Needed a dog friendly hotel for a night while in between houses. This fit the bill nicely. Its not luxurious by any means, but the room was clean, the shower water was hot, and the dogs and i had a place for the night.

Basic hotel, very clean with excellent showers and good towels and sheets. But if you're bothered by paint chipping, worn flooring, etc. this isn't the place for you. I requested a room with a king bed and kitchenette. Kitchenette had a small sink and 2-burner stove but no pots/utensils/glasses/dishware and many cabinets didn't even open.

Very outdated, it doesn’t even have an elevator. They do have rooms on the bottom floor for people with disabilities, but the only way to the second or third floor are up the stairs. They did serve breakfast in the morning, but there was no way we were going to eat there. The place is just very junkie.

The ice machine didnt work and they can work on their breakfasts eggs and sausage where not good and the orange juice tasked like it was bad other then thata it was nice clean and safe their where other options but i was satified definitely will stay here again and im surw we will we xome for soccer tournament all tge time here thank you red roof plus for keeping you hotel nice and clean

The heat was not working in the room on an extremely cold night. I informed the front desk clerk who displayed no empathy, but just gave me a key to another room. My 6 year old son and I walked into the room only to find multiple roaches!!!! I WILL NEVER stay here again.

When we arrived the door to the bathroom had 1/2 of the handle missing, we approached the front desk staff and he was very apologetic and moved us to another room. That room had a fridge that was plugged in, warm and full of mold, we again approached the front desk staff member and the switched out the fridge. Shower curtain was moldy and floor next to bed in left side was sticky and would could see it was wiped over and when housekeeper was told they noted it was a stain in the floor despite it being sticky. Manager wrote an apology letter and provided some gift cards for the inconvince. We would not stay there again.

The staff was super nice but…..This room was a great price…. but the smell of dog urine was horrendous. We did go buy 2 candles at bath and body to burn so we could sleep without breathing in the pee smell. We booked through Travelocity so since it was late and we paid through a 3rd party we dealt with it. We won’t be back to this pet friendly motel.

BEDBUGS! We were booked to stay 4 nights, but we only were in the hotel for a total of 20 MINUTES. I get it that it was nonrefundable, however BEDBUGS (and not to mention a filthy atmosphere) should be the exception to the rule. We didn't even get an apology!!!

Hotel smelled of moth balls/fabulosa/chemically. Room felt dingy/unclean. Pillows seemed flat/well-worn. (There was even an empty water bottle on floor when we first entered, which added to the unclean feeling). Other clientele made it seem unsafe— one drinking at the entrance, another loudly yelling something as he walked down hall with a stick, etc. We did not stay. Even though I knew we’d be charged the night, we found another hotel to stay at.

We booked this hotel based off of the past experience with Hotels.com. The toilet seat wasn’t even attached to the toilet, it was sitting on the sink area. When I called front desk, they told me that room was the only one available even though I had booked weeks in advance. Room stunk like incense. Spoke to front desk the following morning, nice fellow, he said he would speak to Manager to give me discount credited to my card which I have yet to see.

I asked if I could get a refund if I left the property a day early and was told I would need to check with the manager the next day because I booked through Orbitz. I did check the next day and was told I could. (Unfortunately, I didn’t get the Manager’s name.) Orbitz was told I was not eligible for a refund. Now I have to call them when I return home to try and get a refund.

Nice staff, but work needs to be done. Stained bedding, moldy shower curtain, questionable stains on the floor and furniture, shotty repairs all over the room…..a little more effort could make this a decent place. It’s in a decent area that’s easily accessible and also seems to be safe.

Overall pretty nice for the price. The room was comfortable , spacious, and quiet. The staff was pleasant but not very service-oriented. Don't expect to have breakfast here. The coffee was surprisingly good, but the food selection was just awful - unless you want a waffle. I must have been there during a slow period, because the staff only put out a tiny amount of limited food selections.

Door was broken, you have the pull up on it to get it closed, walls were dirty, breakfast was a cold biscuit and a flat piece of sausage, hair dryer on the room was completely melted. Not impressed. With all of the competition around them you would think they would try a little harder.

Breakfast! There were biscuits, fried eggs, sausage, different breads including cinnamon rolls, apple juice, great value yogurts. The biscuits were flat and dry with no flavor. The eggs were cooked dry, the sausage had no color and looked like soy and not meat. The apple juice tasted old. There was dry cereal which I never eat. There was a waffle iron that we didn't use - that might have been alright. The best thing about the offerings was the yogurt. The cinnamon rolls were dry and tasteless. The coffee was not anything to write home about either. This was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've ever eaten. The room was decently clean and didn't have the funky smell that was in the hallway. One thing that did inpress me was that the sitting chair in the room wasn't dirty.

Holes in one hand towel, hole in one top sheet, one of two lights working poorly in the bathroom. However, as soon as we asked about heat - we got quick help. Also breakfast was great! Breakfast included waffles, eggs, bread, bagels, cream cheese, orange juice, coffee… and room and hotel over all was clean!

Breakfast options were few. At 9:00 on Sunday morning there were no more eggs or sausage. I will not go back because of the breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00.

I will start with the good… beds were comfortable, room appeared clean. Then… it sounded like there were critters in the walls all night, people in rooms on both sides were so loud it was like they were in the room with us. Then we went down for breakfast. Many reviews saying breakfast was good, they are deceiving, breakfast was awful. We got down at 8am, the only thing down there was eggs, they were awful. Machine for juice had water in it. Coffee was just brown water. Front desk did not seem led phased we were very disappointed. You definitely get what you pay for. My suggestion is pay the extra $50 and get a room at one of the neighboring motels.
