We enjoyed that the motel was quite, parking was easy and rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good with a variety of items. The only thing we noticed was there was never anyone at the front desk unless you rang a bell. The elevator sounds rough like it may need maintenance. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

Helpful staff, older building, but well maintained & clean. Plenty of parking, staff very attentive in keeping breakfast area clean with hot food. Would return. Dog friendly, but has a 50 dollar fee. Would be beneficial if Hotels.com or hotel would notify their customer prior to arrival.

This hotel has country comfort. The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok. For the price we were very happy with our stay. Two things really stood out- we were put on the main floor at the back so we could easily take our dog in and out. Second, was a “football field” size grassy area right out back and our dog loved it. Parking area was huge and went all around the hotel. There were no dog bag stations but the area outside was super clean & well kept and we always carry our own bags. The downside of our stay was the age of the hotel and outdatedness of rooms. Our room had a bad dog odour and to keep the smell down we kept the unit very cold. The carpets in the rooms need to be removed and replaced with laminate. The rooms and halls are very dark.

It was a good hotel. Not fantastic. It’s probably a 3 star. It was clean, comfortable and nice location. It did have a slow draining sink and their shampoo was not good. I would recommend you bring your own. The elevator was slow, but works. We used the stairs mostly which were really very nice. No pool.

Excellent stay. Breakfast girl was "rocking and rolling!" Food was hot & fresh. Check in/out super easy. Everyone, including housekeepers, super good! Just wish they had a pool.

This Comfort Inn is wonderfull. The exterior is beautiful and well maintained. The lobby was clean, fresh and beautifully decorated for fall. The staff was so friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good and on time. The room was clean, fresh and well stocked with essentials. The bathroom was spotless. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Thank you.

Sheets were dirty. Pillow cases had makeup on them. We were put in a handicap room on bottom floor. Bed was almost all the way on the ground. Bed was terrible!! Power went out at 2am, no storms in area or anything. Power was out for at least 3hrs. No communication or anything. Breakfast was terrible and cold. Neighbors were loud. Bathroom had not been throughly cleaned. Toilet paper was used and hair in shower, scum on railings. This was for a birthday trip for my mom, and was over $400 for one night!!! We’ve stayed many times in BR as we have family there and enjoy the town. I will NEVER be staying at the property again!

The whole experience there was wonderful. The exterior was beautiful and well maintained. The lobby was clean, fresh and tastefully decorated for fall. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean and fresh. All essentials were there and the bathroom was spotless, very important to me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and smelled fresh. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Overall a great hotel and i would definitely stay again. Thank you.

First room they put us in had a roach. Second romm had a problem with a thumping all day and night. They said they have tried to find the problem but can't . Why put us in the room.

For the price paid I was pretty disappointed. I understand there are not many hotel choices in the area so the price was higher but I didn’t expect the hotel to be so outdated, the tub was damaged and unclean. I will not stay again would definitely look into a cabin rental instead.

The hotel was pretty with a nice lobby and large breakfast area with lots of seating. My room had a nice view, was spacious and had cold ac. The only down side was even though the room was very clean, it had an odd oder. All staff members were very nice. I would definitely stay again.

It's a Comfort Innn so utilitarian, as to be expected. Certainly the drab lighting throughout the interior of the facility lends itself a post cold-war Kremlin vibe. Room amenities are bare basics. My bed was just a matress on a frame, a little lumpy and very low to ground. Quiet area at night. Overall not great and not bad. A working man's hotel.

We couldn't get WIFI connection. Was moved from 3rd to 1st floor and even then connectivity was inconsistent. Showerhead was on a blast setting and we were unable to adjust it (head was stuck.)

Terrible view from my room...front portico was all i could see out my window. Wood frame and pigeon poop instead of a mountain view. Thin walls also heard all whining dogs and walking in above room.

The lobby was modern and welcoming. Front Desk staff very friendly. Room was smaller than it looked on website, lack of nightstand on one side of bed, chair was outdated/worn, wall outlet was loose, toilet was clogged, and a few bugs were killed.

Everything was just perfect. Allison was a huge help and very polite. The breakfast was delicious and the lady serving was polite and helpful as well. The room was clean and quiet. The parking was easy.

We were so impressed with our stay because of the wonderful staff members who checked us in and answered all our questions! This hotel always is quiet and very clean, and the bed is so comfy. But this time it was the staff's attentiveness that really made our time there so nice.

Clerk was friendly, prices were very reasonable for the area. Was on a motorcycle, and clerk offered to let me park it under the main entrance so it was out of the elements and was visible. Highly recommend, wil stay again on the next trip 👌

PSA: we were somewhat accommodated for our inconvenience. We got into our room and from a first glance everything looked good. Went into the bathroom, immediately noticed boogers on the shower wall, the grout around the shower wall and bathtub was peeling and very moldy and the shower head looked awful. We did not sleep well as the walls and super thin and every door slams shut. They give you these paper tags to hang on the door knob requesting house keeping. You can chose whether you want full service or just certain items left at your door. We requested full service as we were planning to be gone for a few hours. We left, came back a few hours later and realized our house keeping request tag was still on the door. We just thought maybe we missed them. No big deal. We took the tag off the door and brought it inside. About 20 minutes after we get back, I'm getting out of the shower. I had my towel wrapped around me (towels are wide enough to fit around me but not long enough to cover everything) , I bent over to get what I needed out of my suitcase (rear end facing the door) and I hear the door open and a man say "'ma'am? You requested house keeping?" I'm mortified as I'm just about naked. THIS MAN NEVER KNOCKED!! I quickly get behind a wall and say "no we took the housekeeping tag off, please leave" but he didn't leave. He was confused as to why I told him no. He eventually walks away leaving our door open so I shut it and

for starters, this is the first hotel where the key worked the entire time. I have nothing but praise for the staff at the hotel. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Not only did the manager remember my name from check in, he also remembered the other guest's names that he spoke too. The manager made it a point to speak with everyone. I am in the retail business and that goes a long way. I recommend this property to everyone.

I booked as pay at hotel. They charged my card for half before check in, and then again for the full amount when I checked in. I’m now already back home, still waiting for the additional couple hundred plus dollars to go back into my accoun. Staff wasn’t the friendliest and the room was very noisy.

Our stay was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location was less than a mile to downtown and all the shops and restaurants as well and the apple orchard. I would definitely book this hotel again .

We had a horrible smell in our room and had to buy air freshener. Then on night three we came back to ants everywhere in our window up the wall all over the ac and curtains. First morning we got to breakfast at 7:45am to find out they were out of waffle mix and wasn’t making any more was told we could make toast instead.
