Pool was broken and closed. Using the pool was the only reason we chose this hotel in the first place. The first room we were given had a broken toilet, and we had to be moved to a different room. The breakfast was subpar and had few choices. We were disappointed in the stay and won't be staying here again.

We always stay here when we go to Rolla to visit friends because we can bring our dog. No complaints, would stay here again. Right off the freeway and close proximity to Tater Patch is a plus lol

Hotel charged me $15 extra per dog. Front desk staff was rude. Breakfast was minimal and basically all carbs. No fresh fruit or yogurt mainly sugary cereals, waffles and bagles.

I booked this room for a get away night with my daughters and granddaughter with the intention of using the pool that is advertised as one of the amenities to the property, only to get there and be told the pool is closed for the winter.

The overall appearance of the hotel was okay except the dirty elevator. When I got to the room it appeared okay abd the bed clean and comfortable. BUT, when I looked at the desk, it looked like it could collapse. I wouldnt even set my purse on it. The fabric on the back of the chair was dirty and then I went to the wash basin and started to throw something in the trash and there was a bunch of hair. It looked like someone cleaned out their hair brush. By that time is was late and I had an early morning, so let it slide. Ivdud let the staff at the desk know when I left. On a positive the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast room was clean and well stocked.

Being charged a pet fee is reasonable; however, when we went into our room, the footboard had dry urine sprayed on the corner. The floors felt dirty, and the area in front of the toilet looked like it had dried fluid that had not been cleaned thoroughly. In the hallway it looked like a dog had sprayed the wall and floor and it hadn’t been cleaned. We were driving across the country and were exhausted, so we slept and left. But we will definitely not be returning, and don’t recommend it either.

After checking in and getting all our suitcases to second floor we pulled down the blanket and found it soiled all down one side. Went down stairs to get a clean one and upon returning my sisters had pulled back the top sheets and the bed was covered with bugs. We immediately packed up and had to find a different hotel. The hotel said they couldn’t refund because it was reserved on website. After contacting Expedia they said they would look into it. Finally 5 days later the hotel said they would begrudgingly refund even though they had a no refund policy. After we left an hour after getting there and had to leave and find another hotel because of filth and bed bugs? Worst experience we had during our 6 day travels.

Don’t stay here if you don’t want to encounter roaches. At first inspection I thought the room was outdated but mostly clean. Exactly what I expected for the price. What I did not expect was to wake up to roaches in the bathroom. I killed one but the other ran into an outlet. I brought this to the attention of staff upon leaving and she spoke as if she was not surprised, asking if they came from the sink. She offered no apology. I submitted a complaint and photos to Expedia, who contacted the hotel on my behalf. The hotel manager denied any roach findings and only after insistence from the Expedia rep, refunded me $8 as a “good will.” A simple apology and prompt action would have gone a long way. I’ll never stay there again and was sure to share my experience with the local health department.

The cleanliness of the room was awful. Hairs on the sheets, stains on the mattresses, hair on the toilet. We did not walk in our room without shoes on. I took my shower with flip flops on. Would have demanded a refund and relocated, however, we arrived to Rolla late.

The hotel was so perfumed it was nauseous. The shower was dangerous. The tub was slick as ice. The toilet rocked like a rocking horse. I also wonder if they change the sheets since they smelled like ladies perfume.

The shower pressure was very good and this was a good value for the price. However the beds in our room were 32” off the floor. For two short older women, getting in & out was a challenge. When my mom asked for a step stool, the staff member laughed. We didn’t take it as rude but it wasn’t helpful. There were also some gaps in the flooring in the bathroom. If water happens to get on the floor, I’d imagine this will lead to damage

For the price it was fine. Seemed pretty clean. I wouldn't want to stay there for more than 1 night. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, bring your own pillow. Looks like they have started remolding some of the public areas and have slapped some paint in the rooms.

The front desk person was horrible. Upon entering the room it smelled horrible and the ac/heater was so loud that we could not sleep. The hotel is outdated and dirty. DO NOT BOOK HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY. We were sorry but it was late and we were too tired.

This property looks clean on the surface, but there are many upgrades needed. Furnishings etc, are looking a little tired, etc. Nothing worked in the first room that they gave us, the second room, the tv needed to be reset somehow, the alarm clock was wonky. At least we had a working chair at the desk and another lounge chair. Staff was very accomodating to change rooms for us.

The stool in bathroom looked like it needed cleaned or it was an old stained toilet. Beds were raised way too high off floor, for short ppl, ( Me) it was a chore to get into. Desk chair was broken sit sideways and couldn’t be raised. I was charged twice for my room and after a week I’m still trying to get the over charge returned to my account. They said five to seven business days. Tomorrow 07/22/2025 will be seven days, this review could be worse if I don’t get my over charge refunded. I’ve asked to speak to a manager but he’s never there, I also never get a return call from them to explain what is being done about the issue. No one speaks English to be able to understand what they are really saying.

Stayed for a couple of nights and this location was perfect. The staff was professional and accommodating. I was moved to a different room due to an issue with the a/c unit and both rooms were very clean and comfortable. I felt safe, as well. I will mention that the second floor room I was given provided a bit more peace and quiet, as it wasn’t next to the exit door and the ice machine like the first one. If I stay here again, I’ll know to ask for a room away from high entering/exiting traffic.

Stephen at the front desk was very rude at check in. I had a reservation. Asked for a ground floor room because I have a bad knee and don't use elevators and he claimed there were none available, which was a lie .... This crappy little motel in Rolla was not booked up. There were 2 cars in the lot

The gentleman who checked me in was extremely professional. In today's world that is very refreshing! After a long day of travel, the hot shower was much needed also and the water was HOT! I left before breakfast so I couldn't comment on how it was.

We were on our way home to Michigan coming from Arizona and this was a convenient stopover. Our room was as expected, since we've stopped here before. Dinning is close by and there is plenty of parking at the motel.

The breakfast offerings need some improvement—very basic compared to other Wyndham motels we’ve stayed at. There were no plates provided for waffles, English muffins, etc. hard to eat a waffle from a cereal bowl. It wouldn’t take much to provide plates. Just a little more caring about th breakfast presentation.

Walking in the building smelled strong of chemicals, no exception for the room, I fought migraines (due to the strength of scent) Breakfast was NOT diabetic friendly, only boiled eggs for Protein. Cleanliness could have used some more thorough cleaning which seemed bizarre considering the powerful chemical scent. Day 2 I asked if there were other options for breakfast, the answer was no. There was a loud booming noise like a car door sound or a gun shot that happened every 30 minutes, keeping us awake and startling our infant. At the end of the stay I told the worker at the desk about our concerns and he didn't seem to understand, or care. Asking me if I had talked with the front desk before... My answer was no because at the beginning of our stay they said this was the only room that met our specifications. In the future we won't recommend or stay again. We forgot to mention a wet spot on the carpet next to the wall and window the entire stay. (2 nights)

The front desk attendant was friendly & quick. Not real quiet on the weekend. Room was clean. No big breakfast.basic, cereal,waffles,bagels. The yogurt wasn’t cold. So it was soupy.It was in a convenient location

Inexpensive compared to others in area. Front desk and check in was okay. Room basic, dark bedding which appears dated but comfortable. Breakfast less than basic, should have gone to Waffle House down the road. 2 coffee carafes not labeled so not sure what they were. Cereal, bagels/toast waffle maker. Spot for hard boiled eggs but none. Two juices and apples and oranges. Not ideal but it’s what you get for the price.
