Great place to stay. Big room, ensuite, kettle and fridge. There is a full kitchen on each floor to use. We did for breakfast and sundowner drinks. Central in Adelaide, close to tram line, central markets shopping and restaurants.

Staff was very accommodating for our late arrival. The only complaint I would have is that we had to park remotely and pay 18$ per day. But that wasn’t totally unexpected in downtown Adelaide.

Parking is not included and is a bit of a hassle. One either pays to park on the street or pays to park in a parking garage 4-5 blocks away. The hotel does discount the garage parking fee so that’s a plus. Having access to a community kitchen is a plus but supply of sufficient utensils in those kitchens is a bit limited. All in all it’s an okay place.

Read the reviews carefully. I left a lengthy one one on Google review, as this site only allows shorter reviews. Some rooms seem better. The one we stayed in had disgusting carpet stains, dust, a smell coming from the shower, and a TV that didn't work properly. Despite several complaints throughout the weekend, staff promised everything, but did nothing. Paid $680 for 2 nights, so we were very disappointed. Luckily we didn't spend too much time in the room. Complained to what looked like the manager on Monday morning when we checked out. Actually told him to get the carpet steam cleaned, dust the place, and get his staff to respond promptly to issues like this. It could have been rectified when we were out of our hotel exploring Adelaide. So disappointed. Would never stay there again.

Very good location but it should be much clearer that numerous guests have dogs in the rooms. We didn’t expect that an inner city multi storey carpeted hotel would have so many pets in the rooms. As we are sensitive to dog smells we would have chosen elsewhere if we had known. Luckily we were only staying one night. Late check in was clear and ran very smoothly.

This is an excellent hotel, very well located, with excellent helpful staff and overall incredible value. We brought our dog along which was great to be able to do (at a cost of course) and had a pet friendly room with plenty of space but no couch (for obvious reasons). The room itself was clean but the bathroom was in need of a good scrubbing around the shower and floors, possibly because it was a pet friendly room. The staff could not have been more helpful, and it's in a prime walkable location. Would definitely stay again.

I liked it, it wasn't perfect but it was good, sadly we didn't get the free bottle of wine with the room as promised when booking, and I can't say if we got a room upgrade, but the room was good, aside from the view, which was nothing more than a grey brick wall. The room was immaculately clean, the bathroom well-presented and clean, and the bed was supremely comfortable, I wanted to take that mattress home with me, LOL. The only pressing issue for us was the air conditioning, no matter what I could not change the temperature, made worse by the fact that there didn't appear to be any windows you could open, so the room was stuffy. Sadly, we were out all day so by the time we got back there was no one to ask, reception runs from 0800 to 2000 hours. We didn't use the Wifi, so I am unsure how good that was. For once we had a room with good coffee, which seems to be such a rare thing these days. I would stay again, in fact, we will probably rebook for the same event next year, but I will ensure we get a room that has windows that can be opened. Staff on reception were friendly and very helpful, the check in process was seamless.

Lady on reception was busy checking in another guest and asked me to take a seat and that she would call me over when she was free. After 20 minutes she did not call me over. And I returned to the desk and she said, "I forgot about you". She made me aware that the elevator was not working, but with no offer to help with my bag to my room on the 3rd floor. I was not notified in advance about the elevator being out of order. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable with a soft mattress and pillows. The bathroom had everything that you would need for a few days stay. The TV worked intermittently and it required being turned off and on at the wall to get the channels to change. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from another building nearby which meant sleeping was difficult until around 1 AM. As I was only staying for one night, I didn't feel it necessary to notify the staff until check out of the problems mentioned. The value and location of the hotel was good. I was able to leave my bag on the day of checkout and return later in the day for it. Overall, I would stay here again subject to the elevator working.

This hotel's service absolutely is the worst, we had out booking and wasn't informed until we arrived that their elevators were not working. A lame excuse as we had this booked through hotels.com and were not a priority for them. I had my aged father with me and given they had us on the 3rd floor we had to cancel and since this was last minute had to scramble for whatever was available as we were down for the Cricket Semi-Final. We had only half an hour to get an alternative accomodation and missed the first part of the match thanks to their in-competitive service. Will never use them ever.

I called days before my arrival and requested to be prioritised for the early check in. They said no problem. On the day I arrived, nothing was periodised. I had to wait for 4 hours to be let in. Also, The shower water runs hot for a little while, I couldn’t wash my long hair properly. The heating in the room is hard set to 23 degrees and can’t be changed. I was cold throughout.

The sandstone exterior does not reflect the inside of the hotel. It is soulless. Hardly anyone there. The room was really cold and I couldn't change the aircon. I didn't like the lack of reception after 8pm. They were helpful on the phone but it's not a place I'd stay again.

"I had a very late check-in, as my flight was delayed. The hotel staff sent me very clear instructions for getting my key from an after-hours safe and provided a number to call anytime if I needed assistance. After a very long day, I was glad to be able to get to my room swiftly and without any issues. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and polite."

A catalogue of poor service No one at reception for 15 mins at check in We understood from Hotels.com site that breakfast was included - it wasnt! Misleading advertising. A lot of dogs in the hotel - carpets grubby. We found out via Hotels.com website we were entitled to a bottle of wine - it wasnt offered - we had to ask. The wine was awful. On day 2 we requested room service, it didnt happen - same on day 3. My wife rang reception to report this, they didnt answer so she had to go down to speak with them. The manager came and offered us a fresh bottle of (better) wine as compensation which we accepted as it was our final evening. All in all a very poor experience & we feel we should have been offered financial compensation - we paid for services we never got!!

The staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Due to a medical incident in which an ambulance was needed on the day of checkout, the staff did their absolute best to assist us, even as we were late checking out by several hours. They were also very friendly whilst we were there; genuinely greeting us as we passed reception each day, and interested as to how our day was—not just lip service. The same can be said for the cleaning staff; genuine, friendly and helpful. One of the most relaxing hotels I’ve stayed in.

Good central location. Shopping mall and supermarkets a 15 minute walk as are the botanic gardens. Room spacious but bed on the short side and shower cabin small. Upper floors have shared kitchen facilities.

Sehr nettes hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Lage zur Innenstadt gut. Transfer mit dem Bus zum Flughafen inkl. Fußweg ca. 30 Minuten - Kosten außerhalb der rush-hour ca. € 1,46. Große Zimmer mit einer guten Ausstattung. Frühstück gibt es in einem Kaffee um die Ecke. Auch das ist sehr gut!

We had a fabulous stay at Adabco Boutique Hotel . We stayed in a queen size room for one night. The reception check in was fast and an easy transaction. Each floor has a shared kitchen and balcony, which suited us perfectly as we had others friends staying at the hotel, so before our 50th birthday celebrations we meet for pre drinks & nibbles.This hotel is pet friendly and offers free breakfast if you purchase that option at a great cafe just a two minute walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend Adabco.

Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt, ist aber schnell und direkt vom und zum Flughafen zu erreichen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind allerdings nicht fußläufig gelegen. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und die Formalitäten waren schnell erledigt. Unser Zimmer lag zu einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für das Frühstück gab es einen Gutschein für ein nahegelegenes Café mit einer sehr guten Auswahl. Für uns war das Hotel die richtige Entscheidung.
