Friendly staff, beds are comfortable, nice indoor pool. Breakfast options are good, and the entertainment area with multiple game options and a pool table was a nice highlight to our stay. Definitely would stay here again!

I stayed in two different in occasions in one week and the rooms were clean crisp, odor free, bathrooms spotless. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. only downside is that I would've love to take a dip in the pool but was down for maintenance for a memorial weekend, which I wouldn't have expected. I still give you a 4.9 star rating. Keep that pool ready for a complete experience.

Clean hotel with a fresh modern look.. comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The only complaint was having to ask the front desk for pool towels and then be asked to answer a phone and ask people to hold while the staff went for the towels... very unprofessional.

The rings are nice and updated. They are small though. The bathroom was NOT clean. The toilet was dirty. Had pee stain under the seat and stain on the top of seat, that shows it apparently was not cleaned. The shower shampoo had hair all over it. The floor had hair on it. I don't know who they got working in housekeeping, but the manager needs to do an audit of the runs before they book them! If it wouldn't have been for that i would have gave more stars

Hotel canceled our reservation when we didn’t show up in time. Their check-in policy is hidden and it is not immediately noticeable. No one from the hotel notified us. Expedia did not notify us. It was just canceled. Upon arrival the front desk agent scolded my husband and I and wasn’t very friendly or nice. And then proceeded to wait on the phone with Expedia before checking us into another room and dealing with the payment. They managed to put us in another room, which we appreciated but having to deal with this at 5:00am after driving all day made us never want to stay in a Hilton hotel again. Never thought I’d rather stay at a La Quinta. I want to say that the fact that the room was very clean, the hall way wreaked of mildew/mold and irritated our lungs. I have a mold allergy that hasn’t been triggered like this in years. Avoid this hotel if you’re going to be in the area for Six Flags. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from and we wish we’d done that originally.

The rooms are very clean with a nice fresh smell! The bed was comfortable and bedding is nice and soft. We did not swim this time but the pool was clean and inviting and if time permitted we would have definitely went for a swim! My daughters and I really enjoyed the breakfast and I was happy gluten free options were available for me.

Very helpful. Property was very clean. Accessible. I did feel there needed to be more storage in the room than what was offered, that would be the only feedback. I double-bed hotel room, with no closet or drawers made the room appearance cluttered with luggage and decreased space with all our things out. Overall, it was nice stay, beautiful property. Good lotion and hand soap and shower gel.

The service was great, the hotel/room was extremely clean, breakfast was great. My only complaint is we stayed on the ground floor next to the road and it was pretty loud. I had difficulty sleeping the first night. The area was also accommodating with lots of fast food, walmart and highway next door.

Our room faced the street and it was so loud! All night long I heard the sounds of engines revving loudly though the room. The bed was also really firm and uncomfortable. These things did not seem to bother my teen though. There was stuff on the wall in the bathroom behind the toilet which grossed me out and there was dog hair on the floor. Breakfast was better than most I've had at hotels. The bed linens looked and smelled clean. The double queen room was minimalist which I liked, and was plenty of room for 2. TV was nice.

Great place to stay for the right price. If you can get a good deal to stay here I would recommend it. They have an indoor gym, indoor pool, game/living area and office space with different seating options, outlets and ports to charge devices. The room itself is decent in space you can move around a bit, but not very sound proof. I could hear neighbors from every direction although the people who stayed here all seemed friendly. bathroom is nice, showers nice, beds were nice and comfy, place was clean no critters, ample lights, desk in room, fridge was a bit small, community microwave (not available in room, no kitchenette), nice Samsung flatscreen tv with apps and live tv also the windows are big and great for letting light into the room. Staff was very friendly and helped me during my stay. Breakfast was cool, bagels, fruits, eggs, bacon and a cool pancake robot that makes pancakes in front of you very cool! Ample parking, very easy to get in and out of the Hotel space if you want to go out during your stay. Tons of restaurants, gas stations, shopping areas nearby. Very good option if you're in Lithia Springs! Would recommend!

Rooms are very small. Toilet was wobbly. No place comfortable to sit. Felt like an efficiency apartment with no heating devices. Noisy air conditioner. No room darkening curtains, light shines through all night and morning. Good water pressure. No ice machine. Basic place to sleep and shower.

This was an amazing hotel. It was clean, the room was extremely comfortable and it was quiet. The shower was nice and roomy not like other hotels where you can barely turn around in. The breakfast looked good, but we didn't eat there. If we come back to Austell we will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and during my stay the housekeeping did not come to my room once. Had to use just 1 towel for the whole week, and the garbage in the room was not emptied out. The only staff members here that were nice was the 1 woman that prepares the breakfast in the morning, everyone else didnt want to hear from you because you were interrupting their time on their cell phone. Social media was more important than their job.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I have stayed in Hilton tru and other hiltons a lot but that location at Lithia springs GA was the by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. The front desk people on the weekend were so bad I had my pregnant wife and two kids and tried to check early and they were so rude and not respectful at all. Clarence at the front cancel my reservation as I was explaining for him that I am honor Hilton member and VIP member at hotel.com and if possible to check in early. As I was not happy with service he suggested for my to call the police if not happy. It was really ridiculous to have such person in the front desk to receive guests who travel to enjoy their stay with family.. I truly never experienced such bad service as the one I did

We’ve stayed here multiple times, and this is our second time having some real issues with our stay. This time though we had one staff member who was continuously rude to us when we had any interaction, they put us in the wrong room and wouldn’t correct it, and when I asked for an extra blanket I was told they were completely out even though they didn’t check it was just said. Really bummed because the overall place is nice, we really love playing pool in the evenings as a family.

This place was awesome. We stayed for a family trip to six flags and couldnt have asked for a better hotel. Every member of the staff we encounter was friendly, the lobby has a nice open area for games, breakfast was very yummy, and everything was clean!
