The outside of the hotel made it questionable but the inside was surprisingly semi-up-to-date and pretty clean and comfortable! They also had a fantastic gym as well as good amenities in the courtyard. I would say this is a pretty solid place to stay for a few couple of days without spending a ton of money.!

We book with Courtyard Marriott because it's dog friendly, which is great. But also for the restaurant and bar area after long days of travel. When we arrived, it was closed. We were told it was the staff person's day off. I did tell the nice woman at the check in desk that it was dissapointing because that was the reason we choose CM. Other then that, the stay was fine. We ordered pizza to be delivered.

The lighting outside is dim especially in the back. The HVAC in room 301 did not cool adequately. The courtyard in the back was a mess with tables and chairs laying over. The grass in the courtyard was sparse. An open plumbing repair in the courtyard was an open ditch with no flagging. The lobby area and bar was very nice.

We arrived on a Saturday night and they didn’t have staff for food or drinks. We booked there so we didn’t have to drive anywhere and we were really disappointed. Then in the morning only one person working breakfast- no coffee etc.

I stay in hotels all the time. I would have expected a Marriott chain to be top notch. Not this one. My bed had something spilt all down it. AFTER IT was made. Only thing they could do was flip the mattress change the bed skirt mattress pad and linens. I asked for a new bed. They don’t have extras. My sheets didn’t even fit. They were all out of Queen anything. Had to put king everything on the bed. I had to ask for a microwave which they provided. The room was dirty/ dusty. The bathroom door didn’t shut the latch was off centered. The window was old obviously not included in the remodel it whistled all night long when the wind blew. And we know the wind can blow in Kansas. They offered credit at the restaurant/ bar. I never used it. the whole place was too dirty to even fathom eating there. I feel the entire staff is just lazy!! They didn’t do their jobs. If I wasn’t in town for a funeral I would have changed hotels but I didn’t have that kind of time to do so. Shame on Marriott for even letting this place rent rooms. Oh yeah, they just remodeled. Ha.

We booked this last-minute on a road trip. (It has stared snowing and we needed to find a place quickly.). I was happy with the process, staff, etc. The one negative was that a used washcloth was left in the bathroom, on top of the soap pumps, so that has me concerned that the shower was not cleaned thoroughly.

The hotel was very nice but I did smell a musty mold smell in the room and non gluten in the bistro and also maybe more furniture in the toilet space for clothing, glasses and it was such a large space I had no space for glasses being placed. But on the floor but other than that it was a nice bed luxurious.

This was a good solid overnight stop. The bed was super comfortable, as always with Marriott. The staff was very friendly. The courtyard wasn’t much but that didn’t matter to me. The only criticism is that the bathroom smelled pretty bad—like mildew. If I had to guess it is because the mildew resistance has been washed out of the shower curtain. So it didn’t seem dirty- just smelled bad. As soon as we walked into the room.

We enjoyed the convenience of the property; and stayed here overnight before. However, upon check-in, one room wreaked of marijuana / weed scent. It was clearly evident that the guest room adjacent to their room was marijuana-smoked filled. The hallway smelled like marijuana. We requested another room, and it was provided at the opposite end of the hall, which was clean and smelled fresh. Hotel staff was unable to accommodate a different room on the same floor for 2nd room so we kept the room located across the hall from the “marijuana” room. After a 9-hour drive, late night check-in, we were exhausted, sprayed our room to mask the marijuana scent, and endured the unusually dusty room with a “not so clean” bathroom with rusted fixtures. The staff person did apologize, but seemed aware and unaffected when we shared concerns.

We found a used tampon next to our bed so we asked to change rooms late at night. The rep that helped us did not offer any compensation for our poor experience. Did not feel comfortable taking a photo of a used tampon on my phone.

Hotel was filthy!!! No one ever cleaned our rooms. Hallways , elevator, front entrance were never swept the entire stay! But 2 people set up front on phones when we came in and out during the day!! Will not stay at a Marriott again for awhile!

The room was filthy. The floor was gross. There was no soap and there was something dried on the desk. The girl at the front kindly switched me rooms. That floor was also dirty with no soap. I do not recommend due to TWO dirty rooms!

The AC wasn’t truly cold despite the setting at 68° & the room was humid. Our clothing & the bedding felt almost damp. Couldn’t hardly sleep. Just was not comfortable & the WiFi was an unsecured connection. Overpriced.

Staff were LOVELY! Both reception and restaurant staff were amazingly sweet and helpful. Stayed here before and after Unbound Gravel and was able to prep my bike in the room. Breakfast at the bistro was excellent and the young lady running the restaurant was very helpful and did an excellent job. Elevator was a little dodgy and the area around had a lot of sirens and noisy cars drag racing up and down the street. Hotel was clean, room was clean, only issue with the room was the TV turning on randomly at 1:30am the night before Unbound, which wasnt ideal.

I am scheduled for back surgery in 2 weeks. Upon arriving, I was informed that the elevator was out, and that my room was on the top floor. My explanation of needing a lower floor because of my back was met with "That's all we have at the moment." I was not offered any assistance with my bags up the stairs. I was not offered an apology for the elevator being out. Horrible customer service.

Hotel seems dirty as does the surrounding area. The mall it's in is closed and barren and the parking lot is ridiculous where you park in back but have to walk to the front for entry.

It was OK. Their pet friendly, but my dogs found a bug trap that was behind bed that they chewed on. I didn’t realize and thought they were going to get poisoned. No complementary breakfast and their food was I think a little on the expensive side it’s not budget friendly. other than that it was OK. It was clean. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I really was disappointed in the pay for breakfast. The wait for microwaved food was too long and it was too expensive. When I checked out on Sunday morning around 7:00AM - there was no breakfast. I’m very ok with the standard continental breakfast you usually get at hotels.

As an overall observation, this hotel checks all the expectations. There's one area where it definitely lags: food. There is a bar open in the evening, but when I ordered a drink on the menu, one key ingredient was not available. In the morning, the only option I noted was to order off a menu - no big deal, except it took 20 minutes to get two eggs, bacon and toast. This in a food service area that was otherwise empty. It's almost as if the hotel feels it has to provide some food service, but their heart just isn't into it. If you decide to stay here, don't plan to eat here.
