Super friendly check in. Parking was a breeze and we were in the pool within minutes... enjoyed clean towels and super clean water in both the pool and jacuzzi. Property in great order

Staff was friendly and very efficient. Room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Pool/Hot Tub area was clean and well-maintained. The hotel itself is undergoing upgrades and renovations. The common areas were compromised with storing needed materials, work equipment, construction people, etc. There was no bar area available at this time. The breakfast was ample with a nice variety and well-attended by patrons. It was just a one night stay for us to get out of Colorado Springs and enjoy a small town vibe in Pueblo. The hotel is wonderfully located near the Riverwalk and downtown businesses. We enjoyed walking around and taking in the local cuisine, shops, and pubs.

Amazing staff all around. Property is a bit dated, especially the guestroom bathrooms can use some love. While the bar/restaurant are no longer available/open, the breakfast quality and selection was great. Pool area is small and be aware that the hot tub is out of order as of this review (Feb 20)

No housekeeping even though we asked on the second day to please service our room. They were recarpeting so the smell was horrible. When they tore out the carpet, glue in the hallways, making shoes stick and hard to walk. The final morning there was loose carpet my daughter tripped on coming out of the room. Many workers and equipment in hallways making it hard to pass. A terrible place to stay during this remodel.

Staff was super friendly. Room was nice. Very happy with stay. Only disappointment was how cold the pool was kept. We stood at three hotels during our road trip and this pool was the only one that kiddos couldn’t enjoy due to temperature. Hot tub was nice.

Convention Center across the street. Nice spacious room/suite, environmentally conscious with motion sensor lights. Breakfast buffet was tasty! Pool & hot tub were enjoyable. Only glitch was one elevator not in service slowed down the access to room.

Breakfast was pretty good. I guess I was expecting a suite for the room (small kitchen at least) but for an average room to stay the night, this place did the trick. A downside though is that one of the elevators wasnt working properly and had to wait about 5 minutes for the other one.

Some doors on back side of hotel were not accessible through courtyard, making it a long walk around with the luggage. Also had construction equipment on the backside blocking a lot of the parking area, leaving limited lighting for my friends and our vehicles. feel like courtyard gate should’ve been open allowing direct access instead of walking around the building.

The room carpet was stained, bathroom shower tab and wall dirty. Smell not clean. Air conditioner very noisy. Hallway floors a lot dirty foot print. Doors with nasty muddy hand prints, door nabs and elevator buttons nasty dirty.

Comfortable bed but shower didn’t work. Had to wash from sink. Tv was going off and back on every ten minutes or so. I-25 loud from room. Shower was the main issue! Called to report and then told desk clerk upon checking out. Not a great stay at all. Steve

This is a very nice hotel but the immediate surrounding area and street activity at night is less than desirable. Mainly the convenience store next door and liquor store across street have lots of homeless activity. The downtown area and restaurants / streets are very nice, clean and safe. The room amenities could use some updating. The TVs look to be 10+ years old and the furniture is worn. The free Breakfast is actually not bad. Id stay again.

The room was excellent. I loved the setup for the suite as it gave a smart separation between the bed area and the "living" area. Nicely appointed. Newly remodeled and very very clean. Pool and exercise areas and all other common areas were clean, well-kept, and comfortable. Everything was new. The staff was friendly and quite accommodating, not just for me but others. Kudos to management for your hirings. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the size of the room, very spacious and lots of room for our whole family. I loved having the sofa bed as well. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had strong pressure, which was a plus. The pool was clean and a good size, and the exercise room had several treadmills so there was no waiting for a machine. Breakfast had many hot options and there was something for everyone. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee hot cocoa, and more. Overall friendly staff, ample parking and a good location.

The suite we were in (#428) is quiet, roomy and well laid out in 3 sections and includes all the amenities a guest would need: the entry and separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo, the living area with a good-sized fridge & microwave, couch, a desk, and a large screen TV, and the bedroom area with good lighting for reading, and a comfortable bed. The free breakfast was outstanding with both hot and cold offerings, and the staff kept the dining tables and food/beverage areas replenished and clean. The front desk was extremely welcoming and answered our questions. There is a well equipped workout room with free weights, treadmills, etc., but it lacked mats, disinfectant wipes to clean the equipment, and the water cooler was empty. The indoor pool area which includes a hot tub could be better ventilated as it was quite hot. Overall, an excellent stay, a good value, and we would gladly return.

The family loved and had fun. I gave it 4 stars for overall because the internet was working and i really needed it to finish some work before going to bed. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience.

I had booked a room here for the 2nd year in a row for the CHSAA 4A State Speech & Debate tournament. Last year went well and we were pleased with our stay. However, this year Jefferson County was hit with a snowstorm that resulted in all Jeffco schools having to withdraw from the State competition and no one being able to travel to Pueblo. I cancelled my reservation as soon as I was notified we could not go. Unfortunately, the general manager would not refund my money or provide a voucher due to what she said was Marriott’s policy on cancellations. Knowing the events that occurred that necessitated my cancellation, she was still unwilling to assist so I’m out my money for the one night. I guess I’ll have to look at it as tuition paid for the lesson learned about SpringHill Suites in Pueblo, CO.

The front desk staff was superb. Juliana was so friendly and helped me see the highlights of Pueblo by taking the extra effort to explain the fun parts of the city and how to get there. Isabel was a superb housekeeper and gave me some bags so that I could carry my painting from the fair. Kristy was an excellent manager. My bed was so comfy. My room was spacious and quiet. The gym was super good. The hotel location was close to everything. Superb hotel

Jeremy at front desk was so rude. Went to check in at 3:00 and they didn’t have room ready until 4:30 pm. I had my 96 year old mother with us and he had no concern, I needed to lay her down she was very tired. Then when he said our room was ready it wasn’t even the right room. What a big disappointment. Jeremy totally blew us off.

Springhill Suites was a great place to stay. Check-in and out was quick and easy. Employees were friendly and helpful. Julianna was so special! Greeted us with a great smile, explained everything around the hotel, and helped us find a great place to eat. Our room was amazing! Spacious, cozy, CLEAN, and nicely decorated. The beds are the best! Talk about soft and wonderful sleep. The hotel is easy to find right off the highway. And so close to the beautiful riverwalk! Highly recommend.

We have stayed at the SpringHill suites several times in the past few years. We love the proximity to the downtown area and the Riverwalk and adding the fencing around the property was a good move to improve security. It's location on the east side of Santa Fe is a slight negative due to the noise from I-25 and some of the locals who wander around in the street.

There were homeless everywhere. Two abandoned buildings right next door. Homeless tent next to the dumpster across the street. Half a dozen homeless wandering around. I did not feel safe. Clerk said even with security they still get some breakins to vehicles. Did not stay. Travelocity automated customer service line states non-fundable and hu g up.

There was a literal shootout in the parking lot. Eight cars ended up with bullet holes, broken windows, and flat tires. At least the staff was very forthcoming and helpful about it.

This hotel is just fine. It is not fancy, and priced accordingly. It is clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to restaurants and a cultural trail and museums. However, it seems stuff like coffee shops shut down on the weekend. We had no issues with people bothering us in the parking lot as has been mentioned in other comments. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. They are undergoing renovations to update the worn pieces. The pullout bed was veeeeery tired - worn as a couch and a saggy mattress. However, there were all the necessary sheets, blankets and pillows to use it. The bathroom was clean. The downside is the staff could not keep up with breakfast. They were out of everything including coffee. We don’t have time to wait for refills (if that happens, but we prefer to be able to have breakfast at the hotel so we can get driving.

The overall stay was great. The breakfast wasn't the best..sadly after reading other reviews of how great it was. The hot tub..is not very "hot" more like warm, but very clean . The night staff was very welcoming and friendly.. the morning staff not so much as the night staff.

The Springhill Suites was a cheaper (and apparently better) option to the sister Convention Center property at which I was participating in a conference. The lobby/meal area was fantastic from the ambiance to the actual food and coffee! We really enjoyed our stay and will return when we are in Pueblo.

Springhill room floorpan is fantastic. Small living room with couch, tv, desk & fridge/coffee set up. Bed/tv in second room. Our room was clean and they very nicely let us check in early. And now the not so good... Elevators are tired, and pretty beat up. The breakfast area was a zoo. Crowded, food in short supply...placed right by the elevators. When we stepped off the elevator at 8a...it was like walking into an overcrowded airport concourse. Super busy holiday weekend, and they only had one person working breakfast for a packed house. Place was a mess. Felt sorry for the employee.
