Stanza e bagno grandi. Parcheggio sotto l'hotel. In centro si va con i mezzi che, con l'abbonamento, diventano economici.

Fik et mørkt værelse i stueplan, med meget støj fra naboer. Alt vand og toilet kan høres. Store varevogne parkeres lige udenfor vinduerne så larm derfra og gardiner måtte være trukket for hele tiden Hår i sengen efter hver rengøring ! Defekt lys i rummet. Ok parkeringskælder

A hotel w parking. Very rear here in Amsterdam. Very good customer service and very close to rhe bus stop to go to the city.

Très satisfait de l'hôtel et de ses services. À 25 min du centre ville en Tram ou bien en bus. Hotel disposant d'un grand parking. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. La chambre bien spacieuse. Je recommande.

We found that the hotel was in a very convenient place because there were tram and bus stops only a couple of minutes away from it. The actual room itself was very nice and clean. The bed itself was very comfy and clean too, we didn't find anything bad or unclean. The vending machines in the lobby downstairs were also very useful. Overall we really enjoyed our 3 night stay there!! :)

Excelente hotel com uma estacao de transporte publico bem em frente. O que mais gostei foi a maquina de Nespresso no quarto e a maquina de fazer pizza no saguao de entrada!

Great hotel with great transport links into the city centre. Clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that could have improved the stay would have been opening the hotel bar :)

Lots of trash and cigarette butts around area of hotel. Hotel itself was not bad. Poor lighting in bathroom and slippery tub.

Naja. Nicht wirklich sauber. Toilette hat noch Flecken vom Vorgänger. Zahnpasta im Waschbecken. Wimpern auf der Bettwäsche. TV total verschmiert und Fernbedienung trotz Batterie wechsel ohne funktion. Alles in allem für das Geld nicht wirklich zufrieden stellenden.

Quarto muito grande, confortável, limpeza excelente, camas confortáveis, banheiro em ótimas condições com chuveiro e ducha. O café da manhã é muito bom e tem muitas opções. O único ponto é que em todos os dias são as mesmos itens, para quem faz uma estadia longa fica muito repetitivo. Não fica no centro, mas tem transporte na porta. Muito fácil acessar qualquer local da cidade. Ponto de melhoria seria dar ênfase na limpeza do hall de entrada, tem muitas guimbas de cigarro pelo chão, dando uma impressão de desleixo.

Check in great. Friendly reception staff for duration. Floor wet in room outside of bathroom on arrival. Unclean toilet seat which was not cleaned for the duration. The hot foot at breakfast was cold and did not taste good. Towel changing sign confusing. We put the large towels on the floor to be changed but were only given hand towels back so had to ask reception for them. Poor tv channel selection.

Negativ: - es gab keine 2. Schlüsselkarte für 2 Erwachsene. - Dusche Waschbecken wurden während der 6 Übernachtungen *nicht* geputzt!!!! - stinkender Mini-Kühlschrank - 30 Minuten Fahrzeit zum Amsterdam Centraal mit Strassenbahn. Positiv: - liegt am Erasmus-Kanal - Foyer sauber und großzügig - Personal an der Rezeption freundlich - Supermärkte in direkter Umgebung - Strassenbahnen Busse fahren im 10- Minuten-Takt von Mo.-Fr.; am Wochenende abweichend.

I arrived late in the evening and the member of staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly. I had a twin room on the ground floor and it was clean with all the expectes amenities. I stayed 3 nights and the room was cleaned each day. Despite being on the ground floor near the main street it wasnt too loud at night. Breakfast was included as part of my booking and it was fresh with a large variety. The weekend manager of the breakfast was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful

It’s very close to two tram lines so you can get to the center of Amsterdam in aprox 30 minutes. However the walls in the room were dirty, the mattress is old and the comforter had hairs when we got there. Will try somewhere else next time.

Filthy hotel, cleaners did the bare minimum. No soap in room, no toilet roll and 1 coffee for 3 people. Mattresses stained with urine/blood. Staff at reception very helpful.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, allerdings hatten wir Recht viel Schimmel im Zimmer und jemand der ne Hausstauballergie hat sollte sich vielleicht ein anderes Hotel suchen. Sonst war alles top

Rooms have the basics, coffee machine & fridge. Good location for getting into central & bus station. Downsides for us was the rooms are not soundproof, we could hear the traffic on the road with the windows closed & the doors are not soft closing. Had lots of doors banging shut till late on. The location, did not feel safe going out after sundown. (Google maps takes you around the back of the building near the water) lots of youths hanging around, all blacked out on bikes. If you arrive here late try to stick to the front street - this is where the entrance is, will avoid you walking all the way around the building. Staff was polite & friendly during check in/out.

Transport links to and from Airport and city centre good, Tv channels seemed a bit limited and did not like that windows in the room did not open, would also have liked a kettle to make a cup of tea, But overall a good a good stay and would use again. Thanks

Pokój, w którym byłam czysty, łóżko wygodne, niestety nie działał ekspres do kawy.

Its pretty far from the city center but the rooms are decent sized and come with a fridge and coffee/tea maker. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants to choose from

An sich ein Standard Hotel für seine Klasse, aber die Zimmer ohne die Möglichkeit dort Fenster aufzumachen und die Lautstärke von der Hauptstraße auf der Seite wo unser Zimmer war, brachten für mich eine Kombi mit sich, die mich davon abhaten würde dies noch mal zu buchen.

Clean, big room, many windows as we were in a corner room, plenty of coffee in the room, refrigerator, helpful staff, comfy bed, very ample storage space, nice restaurant called Sortie nearby and on the water, close to market and bus route, Turkish neighborhood, many shops and places to eat, some dispensaries.

We stayed at very spacious 4 bed room which was great for our family (2 adults + 2 kids). It was great that we even could find a room for all 4 of us, and also the room was very big, the bathroom was newly renovated with high end appliances and felt more like a 4 star than a 3 star hotel. The cushions were too big and high, please replace them with 2 smaller cushions. Also it would be great if you would have a washable mattress cover between the mattress and the bed sheets. It feels a bit unclean to only have the thin sheet between your nifty and a mattress that many people have slept on. Great that there is a mini fridge and a nespresso machine as well. In our room there was only one chair so seating for 4 people would have been adequate.

Excellent staff. Arrived early and the lady manager kindly helped us with early check in. Room was quiet, nespresso machine was great, housekeeping was courteous. Location is good with many public transport nearby. Will stay here again!

I logged in on September 14th. On September 15, our drinks were stolen from the refrigerator. I told this to the reception. They haven't cleaned the room for 4 days. They do not provide paper cups and hand soap. I told this to the reception and got into a fight with them. They said they would clean the entire room in the morning. We left the room in the morning. When we came to the room in the evening, as you can see in the attached photos, no one came to the room. Nobody cleaned the room or took out the trash. They have terrible service. They have a terrible cleaning staff. Terrible hotel. I shared these photos all over social media and the next morning they finally cleaned the room. Just when I thought everything was fine and I was about to check out of the hotel the next day, this time I got into a fight with the thugs in the next room. That night they took four vagabonds to the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, but they started smoking drugs and shouting. It's 23:30 at night. I called the reception and asked him to come. At that moment, I saw the people next to me go out into the corridor. And I went out and warned these people. I told the person at the reception to call the police if the noise continued. Then I said that I wanted to talk to the authorized person at the hotel. He said he was the only one in the hotel. In a hotel with hundreds of rooms, there was only 1 person. No security, no other staff in case of an emergency, no shift manager!

Decent hotel with good transport links and restaurants/shops in the local area. Biggest gripe is the check in time and having to pay extra to check in regardless if the room is ready or not.

Everyone who worked there was super nice and extremely helpful with a lot of questions. My only complaints were with housekeeping staff. They would start cleaning rooms super early in the morning, and they were always extremely loud. They were constantly talking to other coworkers very loud, and made a lot of noise carrying things/cleaning other rooms. Interrupted sleep effected my plans on my vacation. The one day I did not have the sign up so that they could clean, I still had trash on the floor, and they did not change the bedding. While I understand this is a big hotel and they have to start early to clean rooms, they should also be more considerate with how loud they talk in hallways regardless.

Bad saniert, Zimmer OK, Frühstück im Rahmen; Hervorragende Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Die Lage des Hotels ist leider etwas unvorteilhaft. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in ca. 45-60 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Amsterdam.

Ideal cheap hotel to get some sleep away from the busy city centre but with very reliable transport links back to the heart of the city

・アムステルダムの中心地からは離れたところにあるので、乗り物に慣れるまでは若干戸惑いましたが、バスやトラムの乗り場は近くにあるため観光地との行き来には問題ありませんでした。 ・４泊しましたが、徒歩５分ほどのところにコインランドリーもあり、洗濯もできました。 ・近隣にはスーパー、飲食店ありました。 ・部屋が広く、バスタブもついており快適に過ごせました。自動チェックインとアウトで、スタッフさんとは話すことはなかったです。

Easy public transport, close to Sloterdijk train station, a lot of stores to shop, a nice market almost everyay, mediterranean restaurants

The stay was good. The were rooms clean. Hotel is nice and well maintain. Staff was very nice. It was outside of main centre Amsterdam but 5 minutes from trolleys. Very good spot overall.

O hotel é confortável, porém o quarto poderia ser mais limpo. O café da manhã é bom. Localização um pouco afastada das principais atrações turísticas, mas tem boa oferta de transporte público.

호텔 직원 분들이 친절하십니다 :) 조식이 맛있어요. 암스테르담 중앙역과는 거리가 있고 트램을 타고 나갈 수 있습니다. 중앙역 근처는 익숙하지 않은 냄새가 많이 나서 좀 멀리까지 온 걸 잘 했다고 생각합니다. 근처에 레스토랑, 마트, 코인 세탁소가 있어서 지내기 좋았어요 👍

Alle wahren sehr höflich und nett. Und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Auf jeden Fall würden wir noch mal kommen.
