked beforehand. Spending $21 dollars on mostly just muffins and cereal you get at any hotel felt a bit much. There were a few hot items, like eggs and bacon, but the whole thing was charged regardless of what you ate. If I’d known I was going to have a bill placed on my table I would have gone ahead and eaten breakfast elsewhere. But the hotel was comfortable, felt very safe, clean, and comfortable.
