First night a couple of hours later woke up to bites on my arms. I turned on my phone light to see if there was bed bugs but while doing that I found hair all throughout the bed. They moved me to the first floor and the refrigerator was making an annoying noise all night. Now come Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. I wake up to hammers, drill, and ripping of the walls right outside. I am coming from L.A. so I am already trying to catch up on timing for sleep so losing sleep while I am here for film work is really taking a toll on me especially since I got sick not use to the cold weather here so I am not able to sleep already. They never informed us that they were doing construction or I would have left immediately. What's worse they won't do what's right to give me a refund or partial.

I was greeted by the young front desk gentleman who seemed eager to be helpful and engaging, even answering my question about a local legend of a statue of a dog in the nearby area. My room was spacious and clean and comfortable but the floor seemed worn and had some damage but again the desk agent told me he would note it. My room also had a full size refrigerator. The ice machine was on the 3rd floor but had an out of order sign on it. It seemed like the third floor was being updated too. The breakfast area was spacious and clean too. It is a nice place to stay. TV gave plenty of choice for viewing too.

I checked in late and was exhausted from a long day of work and travel. When I walked into my room, there was an odd smell. It was a mixture of cleaning solutions and something I couldn't quite put my finger on. When I turned on the HVAC, I figured out what is was. Evidently, someone had puked into the louvers of the HVAC unit, so I quickly turned it off. It was late, so I just turned it off and tried to turn on the TV. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work at all. I just ended up going to sleep. I will say that the bed and the pillows were comfortable, but sleeping all night in stagnant, smelly air was horrible. Spend the extra money and stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It is super clean and comfortable, and I won't make the same mistake of staying in a low quality, low cost hotel like this again.

Price was a primary factor in our choice, and you get what you pay for. Older facility with some upgrades of questionable quality. Persistent odors in hallways, stairwells and particularly our room. Unexpected bonus was the lite continental breakfast that was available but not listed in the booking details.

2 night stay. On second night I came into room to find ants and other bugs with wings coming out from behind the AC. Got rid of them and then more and more starting coming out and they were getting all over the room/bed. Eventually had to switch rooms at 2 in the morning. Staff said it was common for the bugs to be out during this time of year (June).

The hotel provided a microwave, fridge with freezer, small sink, and coffee maker. The bathroom was mini -one could barely fit in the shower and the curtain wrapped around you. There was a small sink outside with a small mirror that was above the waist. There was no other mirror in the room. Upon entering the building, an unpleasant odor of cleaning liquids permeated the area. Breakfast that was included was so unattractive we chose to go to a nearby Denny's. All the food was individually packaged in cellophane. There was no warm food. Next time we'll go to the Hampton Inn.

Pleasantly surprised for the price. Clean, quiet, and close to stores. Really appreciated the full sized refrigerator in the room. Not having carpet in the room was definitely a plus for us. Breakfast was a slightly upgraded continental breakfast, but for the price of the hotel I did not find it unreasonable.

Our room was terrible. There must have been a water leak. The floor was very damaged. It was slippery. The bathroom door did not work right. There were paint chips all over the floor. Very disappointing and have not had a bad experience here previously.

We stayed in a handicapped room that had a broken air-conditioner. When the compressor turned on it was like a jet engine reving up for take off. It made a high screeching noise while running. And made the sound of a car engine slowing down when it was shutting off. So we got very little sleep both nights. It's hard for me to believe they didn't knowthey didn't know the air compressor needed to be replaced.

Bed was comfortable, however the room needs some repairs. Flooring tiles were chiped in multiple areas, pealing protective plastic from the refrigerator (never removed when installed) just looks bad, scratched up pictures hanging on the walls and dirty carpets on the 3rd floor hallway.

Terrible. -3 calls to the front desk about noise and drug use (pot) -No rules enforced -Very expensive for what they offer I travel for work a lot, and NEVER again. Was kept up until 2A by other guest and the noise level! Insanity!

Amazing staff at check in and she was very helpful and accommodating and explained everything about morning checkout and I think her name was Ashley well she deserves a raise or a management position I definitely will be using them in the future for any traveling stays I need for work

The breakfast was not to great. The pancakes and French toast sticks were in plastic bags to take out to put on plates to microwave and the pastries and stuff tasted old. For the price that we paid the breakfast was not great at all.
