Room was clean and kitchen had basics needed. Fridge freezer was very handy. Staff were welcoming and always helpful. If you needed something you just had to ask. Lovely little pool with great decking area. Transportation into Universal parks was handy. We stayed 20 nights and would definitely recommend to others.

Very clean accommodations, front desk was helpful in finding places to eat. Only inconvenience was when the elevator was out of service forcing us to carry our luggage up for flights of stairs.

We spent 10 days here. We found our room to be very clean, comfortable and had everything needed including the fridge freezer. The pool area and water were very clean and well furnished. Breakfast had many choices and the only thing that disappointed was the mess that other customers left behind, staff were excellent and there was so much to choose from! The resort has 2 elevators but one wasn’t working during our stay, but we did see 3 engineers working on it throughout our visit. Great location for Universal, with citywalk a 10-15 minute walk. It’s a Universal good neighbour hotel and there are free shuttles to their parks from the resort. The Disney parks were a 20-25 minute drive. Plenty of good dining options and convenience stores walkable too. We would absolutely stay here again when doing the Universal Parks.

Fantastic location well priced. Great breakfast choices and a nice quaint pool. We stayed here after a week at Disney and then a few days at universals grand Helios and I throughly enjoyed it, so much quieter than the big Disney and universal hotel. Really nice end to the holiday. Big suites for a family of 4. There were 3 x free shuttles available with ease each morning to universal and an uber home in the evenings if we missed the shuttles home. Last one is 9:20pm and you won’t make that if watching 9pm universal shows. Uber less than £10 home every night so really doesn’t break the bank. Free coffee/tea in the lobby all hours nice plus after paying out out and out at Disney and universal hotels. Although no bar at this hotel at the Hilton garden inn directly opposite there is a tiki bar anyone welcome we enjoyed an evening there worth checking out.
