Wonderful experience from the momment we walked into the door . Beautiful lake view and nice pool area for swimming clean modern rooms.

You need more carts for guests to carry their luggage on. I had to search every floor before I found one and it’s wheel was so wobbly, I could hardly push it

This is the worst Home2 Suites we have ever stayed at. We had no hot water in the morning and the staff were nonchalant about it. No one had even called for a plumper. We tried to talk with the manager without success. We called three times with no success to get with the manager. We left our name and number for the manager and 5 days later we still have not spoken to the manager. We want a refund and would never recommend this Home2 Suites for anyone.

Parking is difficult. AC is too loud

Property had no hot water. Instead of trying to fix overnight they waited until the next day so only had cold water the entire stay. Would recommended eating at local Fishermans wharf

Great place to stay but there was no hot water that morning when we went to take a shower. It was fixed by the time we left. Excellent breakfast.

This was a GREAT stay. Food was delicious. NOTE - on the lake but NO LAKE ACCESS. Be careful paying for upgrade to lake view. We got a view of the marina and parking lot .... but we could look to the left and see a small piece of the lake I guess.

Our stay was okay. Our room was a good size, 2nd floor view was okay, no lake view from our window really. Beds were very uncomfortable, our cable kept loosing signal! The gust above us not sure if there was kids or what but alot of banging/running sounds. Definitely needs improvement on their breakfast, on the weekend it’s from 7-10am and when we went to breakfast it was before 8 they hardly had nothing, no fruit no regular milk the cereal was stale I couldn’t even eat it because they only had almond milk that is like water. Not a fan of powered eggs, they were out of waffle mix and by 830ish they ran out breakfast sandwiches for more guest. Definitely needs improvement in some shift customer service. Location was in a good area. The pool is very clean and the gym was fun to use. Location was great!

Fire alarms went off early in the morning several times. No hot water in the evening.

No working water fountain for the facility during our stay aside from the dispenser on the drink dispenser used for breakfast. The gym was awfully humid, the pool was not in service although the days were 85 degrees plus. A pet friendly location but has minimal walking/grass for dogs to roam and tend to their business. All the opportunities above made the stay highly disappointing.

I enjoyed the cookies more than I should have. It was a welcome treat. The room was spotless. Staff was friendly. I left an item and they called me to let me know the staff had found it and when I returned it was neatly labeled, packaged and waiting. I posted that on social media. I will suggest this hotel to any of my collogues staying in Hot Springs for future conferences.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was assigned to room 401. When I got to the room, there was brown stains on the toilet and brown stains on the bed skirt of the bed. Also small pieces of trash on the floor, which indicated the floor hadn’t been vacuumed prior to my arrival. I called to the front desk and the front desk card came up and cleaned the toilet. She later move me to a different room when I advised her about the bed skirt and the floor. When I entered the next room, I checked it out for cleanliness as well. The refrigerator had white stains on it. There was hair all over the bathroom floor as well as the tub. I then called down to the front desk again and was put on hold. While on hold, I walked down to the front desk. The phone was still laying off the hook and The front desk clerk was looking at her phone as though she was searching the web. When I told her my problem, we went upstairs and looked at three other rooms. Two of them was dirty as well with Hair. One was super immaculate room 421. I was supposed to have been there for two days. I checked in on my birthday, so imagine that! I left the next day… Just wasn’t feeling it…

Great property. Very clean and great location and great staff

Floors were dirty and sticky, bed was so horrible it became painful the second night, shower was dirty, hallways needed vacuuming, and unfortunately we saw a few roaches crawling in the room.

Check in was a breeze and both people working the front desk were wonderful! At first glance the room appeared clean but upon further inspection it was obvious that the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. There was hair and crumbs all over the bed and pillows. I called the front desk and requested clean bedding and they quickly got some more up there. The bedding they brought was for the hide a bed so I had to call again. They got the correct bedding and when I went to put the “clean sheets” on the bed there were black spots all over the fitted sheet so we ended up going to a store and buying sheets, pillows, pillowcases and blankets. The shower had soap scum and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. We were there 2 days so I cleaned the shower and floor. We were provided one unused roll of toilet paper. The second day I seen some people from housekeeping and asked for a roll of toilet paper. The first lady I asked couldn’t understand me at all and said she couldn’t speak English so she got someone else. I asked again for toilet paper and they tried to hand me a box of Kleenex so I said no I need toilet paper/tissue paper and they handed me a roll of paper towels. I didn’t know the Spanish word for toilet paper so I went back to the store and bought my own toilet paper. Everyone was so nice but the cleanliness of this place needs vast improvement. For what we paid to stay there we shouldn’t have to buy bedding and toilet paper.

Very clean. Convenient location. Staff was amazing.

Staff members were polite and professional. Newer hotel in mostly good condition. We were able to watch Memorial Day fireworks from the hotel parking lot. Breakfast was not good, Pre-made frozen breakfast sandwiches were not done nor hot. Bathroom and shower had some deteriorating caulk and trim. Convenient location to the National Park.

Room n amenities in the room never expected this way. It was awesome, apart from stove you have everything needed.

Not sure if it’s digital tv or a satellite like Directv, but it would lose signal randomly. And the guide never had the show information listed. So you never know what’s on until you actually go to that channel. Also the driveway between Central and Home 2 Suites parking lot is awful, horribly bumpy. So much so that I had to drive under 5 mph so as not to rattle myself and vehicle to death, found out the hard way upon first entrance. This is probably the 4th or 5th different Home2 Suites we’ve stayed at and these beds are the least comfortable for sure. Everything else was great.

Enjoyed our stay, but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and we had the misfortune of having someone stomp around almost constantly on the floor above us.

The property is in a great location! Right next to restaurants and things to do. The rooms were perfect for bringing food back and fixing a meal in the room with all the things you would need in a normal kitchen .

This Home2 is older than the one I had stayed at the night before. Newer one had apps available on the television so there was a choice of what to watch. I was here for 4 days and did not watch any TV. After the first night I had to switch rooms as the person above me was up at 5 AM clomping, and did not stop for 2 hours. The first room was a connected room so there was lost space for the adjoining door. There was no clock in this room. I was switched to an upper floor room which did have a clock and no adjoining door which gave more work space room. The beds are firm, I was not able to sleep for 2 nights before it was suggested I sleep on top of the pillows, I slept comfortably for the next 2 night and had a full nights sleep. The bathroom had approximately 42 inches of space between the tub and sink so it is a bit tight, but some hotels have less room than this. The kitchen was am asset as I was able to eat at my leisure. Beautiful view over the lake, only draw back was on Friday night there was a boater with a very loud engine at the dock near the hotel which was noisy but the hotel can't help that.

Stay was wonderful. Room was clean and had all the things you needed. Full kitchen and utensils. The service desk was very helpful and staff were sweet and nice

Everything was great, staff was friendly & very helpful with any questions we had—because our gamer needed internet connection fixed & they stayed in contact w/us until it was fixed 💯

The staff was very pleasant and friendly even though we showed up late in the day. The room was clean and so comfortable. And the food was amazing with so many options.

The room was clean and roomy with a small kitchenette. We were disappointed in the service. We requested light housekeeping on Saturday, towels, and toilet paper. We asked this in person of the hotel manager. By 5 o'clock nothing had happened-no towels, no toilet paper, no housekeeping. We had to ask a member of the housekeeping team who happened to be in the hallway for towels. We ended up having to use toilet paper that we carry with us when we travel. We have stayed at Home2 in other cities and had much better service.

Front desk clerk was incredibly rude to a Hilton Honors member upon check in and with a request to move rooms. Will never stay here again.

There was multiple things wrong with the room and people at the front desk were not very accommodating. I made my wife’s birthday a miserable time

Beautiful property. Quite a ways from Hot Springs attractions. Super place if you're staying for work, not as convenient if a tourist.

Great service, quiet area and it was close to everything.

Property is tucked in along Hwy 7 but within six miles of most everything. Very quiet!

The hotel is 12-15mins away from downtown and 20mins away from national parks. Since we are not familiar with the place, we actually love its location above the lake and near malls and other popular establishments like Walmart and Kroger. Front desk was very accommodating and breakfast Attendant too as well. Rooms are clean but when we first got into the rooms it smells different. Things that they need to improve is the breakfast maybe they should serve bacon or ham but love the waffles though. Carpets needs to be deodorized as well like the powder we used to buy for carpets to smell good especially they are pet friendly hotel. Overall experience we love the safety and the parking area.

It's beautifully situated on Lake Hamilton. Great views! Clean hotel. The location was a great home base to do local travelling. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

No visible sign going into town; short driveway to property and not Home2's entry but from street to Home2 the road is HORRIBLE! Breakfast selection was a little below par from other Home 2 experiences. 3rd and 4th floors on on numer room side may see water. Even number you will see street and some condo's. Overall I would say it is worth it.

Breakfast we had to wait on the food way to long. They would run out and take forever to cook some more.

We love the Home2 Suites franchise, and have admittedly high standards based on our past experiences with these properties. In that context, this property is sufficient, but it is not excellent. The main disappointment was the breakfast, which is usually fantastic. This facility substitutes instant oatmeal for hot oatmeal, and the sandwiches weren't very fresh.

Staff took great care of me! I arrived well after midnight for a one night stay, the front desk was prepared for my visit. I had to change rooms to another due to the adjoining room’s TV blaring loud all night. The room was clean, roomy, updated! Nice bath area! Only down a star because the breakfast area closed at 9 AM and offered 0 coffee once it ran out ( unless you count decaf). The person running it was not sympathetic to a special needs family that had arrived at 9. I had an issue with my pup and ran her back to the room, by the time I returned (3 mins.) they had yanked the coffee away and closed up. I was able to grab a b-sandwich and she turned on the waffle again. Most hotels offer coffee a lot later in the morning at least. Bed was extra firm and I had requested a softer mattress. They do have toppers to provide more cushion and I think that was in my original room. The biggest surprise was the 5am alarm someone had set in my room. So I got about 4 hours sleep. Traveled a lot and had not had that happen before. All in all a good place for my yorkie and me!

This property is newer and in great condition. The breakfast left much to be desired... hard stale muffins, bread, prepackaged egg scrambles, omelets, etc. Fresh make your own waffles were good.
