Staff was great and room service did a wonderful job of cleaning. The parking lot: however, needs to be resurfaced as we had to dodge all kinds of big holes everywhere just to get in to park.

On check in I was advised there was a deposit required and that the Pool & Hottub have been closed for "quite some time" among the reason I chose the location was the hot tub after a long day of travel.

No pool or hot tub to use, apparently they are shutting it down for good. The room was extremely outdated and gross. Breakfast was a joke, there was old cereal and a waffle maker w nothing to drink- not even water or juice. Don’t go here!

It is very run down. Ice machine didn't work. Pool was closed. Upholstered chair in the room was stained. Breakfast was a joke. Not even any fruit. peeling paint and drywall. One of the worst places we've ever stayed.

Biggest issue i had was I'm disabled and have difficulty climbing stairs. They gave me a 2nd floor room. No elevator and the would not change me to the first floor. Made no effort to accommodate my disability, the lady just laughed and said it's not bad, i can do it. I literally almost passed out by the time i got my luggage and me to the room. Prepaid the room so i was told no refunds. Second issue they required a credit card to charge a $100 deposit to but i was told it would be refunded upon check out. 2 days later no refund. Called and was told they never charged my card (it's on my card statement), then told me they refunded to the wrong customer, then they told me it was refunded yesterday but it might take a few days to show up. If i had known about the deposit ahead of time I'd never booked a room. Place is run down with peeling paint , linens were stained and dirty looking, the advertised pool and spa wasn't available. Overall about the worst motel experiance I've ever had.

When we walked into the room, it was hot and smelled musty. The walls and ceiling had peeling paint and we were worried to take off our shoes because of the gross carpet. Our dog started to gag when we put him on the floor and then wanted to get off the floor. We went to the front office and told them that we wanted a refund and we didn't feel comfortable staying there. They offered a different room but we didn't feel comfortable and safe there.

It takes a LOT for me to write a poor review. The staff were pleasant when they were at the front desk, which was rarely. The room itself was fairly outdated and had an unclean presence. The bathroom was leaking and dripping constantly, and had a general appearance of dirtiness. The area around the hotel was filled with several other hotels and a landing spot for overnight workers and people hanging around the doors into the late hours of the night. But the WORST part of this hotel, was the breakfast. This was NOT a breakfast. They had one plate of wrapped packaged muffins, and a coffee set up. The waffle maker was half broken. There was NO creamer, NONE. Only a half and half bottle in the fridge, which was luke warm. We couldn't eat anything there.

As soon as we opened the door it smelt like dirty feet. The whole room was dirty and half ass cleaned. We had to ask them to clean the bathroom as it was visibly dirty & the house keeper apologized and said they have a new lady who is sick so she doesn’t clean well. Umm ok then why keep her?? Be sure to bring your own conditioner as they only supply one tiny shampoo. This is a Motel 6 quality hotel but your paying double.

No water or drinks at breakfast. Only one waffle maker and a few muffins and that’s it. It’s sad how dirty the facilities and rooms are. For what we paid we should have gotten at least water or no makeup spots on sheet. Room had a smell. Well at least the pull out bed wasn’t full of food. The WiFi was just a hotspot & not good but that’s not the real issue. I had a cockroach climbing on me in the middle of the night & I captured it. Showed it to the front desk & they knew immediately what it was. I checked out that day. Also, their free breakfast was lousy & had very, very few options. Won’t ever go back.

When you arrive the first thing you'll notice is the smell. Right when you walk in it smells like smoke. TV didn't work and they couldn't fix the issue nor offer a solution. Maybe bring in another TV, have me switch rooms? Restroom was very small, the door couldn't fully open because it kept hitting the shower rod. The AC unit wouldn't allow me to turn on the fan mode which would of helped drown out the cars on the highway and the couple fighting in the hotel parking lot across from us. Night clerks staff was very engaging and friendly.

Disappointing stay. I got excited by the fact it had a pull out sofa after a long time on the road sharing a bed with kids I was ready for them to be somewhere else. But avoid this place. It was not super clean. Tv nor the phone worked. No elevator and we were on the second floor. Went down to complain about the tv but no resolution.

The property address is not correct. It is not on Wanamaker Drive, it is actually on SW Westport Drive. I drove past it twice. The breakfast area is not well monitored. There is nothing more than one waffle maker and a toaster and bread. There is no jelly, jam, or honey for the bread. No low sugar syrup for the waffles. Coffee frequently ran out. The bathroom had no hair conditioner, and the hair dryer was gone. The only ice maker was out of service. Pluses would include: (1) Price, it was reasonable enough to make the problems acceptable {just glad my wife wasn't along on this trip}. (2)The room was clean, (3) the staff were courteous, although the front desk was not always manned.

Prepaid the room so i was told no refunds. Second issue they required a credit card to charge a $100 deposit to but i was told it would be refunded upon check out. 2 days later no refund. Called and was told they never charged my card (it's on my card statement), then told me they refunded to the wrong customer, then they told me it was refunded yesterday but it might take a few days to show up. If i had known about the deposit ahead of time I'd never booked a room. Place is run down with peeling paint , linens were stained and dirty looking, the advertised pool and spa wasn't available. Overall about the worst motel experiance I've ever had.
Biggest issue i had was I'm disabled and have difficulty climbing stairs. They gave me a 2nd floor room. No elevator and the would not change me to the first floor. Made no effort to accommodate my disability, the lady just laughed and said it's not bad, i can do it. I literally almost passed out by the time i got my luggage and me to the room. The property address is not correct. It is not on Wanamaker Drive, it is actually on SW Westport Drive. I drove past it twice. The breakfast area is not well monitored. There is nothing more than one waffle maker and a toaster and bread. There is no jelly, jam, or honey for the bread. No low sugar syrup for the waffles. Coffee frequently ran out. The bathroom had no hair conditioner, and the hair dryer was gone. The only ice maker was out of service. It takes a LOT for me to write a poor review. The staff were pleasant when they were at the front desk, which was rarely. The room itself was fairly outdated and had an unclean presence. The bathroom was leaking and dripping constantly, and had a general appearance of dirtiness. The area around the hotel was filled with several other hotels and a landing spot for overnight workers and people hanging around the doors into the late hours of the night. But the WORST part of this hotel, was the breakfast. This was NOT a breakfast. They had one plate of wrapped packaged muffins, and a coffee set up. The waffle maker was half broken. There was NO creamer, NONE. Only a half and half bottle in the fridge, which was luke warm. We couldn't eat anything there.

The WiFi was just a hotspot & not good but that’s not the real issue. I had a cockroach climbing on me in the middle of the night & I captured it. Showed it to the front desk & they knew immediately what it was. I checked out that day. Also, their free breakfast was lousy & had very, very few options. Won’t ever go back.

We stopped just for the night on our road trip (2 adults and 3 kids), and this hotel worked well. Price was great, and we loved the fact that we were able to get 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for the same price we could get 2 double beds at other nearby hotels. Main drawback: breakfast was really minimal. Toast, cheerios, muffins, and a waffle maker. No fruit, no jelly, no peanut butter, nothing fresh.
