Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff, easy parking

Looks like check in is night window all the time? No access to lobby, no breakfast, coffee etc. probably wouldn’t stay again.

This place is undergoing serious renovations, but our room was clean and modern. There are very limited amenities at this point but we weren't there to vacation. It was a perfect place to stop off I95 for the night.

Very clean very well kept and very comfortable. I was so very satisfied and it’s a very good deal for the price.

Out of the 4 hotels I stayed in for my business trip, they were the cleanest. The best value and friendliest. The bed was comfy!!

We arrived later in the evening and the owner was still up and helped me register and get the key. We had to schlep upstairs which was a little difficult for my mother-in-law but I carried everything up. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable beds, nice TV, microwave and Fridge. The shower/bathtub were very clean and refreshing. And with the blackout curtains we overslept! The owner was even nice enough to loan me a wine/bottle opener. I would recommend highly. Paid $86 including tax. Great value for the money. They also had a convenience store right next to it with Free Air. Great snacks tool Thanks Atkinson Inn and Suites!

I don't know how this property got the score they have. There is not enough time for me to talk about how horrible this location is. Stained sheets, stinking smells, out dated furniture, cracked up bathroom floor,, smoke detector open with no batteries, no iron, paper thin walls, chipped out dated tables, light coming through the entire left side of the closed door......... This is the worst property I have stayed at in my entire life, The only good thing was nice staff and I was able to check-in early, only reason why I didn't give a big fuss is because I didn't have time. I had to get to my event and didn't get back to room until late. I had to be back up super early to go to another event, which would have given me 7 hours to find another room and get some sleep. They also have a no refund policy which should have been a red flag for me.

The first room had roaches and holes in bed sheets.I was moved to another room that had dead spiders and cob webs in all the corners.One bed looked as if the bed sheets hadn't been changed.The toilet had feces splattered on it floors were dirty and sticky.Was awoke 2 mornings straight by guest slamming doors and hollering.

Very shabby, every supposedly non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke, very suspicious and sketchy people in the parking lot, bed linens did not look or feel clean, giant spider in the bathroom. Just terrible all-around experience. The online reviews of this place that I read beforehand must be fake.

Overall good. Shower knob to turn on the shower was stupid and had to call in to the desk to have them do it.

The room was nice once we figured out how to operate the heat. The bed & shower were great!

i felt unsafe and the telephone rang at night. very scary and either it was a coincidence pr something else but then my phone rang and when i searched the number it was a robo scammer. very strange stuff and by far my anxiety driven stay at a hotel so far. room was decent at least other than upstairs residence footsteps are very loud

At night time, too much noise from upstairs and outside. I couldn’t get sleep. So bad.

It's comfortable staying here I wish I could work here and live here. The people that work here are very nice. I think the only thing that might be missing is a dinning room with food.
