Nice location right off the freeway. (Some locations in Medford are sketchy, this isn't one). Parking with cover right in front of your room. Classic motel that has been updated. Good value, will stay again.

Continental breakfast was skimpy. Lots of carbs low number of protein choices. Would give it a pass next time. Bathroom sink was dirty with unknown stuff adhering to the surface. Dust fluffs on the floors. Overall ok though.

Sheets looked like they had not been changed or cleaned. The floors were filthy. The A/C barely worked. The roof looked like it was bubbling and gettin ready to fall into the room. The beds were springing and very uncomfortable. Desperate times call for desperate measures and if you're stuck without a place to sleep, it's a cheap option, but you'd be better off sleeping in your car....

We really enjoyed staying at Roadway Inn. We arrived past midnight yet the check-in was immediate. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We heard no neighbors, no outside noises. They provided a hair dryer, an iron and a fridge. Each room has an assigned parking spot and there are flowers around the whole property. Breakfast was good, they offered fruit, yogurt, eggs, cereal and more options. Overall we really liked that hotel.

The property was very nice outside with the planters and everything outside was very clean and nice. The only problem was the floors in the room were not very clean. My wife was walking around in her socks and the bottoms of her white socks were black from the floors. Did not impress her.

We walk into our room and it has clearly not been cleaned… Go and let the front desk know they give us another key that room has also not been cleaned. Third room finally LOOKS cleaned… Until we get to the bathroom and the towels are haphazardly folded which makes me feel like they were not cleaned either. No apology from the staff no nothing. The pillows were the absolute worst pillows I’ve ever used. The bed was comfortable. No password for the wifi which seems sketch. Walls are super thin. Overall just not a very good stay

The Rodeway Inn has very basic accommodations, but the staff/owners were so gracious, generous, pleasant and helpful, I have to give them 5 stars. I needed a place to stay near a car rental place there, as my car had been wrecked the day before (I hit a deer). When the proprietors learned I didn't have a car, they offered to drive me more or less wherever I needed to go. They were warm and helpful - that's what you want when you're on the road! Thanks to the proprietors of the Rodeway Inn. They deserve all the plaques and medals they have up in the lobby!

Was a nice clean place with easy access to your vehicle and front of the room. Unfortunately the staff was not nice. She treated me as if she didn't want my money and acted very condescending. Her disdain was entirely uncalled for. As a decent presented professional I couldn't understand why she would act in such an unfortunate manner. I won't be coming back.

The desk clerk was polite, friendly, and professional. Also, they have a 24 hour check-in policy, which makes it convenient for travelers. I would stay again, if traveling through Medford again.

This was a very clean and convenient location for the airport. We like being able to park right in front - makes for quick and easy unloading and loading. We also appreciated the fridge and microwave. Check in was easy and the attendant was friendly. We'll stay there next time we need to fly out of Rogue Valley airport. It's basic and clean and that's all we need for one night.

An overnight stay awaiting a flight. Only six places in town with shuttle service and this was one of them. Nice gentleman owner/operator who obviously cares about his business. Well-cared for older, but updated place. Not the best part of town but ver quiet at night.

Clean rooms, standard convenient, continental breakfast, but the neighborhood is a little rough. A fair number of roaming street residents who come over from the nearby parks. Walked a few blocks nearby and came across quite a few street residents and at least one woman passed out on the sidewalk from inebriation. A lot of gun, weed, and liquor stores. But there were also a positives like a nearby food co-op with good selection and prices to storefronts away. Location is a five minute drive from most needs from grocery, to gas stations, to the local library

While Rodeway Inn Medford South I-5 is an older motel, it is well kept up and I had a good nights sleep. Walking distance to Winco shopping center and other businesses/eateries if choosing not to drive in town

The property was clean and well kept. However it is sandwiched in a very "rough" area of town. While driving to check in, there were a couple of other properties I passed that had very obvious illegal activities going on. While walking to grab dinner, police showed up at one of the properties.

This is a great small motel in south Medford. I always try to stay here as I know my vehicle will be secure in the parking lot. As a woman traveler I always feel safe here. Highly recommend.

Paid extra so I could get breakfast and it was horrible. Eggs that were to be cooked in the microwave, extra small Dixie cups for juice, 6 pieces of bread laying out, only bananas for an option of fruit, long line for waffle maker and ran out of waffle ingredients, also a sign that says cannot leave breakfast area with food. Unclean breakfast area. Left and went to the diner down the road.

Was relatively quiet, but could still hear some noise for outside and adjacent rooms - although single story, so nobody above. This was our second stay here, and this hotel continues to be a great value. It is clean, comfortable, safe, and with a great free breakfast. Along with the price, this combo is hard to beat in the area. This is my family's go-to place when passing through Oregon.

Nice lodging facility. The staff were friendly and professional. I love the style of motel/hotel where I park right in front of my room. Breakfast bar was a bit limited(no scrambled eggs or meat side) but that is not a deal breaker.
