Property has a patio area with chairs down by the river with wildlife viewing. We saw several breeds of ducks in the river and also lots of geese. We saw a couple of raccoons also. It was a very nice hotel stay with great relaxation and views of the river. Great stay for our children as well! Beds were comfortable and we slept well.

Very run down and dirty. Shower curtain and tub had mold, dead bugs in the window and dirt in the air conditioner, stair wells were dirty. Breakfast was meh and coffee was gross. Won’t be returning

Staff was friendly at check in. Hotel was clean and smelled really nice. Room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint was parking. The bottom garage is a nightmare to pull in and out of especially if you drive down and its full, theres no where to turn around. The top is just as bad. No turn around so at night specifically it makes it harder to see when you have to back out. Other than that we'd stay again.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was better than many hotels I've stayed at. The location was convenient. The choice of both and indoor and outdoor pool was nice, though I wish the outdoor pool was heated. I also will say there were animals on the roof making loud noise around 4am which woke us up.

There is a very creepy old house behind the hotel. Our balcony view was of that house and no other view. I thought we would see mountains or the river bend. Not construction 😒 Very disappointing. The indoor pool is tiny! Outdoor pools were not ready.

Stayed for a weekend for the wife’s birthday. Pretty good room. Too cold to use the balcony but it had a great view of Pigeon Forge. Indoor pool area was small, open, and right next to an outside door so although it was inside, the outside air blowing in when the doors opened didn’t really allow for swimming. Location was great, however. Right in the middle of the strip. Less than a mile or two from nearly everything in Pigeon Forge. We had a great stay and would absolutely return, especially for the price!

This place looks better in person than in the photos. Very clean. The room was comfy. bed had 5 pillows. The indoor heated pool was clean and very relaxing. Towels were provided pool side.

One bed had a coffee spill on it. You could clearly see that the sheets/covers had not been changed prior to our stay. There was mold in the sink of the bathroom. The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent as it was powdered eggs, and a weird looking meat. There was as also water stains o the ceiling of our room and walls were dirty. The pools had film build up and we asked numerous times for them to clean it. They never did. 10/10 I do not recommend.

Air filter in AC was filthy. Vent in bathroom was full off dust and dirt. The carpet in our room made our feet black. Spiders in room and all over balcony. When using microwave, the tv was disrupted. The fridge took 5 hours to even get cool. Dirty diapers in hallway garbage for 2 days. 2 staff members at front desk were very rude when checking in, checking out and when we asked for more towels and toilet paper 2 days into our trip. Sink in bathroom was clogged. Stains on sheets of bed. Outside pool was along the highway. Was never told how to get out to pool. Asked to use a cart and staff member replied, they are over there and make sure you bring it back.

The room had a pile of semen on the floor. There was caked dust all over in the bathroom. The owner came out and watched us unpack our car when we checked in. There was construction being done next door where the pool had a direct view to. The breakfast eggs were salty. Coffee was bad. Didn’t seem like they had any housekeeping except the people that owned the place.

The hotel was great! The guy at check in was very friendly, free hot breakfast was nice and the big porch overlooking the river was very relaxing! The reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because the bed definitely needs a better mattress, it was not comfortable at all. It was hard to get any rest. If the beds were more comfortable, I would stay here every visit!

Do not take a room in the first building. Take the back building. Our room with balcony was facing and almost on top of Avery busy intersection and all we heard all night was cars gunning and zooming out of the intersection. Besides that view someone had an old house from somewhere placed about 10 ft from our balcony jacked up and placing a foundation under it, so we heard that all day. No desk coverage after 7. We checked out the next morning. Worst experience ever. I told the desk clerk. Of course she offer no apology.

Overall, the stay was "okay to good". Nothing fancy. Could use some good carpet cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. While I was less than impressed, it met all my needs at a very reasonable price. I will go back. Only complaint is that it is a bit hard to get into due to the traffic layout at the entrance, and, the signage is discreet compared to the surroundings.

Our stay was a weekend getaway. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. There is a walkway down to the river. There is plenty of parking. The balcony is great but there is no view of the river due to tree foliage. Staff is friendly.

The hotel was nice and clean; however, the front desk service was not so good. The front desk clerk was not very friendly, even commented that she should have stayed at home that day. The card key to our room stopped working twice, and we had to go to the front desk for assistance. The lady was rude. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but that was no reason to make guests feel like they are a bother when it's YOUR JOB! The second time it stopped working, we left, thinking maintenance would take a look, and the second desk clerk scolded me for not being in my room when they came.

Rude front desk lady. My flight was delayed and I missed the check-in time so they canceled my room but still kept my money. I had to pay an additional $500 to get the same room that I already had paid for. The lady at the front desk had no cares to give pretty much said too bad. Will not stay there again

Check in was a bit rough. The lady at the front desk was not real helpful. She handed me my key cards and that was it. I asked for directions. She told me what directions elevators were in. She had also said make sure you get the right elevator. Ok my issue was that she could of said look at room number and elevator numbers. Elevator I needed was like right up front. Frustrated to say the least not knowing where they were actually located. Beside the one person all else very friendly and helpful... Very clean and a nice views out back. Diffently would stay their again.

There was an Arctic blast that close the road getting into Pigeon Forge. I tried repeatedly to contact the manager and was always put off. Expedia contacted this hotel three times, and they did agree that the roads had been closed, but they would not give a cancellation or let me change the reservation. The agent agreed with me that they were very unprofessional, and I would never ever consider staying at this hotel. Unprofessional. No Customer Service. No communication. And one of the front desk clerks did admit to Expedia that the roads had been closed. Money grab from you nowhere!

My fullynpaid for room was cancelled because of a flight delay and i had to pay for the room a second time because i was late for check in. The room was paid for, it shouldnt matter if i show up on the last day to check in. It was paid for..my room. But instead, i had to pay an additional $500 for the same room and the rude staff at the desk gave no cares what so ever. Didnt even try to help of fix. Pretty much said too bad.

The best thing about this place was its location. Easy walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were clean inside. I thought all the rooms had balconies off the back over looking the river but, they don’t. There is still a nice covered patio with rocking chairs to sit & listening to the water. The free breakfast wasn’t good per my husband. It was still a good stay for the price.

We have stayed here before. Rooms are clean and have a good view. Floors in hall needed a good cleaning but the room was good. Its was quiet rooms. The location is in the middle of the strip. The river walk was really nice lots of chairs by the water. Will stay here again.

The staff was strict, and breakfast was HORRIBLE! The eggs tasted like they came from a carton mixed with chalk, the biscuits tasted like an unflavored ball of goop, and the sausage, if that is even what it was, happened to be the only decent thing. Not to mention the view of the balcony was horrible.

We were very disappointed. The beds were very hard. The facility did not match the advertisement and rankings. The views that were in the images online were not found. There was construction that started at 6 am outside our window. There was dust all over the light fixtures and the ceiling looked like it was going to peel off at any time. I was unimpressed with the service. I have stayed in many hotels that serve breakfast and this was by far the worst presentation and taste.

2nd year staying hereenjoyed the indoor pool, enjoyed sitting areas along the river. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast needs improvement. No fresh fruit. Same items every day. Microved sausage, watery eggs from a bag packaged biscuits from fridge and cabnedgravy...everyday, was the same last year diring our stay. Change it up, add a couple waffle makers and fresh fruit...

Property is older but very clean. The staff especially at check in were very helpful. The only real negative would be the included breakfast, it was adequate but it seemed strange to not have any fruit offered. Also as a tea drinker there was no hot water available. Not a huge deal but something that could be a quick cheap fix.
