Staybridge Suites Hot Springs by IHG

Booked this suite last minute because most other hotels in the area were sold out. Ended up really enjoying the room. It was very spacious, 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 doubles) living room (with pull out couch) and dining area with stove top and full refrigerator. Very comfortable and clean. Pool was out of order when we stayed, but it looked nice.

The stay was not horrible, but for the price, I expected more from the facility. Our sink in the backroom was shattered and cracked as well as the metal drain, the bathtub has a big stain/delaminated spot, and the indoor pool was really dingy like it needed chemicals. On the plus side, the suite seemed clean, the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was awesome! Not a bad experience but for $300 per night, I won't stay there again.

Clean room, comfortable stay with the exception of the bathtub not draining. I took my shower in ankle deep water. Excellent breakfast selection, hot, good quality, however the dining room is not large enough. We had to get our food and take upstairs to eat in our room. Cool air, slow elevator overall quiet. I’m an IHG reward member.

Did not give refund for missed 1st day of 10, when flight was rebooked because of 1st flight delay. Bathroom had obvious large mold on wall near tub. Many things were out of order: Juice machine Outside door to pool Theater hookup Bathroom and room entry doors were not aligned and difficult to open and close Tub did not have plug and only able to take shower not bath. Pool not same as shown in website. Pool freezing cold. Air conditioner making dripping sound in closet. Dishwasher really loud. Staff was great!

What I liked about this property was the kindness of the service staff & the cleanliness, and how everything had what you needed. The uniqueness of this property is that they have special events in place and amenities you may use while you stay. This hotel is also a pet-friendly place.

It was a very nice facility. The rooms were clean & comfortable, the breakfast was good, & the kids enjoyed the pool. My only points of contention were they did not restock the towels at the pool, they did not have wipes in the fitness center & both treadmills were out of order.

We booked a king bed for 2 nights but when we got there, they didn’t have one available. They said the toilet was broken. They offered a room with 2 double beds. Only after we said no we needed at least a queen so my husband and I could sleep together, did they say they had a queen. The hotel has deferred maintenance issues. During our visit the laundry dryers were causing the fire alarms to go off repeatedly waking us up. The pool was not open and The elevator was out on our last morning. On the good side the room was comfortable With a nice shower. They did reimburse us for the last night due to the alarms going off.

Too many people and not enough tables at breakfast. The food was also not great. Only having ONE elevator is ridiculous being you have 4 floors with ~20 rooms on each floor. Beds are not comfortable.

Room was not clean trash under the bed with stains on the furiture. They double billed my stay. Still waiting for the GM to call back. Couldn't use the indoor pool too much chlorine. Disappointing I stay at Staybridge all the time and never expected this. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

We had a two bedroom two bath suite for the 6 of us. We had plenty of room. They have a “social” hour from 5:30-7 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. They serve beer, wine and fountain drinks. We were there on a Tuesday. They served pulled pork, Mac n cheese and steamed broccoli which was pretty good. They are pet friendly.

Staybridge location perfect, the scenery perfect ; building inside needs new carpet at entrance, and new carpets in suites My room was not fresh asked for air purifier which they did place in room for couple hours it did help, meal area I saw a few flies so was only able to get breakfast that was covered , no fruits bc they were not covered . The one dryer that worked did malfunction the day I tried to use it , in the exercise room day I tried to use it all treadmills needed service . I would have used the pool but pool needed service not any amount of chlorine could hide that it needed service. We had a pool so you know what a chlorine pool water should look like.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. I do wish they serve bacon more often though.

Nice hotel but a little aged especially in the room (loose knobs, chipped wood, couch very worn, bathtub chipped) Biggest complaint was simple problem but it was late and we started to take shower and no shower curtain and tub looked dirty with hair so no one bathed and we checked out next day so didn't bother letting them know.

It was good. The hotel needs to do a better job mopping the breakfast/coffee area the floor was disgustingly sticky and when there was a large syrup spill in the elevator it took a very long time before it was cleaned up.

Stay was ok at best. Room was fairly clean. Hallways smelled of marijuana.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The check-in process took a long time. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area was very dirty-cobwebs and dirt everywhere. It looked like the pool hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast was ok. No one was cleaning the tables when people left. The tables were visibly dirty. I stayed here last summer and it’s gone downhill since then.

It was very clean and nice. Had a pretty view from my room!

The rooms were very clean and accommodating.The indoor pool was nice. The view was nice especially the lake view.They had a variety of food to choose from for breakfast. A nice hotel overall.

Bathroom smelled like mildew. The entrance door was off centered so it had to be slammed shut each time. Smelled marijuana smoke pretty regularly. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly. Overall ok, not great.

Great location and very nice views

For the price was outdated and stale smelling. 1 elevator and hallways and elevator was hot. Things broken and knobs missing

Great room with a small kitchen. Everything was very comfortable and breakfast was good.

Large group of smokers took over back porch and in / out back door made entire lobby smell like an Ash Tray all weekend. Multiple large that bulbs out in room. Shower had very low water pressure and head was loose spraying water all over the bathroom.

Rooms were spacious and clean

We enjoyed our stay, room was very nice, only thing we didn't like was the mattress, but other than that everything was great.

The property has 2 bedroom rooms available which works great for large families.

We loved how the rooms were set up for everyone to be together but yet still have privacy.

Do not stay here! This was by far the absolute worst hotel experience my family and I have ever experienced. We stayed in a room with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. Two of my children slept on the sofa bed. After the first night my 5 year old son woke up covered in about 30-40 insect bites. I immediately took him to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. I was told she was unavailable. I then addressed the issue with the front desk lady and even lifted my son's shirt to show her the bites. I asked to be upgraded to a room with 2 beds and was told no. I was assured that the room would be blocked off and that it would be inspected immediately. I was asked to email photos of my son to the GM and wrote out an incident report. I asked to speak to her multiple times and was never able to. Also, due to an employee clerical error when we checked in, we were charged an additional $765 in less than 24 hrs on top of the $516 we paid through Expedia. We also found fleas in the 2nd room and had, had enough and checked out 2 days early. I did not hear from ANYONE from the hotel for 5 whole days. The original room was not inspected for those 5 days either. I was told nothing was found. I don't know what happened in that time frame in the rooms (Cleaning, disposal, sanitization) but my son had no bites before we entered that hotel and got nothing new after we left. Expedia tried to advocate for us to get a refund but the hotel only gave us 1 night back. AWFUL customer service.

I liked the cleanliness of the property. The breakfast was Amazing. I was really impressed. The front desk worker on staff gave me the run away about my reservation which I knew what I reserved. In the end she claimed she found it. Afterwards we enjoyed our stay.

Guest service was not great

Came in during check in time and the woman at the front desk would not follow through with my reservation even though it was already prepaid for. She said because I have a local address that she could not let me stay. I brought my two sisters and two babies for a fun Memorial Day weekend trip in my hometown and they left us high and dry. We were stuck having to find a hotel towns away and I haven’t gotten my money back. Just about ruined the whole weekend. I was never notified beforehand of this policy that they would not allow locals to book.

The staff was amazing! We had a 4 night stay with family. They were extremely accomodating and one of the best hotels, staff wise, that we have ever stayed in.

My Husband and I had started out at a different hotel and we were not happy and immediately started looking for another hotel. were able to book a beautiful 1 Bedroom suite. the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. the hotel was everything it advertised and more. we had a wonderful experience and will be staying there again. Thank you, Linda and the rest of the wonderful Staff, at the Hot Springs, Arkansas

The hotel is in a great location. It is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. Everything was great except for no housekeeping on the weekend. I followed the instructions of taking my dirty towels to the front desk and exchanging them for new ones. I did that at around noon and the new ones were not ready so I said I would come back after we went to Magic Springs only to be told by the guy at the front that no towels were available because the hotel was booked. He said he would wash some. I asked how would we know they were ready, he said he would call the room. A couple of hours later he brought them down to the room but since my daughter didn’t get to the door quick enough they were left on the floor. I wish he would have called so we could have come and picked them up. That was nasty

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff is very nice and helpful.

The view of Lake Hamilton and sunset is very beautiful. This is our second stay there.

Great location and very nice views

The staff was friendly & welcoming. The rooms were clean,spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great ! Lots of food to choose from. Location was convenient to everything Hot Springs has to offer. I’ll definitely be back here anytime I stay in Hot Springs.

Love the hotel and the staff. Breakfast was good, not a lot of walking area due to the busy street however the lake views are beautiful. Wish it was more accessible though

I was actually blown away from how nice this suite was. The location was perfect also, very close to bath house row. Also over looking lake Hamilton.

This hotel is quite literally nestled in the mountains...loved that.

The breakfast was Top Notch! Wine and appetizer Happy Hour Monday -Wednesday nights was a ver inviting surprise too. My week long stay exceeded my expectations.

Gorgeous views of the water, super friendly staff and loved the full fridge! Breakfast was however disappointing, there weren’t as many options as we hoped and we had to ask to restock items multiple times so we could have some as well.

We were travelling to different places and stayed at several hotels. Yours was the BEST! A++ on the breakfast spread especially!

THe staff was very friendly and helpful. THe breakfasts were wonderful as were the happy hour snacks! It does need a little maintenance in some of the rooms but overall a nice place.

This place was convenient for us but this property is in need of an update! The staff was kind but not nearly enough staff at breakfast. Always out of coffee, out of milk, etc. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel definitely needed an update. Breakfast was very chaotic. Things didn’t get filled as they should with the crowd. They had their hand sanitizer stations all around the hotel but we’re all empty. They had c fold paper towel for the napkins for breakfast.

We loved our stay! The suite worked perfectly for our families needs! Breakfast was very good! The after noon food served Monday to Wednesday was also good and unexpected! We will return!
