The staff was so nice, helpful and very accommodating! The breakfast was great eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle makers, juice, coffee, yogurt and more. The gym is very minimal no weights and there is no pool like in the pictures. The rooms were clean. I did smell weed often in the hallways but it didn’t bother me. I used the laundry room and that was amazing to have and they sell laundry pods for 1 dollar. I felt safe and am very satisfied.

On the Expedia app it showed that the hotel had an indoor pool, but when I arrived and asked if the pool is openI was told be the staff they no longer have a pool. The advertisement of an indoor pool is the only reason I booked this hotel, Baymont Inn. Next time I’ll just call the hotel directly to ask any follow up questions. I can’t trust Expedia with providing the correct details.

Great service. My only issue was they advertise in door pool but they took it out during covid. That was the main reason I picked them so that I could do my water therapy while on vacation. Outside that beautiful place

The bathroom was dirty. The bath had ring around it and a rag was left hanging in the bath which was hidden behind the shower curtain. I cleaned it myself as I had cleaning equipment. I was too tired to complain.

This hotel was the worse I’ve ever stayed. It smelled like mildew and must. I had asked the Desk clerk to change my room then he said he didn’t have another one available and they were totally booked.

The mattresses are old and sunken in. The blackout drapes are dirty & stained. Even with those flaws, the property itself is clean, the rooms are clean, thus far the staff is friendly. However, not a pet friendly property and you may not take breakfast to your room. The signs state you must eat in dining area.

The bed was very uncomfortable and seemed to have a dip in it which caused us not to sleep well at all. I woke up with a headache, each day, and my husband is still complaining about his neck and back.

Nothing fancy but everything I needed. Easy check in with pleasant service and two hour late check out on request. Breakfast was great! My room was clean with cold ac, nice shower pressure, soft towels but my most favorite was the comfy pillow top king bed and the pillows…the pillows were sooo good! Anyway, you get the idea. Basic but meet my needs perfectly. Thank you

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The hotel room could use some remodeling. The paint was chipped off around the mirror, The door had chipping on it,& the carpet looked worn in places. I felt safe here, unlike some other places.

Despite showing my Expedia confirmation of reservation, they didn't have my reservation and had no rooms available. Was told by the desk clerk there wasn't a reservation and there was nothing she could do about it! They had NO rooms available! After finding another room at another hotel, my credit card was charged by Baymont for the room I never received!

Would not let me check in early without paying a $25 fee, even though my room was ready and there were very few cars in the parking lot. Desk clerk said I should leave and come back in 2 hours. I told her I had stayed in many Baymont hotels before and checked in early and was never charged. She said that probably wasn’t true. Bad attitude. Not very customer friendly. No more Baymonts for me.

The staff that checked me was very impolite and rude, She asked for my credit card for incidentals . I mention that I had never had anyone ask me this before, She became nasty and said I can cancell your room if you like. I asked her to calm herself down and relax. I would had just left and should have because the whole hotel was not up to par, I didn't appreciate this whole experience at all and would NOT recommend it to anyone. Tahnk you.

I was traveling with my sister,aunt 87 and 95 year old Mother. We requested an extra blanket for my aunt and mother and was only given one and my aunt was told she wouldn't get an extra one. I had to go to the front desk and demand one for my 95 year old mother. Otherwise no other incidents

I didn't get to occupy the room because the person at the front desk on Nov 8th between 3pm possibly 5pm told me my 50$ security deposit didn't go through. Then I showed him it did on my checking then proceeded to still lie to me an tell me he didn't see it on his computer. Now today the transaction is processed on my account an no longer pending. I'm requesting a refund due to not even being able to get my room key. Being lied an told my 50$ didn't go through an wasting money on a hotel I didn't get a key for is frustrating. I wouldn't trust this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the hwy, Walmart, gas stations and restaurants. The property is kept clean inside and out. House keeping is great! The breakfast is good (eggs, bacon, sausage patties, pastries, juices, toast and more! There is a strict non smoking policy so typically the hotel smells fresh and clean but I did smell smoke once. I had one issue, I saw mold on the window and asked housekeeping to come in and have a look and she did and left to get product and returned and cleaned it all off, with that said, I do think that the management should look into checking for mold by the windows when cleaning. Overall, I do recommend this hotel for a quick/short stay as they do provide what they advertise and I appreciate that. Thank you to all the staff.

Property does not look as pictured. Rooms advertised as nonsmoking, but smelled of smoke. Seems to cater to truck drivers. Not ideal for a single woman, traveling with 2 kids.

Property itself was fine - nothing special; nothing terrible. About what I expected for the price. The location is not great. Traffic in the area is horrible making it hard to get out onto the main road. Cracker Barrel across the parking lot is a good dining option without needing to drive.

Just stayed one night, but everything seemed safe and secure. The room was clean, and check-in was smooth since I had already done everything through the EXPEDIA app. This property is near Six Flags, so there's lots of shopping and restaurants ranging from more sit-down service to fast food et\c.
