Leslie at the front desk was excellent!! There was another night staff member who had quite an attitude which was frustrating. The hot tub definitely needed to be more hot. The fitness room was way too hot, it was cooler in the hallway! A fan in front of the treadmill would have been nice or being able to put the AC up just when I was in the room would have been a good idea. Overall a good hotel for the price.

Pool and hot tub were awesome. Air in room didn’t work properly. No bedding For pull out couch. They would only give us sheets no blanket. No pool towels at the pool went to the desk and they would only give us 2 towels. Dog in room next to us barked for hours. And people on our floor smoking marijuana all thru the night.

The place is quite nice and clean, just hope they fix the jacuzzi’s problem. I was hoping to get to relax on our stay. But the pool was heated enough to plunge into it 😃

I booked this room based off good reviews. The check in was fast and service was good. Room was on the 3rd floor. As soon as I got off the elevator there was a horrible odor. I did see a fresh paint sign on the wall but it smelled horrible like old wet carpet. Someone wasted pretzels in the hallway and stepped over them so there was a a mess in the hallway. The bed was comfortable and room was ok.

planned a bday party for my daughter 1 adult 5 girls staying 9 girls in total 4 of the girls were not staying the night only there to do cake and gifts then we’re leaving after b day activities. the manager approached me and told me that it was a hazard and only 6 people could be in the room at any given time i would have to ask some to leave. i couldn’t do that i would have felt horrible picking and choosing . i told her they were all not staying just celebrating for a few hours she did not car and proceeded to call her boss. it was very embarrassing i offered to book an additional room yo maybe split everyone up but she said i would have to book two new rooms since we already were in this room . we packed everyone up and moved them back to the house . super sad had been planning this for a few eeeks have had multiple bday parties this way bc they could swim and enjoy themselves. i knew the manager was not so nice from the minute i checked in. way to go and ruin a kids b day party but a creepy guy could wander around with open containers of beer. she said nothing. the floors were so dirty the girls feet were black in that short amount of time . this will be the last time we book here

The hotel is okay - its in need of some renovations. The front staff was friendly and the common area was clean. We arrived late at night so we fell like we didn't get a "good room." Our room had stained carpets, the shower curtain was yellowing, grout was dirty looking and the closet door was missing and no mirror in the sleeping area but the room was clean so we didn't complain. We checked the sheets for cleanliness and mattress for bugs - all good. We had a couple of barking dogs across from us but we were away most of the time so it wasn't an issue. We glanced at other rooms that were being cleaned and they looked a little better than ours (we were by the stairs). The cleaning staff was really nice. The breakfast standard - waffle station , bagels, cereal, yogurt, muffins, whole fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area, get a good deal and don't mind the hotel looking a bit worn.

The lady at the front desk(i'm so upset i forgot to ask her name) helped us tremendously. My elderly mom booked rooms but i thought she didn't (shame on me) so i booked the same rooms before going inside. I was driving. This lady actually took the extra effort to get in touch with the GM(its company policy) to ask if i contacted the 3rd party booking company they would approve the refund. Mind you, we DID and WERE staying there. But my booking was a better deal(room choices). It took some work on my side, more than theirs but they did do what they said. They approved her refund. Again, it was a double booking situation. I wouldn't have expected that if we didn't stay. That was our 1st night on a 6 night trip. We learned our lesson and because of her and that GM, we will talk about this hotel for years to come. Excellent staff. Rooms were also great. But customer service is a big deal to someone who works in customer service and know this could have went a different way and rightfully so. It was after all, my mistake. But i'm so glad we stayed there. Its a fantastic place! Zero complaints! Thank you!!

We have stayed at this hotel twice previously and it was always amazing. When we checked in yesterday the front desk staff actually remembered us and was Super friendly, efficient and helpful. I am mildly disabled and I always stay at a property where I can soak in a hot tub after traveling and was excited to arrive. Sadly, the jets were broken on the hot tub, the sink water didn't get hot at all and Jessica, at the front desk told my husband the wrong time for breakfast. When we arrived to eat, we were told that breakfast was already over. When I asked Jessica why she gave us the wrong time she threw an adult tantrum. She became defensive, argumentative, and downright rude. Rather than providing adequate customer service, she chose to bicker with me denying that she told my husband the incorrect time. We were considering staying another night, but this sealed the deal for us. Kudos to the staff on Wednesday afternoon though!

This morning at 7:45 am the carbon monoxide alarm started chirping in my room and startled me. I called the front desk and it took them 20 minutes to come to my room 4 doors down the hall to change out the alarm. There was no sense of urgency to correct the problem.

It was terrible! We stayed there for two nights, the first night we got into the room and the bathroom was clogged, the front desk lady came up with a plunger and left it there for us to fix the problem, next day my husband informed the front desk about the toilet, we were out all day and nobody came to clean the room, change towels or fix the toilet! Next morning my husband went down to get towels and told the manager about everything and the guy just give him the towel and walked away, when we checked out I asked if they still had covid policy on place because they didn’t clean the room and his answer was they don’t have personnel to offer the service!!! It was $300 plus dollars for two nights! You expect a better service than that!!!

We were constantly being harassed by the front desk staff. Different rules applied to us than other guests staying at your hotel. She was watching us from the outside pool window. Very uncomfortable. She said there were Complaints about the door being slammed But the outside exit door at the end of the hallway was the one we were also hearing We use to stay here often , so I was disappointed

Powdered eggs, dry biscuits. Just because breakfast is free doesn't mean it needs to be blab. Hard bed, limited gym time? Broken gym equipment. Good things...friendly counter help, 24 hr access to coffee, clean pool. I WONT BE COMING BACK.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly. Continental breakfast could have been better. It was available from 6:30-9:30 and when we went down at 8 am it looked like we missed it and very few things were stocked well. It's still a nice place to stay.

Clean beds, clean bathrooms, clean lobby. Not much to complain about . The only thing is that breakfasts were seriously lacking. There didn’t seem to be anyone to keep food available till 9:00am. There also didn’t seem to be anyone to wipe down the tables. Not sure why but they may just have been short staffed.

Reception area and breakfast area very nice. Our room was excellent and very comfortable. Room needs an instruction card or guide to help with TV operation (we happened on to something we liked by chance). The rest room floor needed some attention. Instant coffee for breakfast feels like management is cutting a corner. It doesn’t have to be a coffee bistro but real coffee is our expectation.
