Super 8 by Wyndham Eureka Springs

Hot tub was out all week without notice, elevator broken, air conditioner smelled like cat pee, sink was leaking on floor, bathroom ceiling paint was all falling off, and bathroom ceiling fan did not work. Staff for breakfast and front desk were all very friendly and helpful. Cleaing maids did not speak any english so it made it very hard to communicate. Litter was all over on the side of our room which was the side of the building. We were told in advance the hot tub was working but when we got there we were told its being repainted and inop all week.

Room was great except didn’t have a table and chairs. The parking was atrocious. Didn’t have room to park on the East side by our rooms. Not enough space to park properly and then had a roll off dumpster taking 5 prime parking spaces. The pool and hot tub were great and the movies every night were awesome. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was outstanding.

Not available as the heater was not working in the pool. We would not have stayed here if this was advised. The only reason of the reservation was the indoor pool

The room was spacious & comfortable. Cleaned well. Breakfast had something missing each day. Small town & deliveries were spotty. Front desk was great. Parking easy. Pool & Hot tub were down the whole time we were there but it didn't matter to us.

Indoor pool and hot. Advertised. Neither were working for the entire stay. Not mentioned at check of the pool not being heated. It was mentioned about hot tub, It took 3 attempts to get the correct remote to work the tv, after 3 days the remote worked for tv. The reason of the stay was the indoor pool. The only hotel with this type. I have been at this hotel for 3 other times over the years, the hotel is becoming run down. Sad

This was a fun little vacation in the spring because of the indoor pool and hot tub…the only issue was the pool chemicals seemed off. 2/3 of my kids had rashes from pool and my skin was extremely itchy after hot tub. Water was a foggy yellow color and the foam was extreme. There was kids unattended and running through halls constantly, but mgt took care of that. That’s just bad parenting, not hotels fault. The best thing about this hotel was the movie for kids at pool, Cobbler and Excellent Breakfast!

The staff was great very friendly and helpful...the breakfasts was good ..the pool and pool area was awsome ..love watching a movie at nite in the pool or lounging in a chair eating yummy popcorn ...

Greeted with pool and hot-tub is closed then you see the elevator is broken. As walk to room you see the lack of maintenance on the building. Top it off with major black mold in bathroom.

No handicapped accessible shower. Refrigerator in room brook. Ice machine broke on floor; only other ice machine working was on 2nd floor but elevator was broken and i use a walker.

Service, checking and out was easy. Parking was tight, roof was leaking in the pool area, and our bathroom had severe water damage.

Bathroom was a little dirty. Hair and mold in the tub. Dried poop smeared on lid of toilet seat.

Great indoor pool for the kids. The hotel is run down/old but everything is clean.

There was trash all over the grounds, a bag of feces outside our room, cigarette smoke smell inside. There was a broken shelf in the bathroom, falling off the wall. The carpet was sticky and the room smelled strongly like bleach. I also killed a cockroach in the batbroom. The pool was not open, due to "being cleaned" and that was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. We also had other family members stay there, for a family wedding and they only had 1 bed, requested 2. Their room also had a roach, and the room was so humid their clothes were wet the next morning. There was a dehumidifier in their room which was not turned on. They also had broken things in their room as well. For being charged $150 per night, the room was unacceptable.

Very clean room

We experienced an unwelcome traveler, as we had left our dirty clothes on the floor and we introduced bedbugs to our luggage and now are having to have our house treated.

Very Nice Manager-Marie! Room desperately needed update and painting! Found a used tampon under the bed when I was looking for a shoe. Pool area dirty near window. Stained pool made it look dirty! Neighbor said he had a cockroach in his bed! Very good breakfast tho!

Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a different story. There appeared to be mold on the ceiling, the walls were dirty and bathtub needed to be refinished. We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. Our daughter got out and refused to swim after just a few minutes. Our 10 year old said the water was too murky.

Room was very comfortable. Didnt utilize the pool or hot tub. Looked pretty cloudy. The area around tgem were really beautiful.

Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast was good. I’m 4 foot 9 and the toilets were too small for me. I have a bad back and I was afraid I was falling using it. Bathtub floors were very slippery.

Staff was great. We left came back around midnight. Door wasnt locked. Next day we went to bfast. Same thing. Door didnt lock.

The breakfast was good. There were biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, etc. The bed and pillows were actually very comfortable. The minus of this hotel is it is extremely dated and needs some repair.

Honest review here based on my stay. Pool was indoor and felt just above freezing. Bathroom did not work and had not worked in so long that the ceiling had quite a few rust spots. The door handle to get in the room was broken and you could only open the door by pushing up or down very hard. The carpet smelled very musty. And even febreezing didn't taking help. Breakfast was good but don't expect for everyone in your family to get milk with their cereal it's one cup per family.Stay away from the rooms next to the pool unless you like noise the echo from anyone in the pool area will carry into your room. The a/c is not thermostat controled (old school under the window unit). Location was great very close to everything. Oh and the hot tub was also broken and empty.

Overall our stay was great, and it was worth it for the price. Unfortunately, the lock on our room didn’t work and we had to be moved to a new room. The beds in the new room were pretty worn out. I will caution that the rooms near the pool are pretty noisy, there was a sign in the lobby stating this but nothing that I recall before arrival. They have music playing when the pool is open and a movie in the evenings. We were originally night next to where the sound system was located and got the pleasure of listening to the menu music for the evenings movie that was played at the pool over and over again as it wasn’t shut off when the movie ended. The breakfast was ok, cereal, biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs and waffles. The pie and cobbler in the evenings was a nice touch and appreciated. The staff was very kind and helpful. The shuttle service is very convenient- $6 per adult, $2 for kids for the whole day. I would definitely recommend using the shuttle if you plan to visit the downtown shops as parking is scarce and generally costs money. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying in the pool area if you prefer a quiet stay, but for the money this hotel was a great value.

Overall this was a decent hotel. The staff was very friendly but was not very helpful. It was fairly clean but they only changed out our towels one time during our 5 night stay. The pool and hot tub looked like lake water and smelled like mildew. The dresser drawers had a really bad smell of mildew in them, which we were unable to use. The wifi did not work the entire stay.

I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each. 2 beds broke - 1 collapsed to the ground on the right foot side the other tiped straight down. The door knob broke off the outside door from the inside and live mosquito larva was coming up from the drain filling the vanity sink. The tv in my room didnt work nor did the phone or clock on the night stand. They were dead props. We notified the front desk of all of this immediately. The boy the sent jerked the bed up and said "it should be good". It wasn't. We drove 7 hours late in the night. They wouldnt give us another room. Even though there wete availble beds because we booked online! A full refund would be appropriate.

Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service

My daughter and I came down for a short road trip, and I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a hotel, so we booked here! I will say, part of why I booked was the indoor pool and breakfast in the morning. Overall, the room was clean, the pool was nice, but the breakfast was eh. Same thing every morning. Eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, and cinnamon roll bites. Oh, and a waffle maker. No bagels, toast, fresh fruit, etc. but that’s ok, what they did serve was pretty good. For $90/night, I couldn’t expect anything too extravagant. For the most part, it was quiet. We went during the week and were on the back side of the hotel, so that helped. Minus the biker men smoking and talking loudly in the parking lot, it was fine. Parking is not set up well. It was hard to get in/out sometimes. The staff was PHENOMENAL. They were so kind and helpful, so thank you for your hospitality! Lastly, the hotel was near many different restaurants and antique shops, and only 6-7 mins from historic downtown, so that was a major plus! Overall, if you want an affordable place to stay with clean rooms and a hospitable staff, I recommend staying here! If you’re looking for something upscale, this is not the place.

I was a little surprised when I went to check out and found out that there wasn’t anyone available at the service desk at night! The person didn’t come in until 7:00 AM, my problem is if an emergency came up there would not be anyone we could go to! I will not stay there again unless I know someone will be there at night!

Everything was great untol i called the front desk to get the internet password and was chewed out by the mager and told not to call back till 7 am. Very unproffesional and rude.

Beautiful area and close to everything, restaurants and shopping

Easy walk to several restaurants, or a short drive into downtown. Quite Room with a nice wooded view. Pleasant Staff.

Location very good. Close to Passion Play. Rooms could use some upgrades. Door very hard to push open. Lady in breakfast very nice.

Eureka Springs AR is a beautiful place, so it is hard to imagine a "bad" place up there. This complex is right off the highway, though there did not appear to be much road noise.

Hotels in a convenient area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy room was clean.

Decent hotel - can walk to some restaurants. Hotel is on the older side, but still ok.

Unique area, close to downtown.

It is on top of the hill not in the valley downtown so it keeps you out of the crowd

Front desk guys were all very friendly, love those guys, the breakfast lady was very sweet as well. Room was big and clean and have a cozy feeling, sorta like staying in a grandma house. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Sausages, eggs, biscuits with gravy. They also have waffles that you can make yourself. Orange and apple juices, coffee and milk are provided as well. At night, they have free coblers and ice cream. They are delicious. The pool and hot spa are facing tall windows, you can see trees which are very peaceful. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel, definitely will come back here if we go back to this area. Thank you for your amazing services!! The only thing i was not happy with was the internet connection and the TV service wasn't working, but that was because the internet provider were fixing something, nothing the hotel can do.

Great value for the price. The free breakfast had eggs, waffles, cereal, biscuits, juice, coffee etc. Quiet and comfortable

For the price it was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hot breakfast was delicious. It was at a great location. We were on a sister's trip and all of us enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were awesome!! Rooms are a bit dated, clean & comfy. The HOT BREAKFAST was fantastic….scrambled eggs, gravy w/o meat, fresh biscuits, sausage patties, fresh waffles, cereal, yogurt, OJ & apple juice, etc.

This is a refurbished property that is very well run and a good bargain for the money. The staff was very helpful and we liked the hot breakfast. Rooms have a microwave and fridge which is very useful.

Amendmenities were great! Thwy did cobbler and ice cream for guests that night and a movie at the pool! Breakfast buffet was really really good as well!

Very friendly staff,check in and out was great , very clean and the evening they served free warm apple cobbler with ice cream which was fabulous and a movie in the pool area.This is the person who taught you the word Linner ( Lunch and Dinner).😁
