Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa

Staff was top notch, amenities are top notch and location is next to everything. My only problem was it has been 10 yeasts since I've been here and was somewhat taken aback that after 10 years the decor and furniture looked exactly the same. It wasn't broken or anything, just though t by now it would have been more updated and stylish.

Clean rooms and kitchen. Spacious suites.

Beautiful rooms. 😍. Accommodation clean and nice. Pool water park a lot of helpful employees. At the beggining customer service wasn't helpful to me I make couple questions to see if they give me a ride on the shutters with the luggage and my family including senior. I have to grab my cars and do it. They help my wife because is a women and that employee was very helpful. The rest was so good. One of my room the TV dont work properly. 😒

Facility was very clean and accommodating. My daughter and I had a nice time lounging around the pool, shopping, and eating all in one location. The room was very nice and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
