Staff very nice and helpful. Clean room and hotel. Only issue was that the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

There were 2 downsides. The bed was terrable, hard as a brick. The pool was closed no swimming. One reason i stayed there was the pool and i had stayed in Gulfport MS at one and the bed was awesome. However the staff did bring a foam matttess the last night which was a little better. At least they tried. And they all were VERY friendly. So maybe a 4 insted of a 3?

Everything was okay except the barking dog a few doors down!! Then we met him in the hallway and he was NOT a friendly!! Ugh
