Everything was nice, pool was clean and warm, staff were great. SUPER close to the universal parks, if you don’t take the shuttle I recommend an uber it was only $7 each way to and from the park.

Gym was cozy with great view if pool, but could use some updated equipment. Treadmill was inoperable as well as tv. Also some cleaning wipes so that equipment can be sanitized for the next person. Staff was very friendly and maintenance response time was very quick as well.

Pool was cold - no gym - breakfast was good but pretty much everyday the same breakfast. My son and I stayed for a week. The room was clean but don’t expect a 4-5 stars please or perfection. But it’s clean and a good price. No extra fees for amenities or parking which is awesome. I would go back there anytime.

Can’t beat the location! Shuttle was timely and convenient (departs 9:30a and 11a return pick up at park is 6p). Breakfast was “alright” but definitely enough to get your day started! Best part was we arrived at 9:15am (early flight) and were planning on leaving our bags with the concierge but the room was ready! What a great surprise! Hotel rooms are a little beat up BUT clean and beds were SO comfortable!

The smelliest place I have ever come across, mold in the room, damp carpets with no ventilation, towels at the lowest standard. Poor breakfast, receptionists without respect for the guest, they do their job with the courtesy that is acceptable for a hotel of this level.

The hotel room we were given had a horrible smell to it, the lamp shades that were once white were blackened with mold around the top and bottoms. The smell we think came from a dirty/moldy vent in the bathroom. The shower curtain was barely held up on the bar it was so old and ripped, only one large towel was in the room, we had to ask the front desk for more. Only thing that felt clean was the bed. Upon looking at the advertised pictures of the front desk we realized it’s did not match the hotels front desk, the pictures probably came from another of their locations. Desk services were polite.

Room dirty, toilet not bolted down, bathroom door wouldn’t close. Smoke detector covered with a plastic bag, room smelled of mold and mildew, pillows absolutely garbage, took 20 mins to get checked in with no one waiting, was given the wrong room which caused an incident as it was 2am and the occupant of the room was very very angry. This was the worst experience in all my 35 years of staying at hotels.

The location is nice. But that was the only nice thing about it. First off this is NOT A HOTEL. It is a motel. There is a major difference as access to rooms on a hotel are from the inside implying an extra measure of safety. The rooms at this facility are accessible from the outside. There were several signs of bugs here. I saw a book louse in the sink. I saw a spider on the dresser. The carpet was filthy. I wouldn't trust the sheets or pillows here. They had a big spread for the breakfast however the eggs and sausage were fake and disgusting. They have the potential to be the cause of several upset stomachs in guests.

The hotel is not as depicted on advertisement. Front desk service was slow checking people in. The room smelled strongly of mold. There was visible mold on all the lap shades and curtains. The carpet appeared to have water damage around the walls. The TV was broken as well.

We didn’t stay. Rooms smelled moldy/musty. It appears they do try to keep the place clean but it’s old and smelly once you get to the room. Staff is very nice. If you’re sensitive to moldy/musty smells this isn’t for you. If you need a cheap place to stay and can deal with it then give it a try. Be nice to staff, they are helpful.

I like the outside access and that it was very quiet, whether that was because the walls are thicker or they didn’t put neighbors next to us. Either way that was very pleasant. While they didn’t say anything to us directly, there was a small sign stating food was not permitted in rooms, nor was there a microwave in the room which was quite annoying, as we had leftovers since we were on vacation for a few days.

Location is ideal and the convenience of having a complimentary shuttle to Universal Studios is a massive plus. The hotel although slightly outdated, is very clean and the rooms are good sized with comfortable beds. Breakfast is your average continental option. Wifi isn’t reliable and the tv wont work without it. Half of our stay the wifi was down.

The front desk help was very friendly. However, the pictures online were a far exaggeration from what the actual hotel looked like inside. The room was very dated and in a state of disarray. There was no water pressure in order to take a shower.

Mgr was very helpful by allowing hubby and I to check in early for a small fee because we had a bad experience at another hotel which caused us to check out @3:45. Beds were comfy and room was clean with the exception of stained carpet and sink that would over glow. We called maintenance and he unclogged it. Guest next door was smoking outside their room door and the smoke filled our room. I called Clerk on night shift and he didn’t answer phones, so I had to walk to front office to advise of the problem. Breakfast was good and overall stay was good.

The initial room they gave us #252, was HORRIBLE! Instant scent of mold/mildew whacks you in the face. A/C was at 63*F, NOT WORKING! There were 3 HUGE cockroaches that freaked us out! The safe did NOT work. The fridge was Luke warm. It was disappointing! Mary and the janitor manager were considerate and were able to move us to a cleaner room where the A/C, fridge, and safe worked. There were old orange peels in the room & a rusted nail. If it wee not for their kindness, we would have NOT stayed 😢

Website states it’s a mile from universal’s epic universe, it’s 3 miles. Check in was full of rude staff. Tried to explain to a lady something was wrong in our room but she just kept saying “I no understand”. The hotel was in POOR shape. The bottoms of doors and walls were crumbled away. They used the “just paint over it” method for anything else that was damaged. Door knobs were broken and had to be finagled to get in your room. Breakfast was literally powdered eggs, rock hard pancakes and cereal with a weird tasting milk. We had a do not disturb sign on our door but still had employees knocking. Not worth the money. Stay on international drive for a better price and close to the parks.

Staff is not friendly at all. Arrived one hour early and they would not check you in until exactly 3pm. Hung the do not disturb sign on door and the cleaning crew still went into the room.

Great for a quick trip to the parks, especially Universal Studios as the park is less than 10 minutes from the hotel; room was standard, but comfortable, and staff was friendly. If you prefer a room with the entrance from inside rather than outside, this is not your hotel. Breakfast that was "included" in the resort fee was a standard continental style, but enough to get you to your next destination.

This is a fantastic place. It's large with plenty of parking. The staff are so sweet. The rooms are super clean. Nice pool, fitness room and laundry. The breakfast is very nice and LOTS of seating. Really close to the theme parks especially Universal Studios. The next light is International Drive which is the place to go when you are from out of town. For how close to all the goings on it was so quiet! I will DEFINITELY return!

The place is Old and dank and the drians were all clogged and never got fixed. The breakfast they served was cold and very minimal, dry turkey sausage only stale bread. The pool looked dirty, the elevators had a disgusting smell in them. Daytime front desk clerk was very rude. The only thing i can say positive about this hotel was the maid that brought me towels every day was very nice and very sweet.

Hotel itself was good. Great location to everything. Breakfast was inedible even when getting there as soon as it started. Pancakes were hard as rocks and sausage was still cold in the middle. Apple and orange juice had a weird chemical taste

This Place is ok. Not terrible, not good. The desk service is quick and they were kind to me. When I got to the room there was a hole on the door in which anyone could see inside the room. I asked them to change rooms and they did with no issues. The hotel itself is kind of confusing to find your rooms, but once you get settled you kind of understand how it goes. The rooms are ok, bed is good. My bathroom had a leak and there was a bit of water coming out of somewhere, but it was ok. Room service was good and they always left the room cleaned up. The hotel has shuttles to Disney and Universal (Disney leaves at 7:15am and comeback at 9pm and Universal leaves at 8:35am/11am and returns at 6pm). Disney is farther away and Universal is around 10 minute distance. I would say you could walk there (around 40 min maybe). Breakfast is mediocre, but goes by. Basically they have toasts, pancakes, muffings, a weird egg and a weird turkey meat. Also coffee, cereal and orange juice. Is not terrible, but it could be a little better. As I said before, overall the hotel is ok. If you are staying a couple of nights and want an ok location, this will be a good option.

The customer service is subpar. They aren't really professional and the breakfast is pretty bad. It's the bare minimum hotel with rooms that look like motel rooms. honestly the only benefit are the shuttles that take you to Disney and Universal. Don't count on staying in this hotel room for a long time because it's not the greatest.
