Undergoing a fairly major renovation on the main floor plus some minor things on the guest floors. While this needs to be done at times, it would seem that the price could be adjusted during that time. My room on the 2nd floor had a noisy HVAC unit, creaky floors as well as a very creaky bathtub/ shower unit. Felt like it was going to crack open. I also don't believe the towels could have been any more stiff and scratchy. I was in town for work, but won't stay here the next time.

There was a bunch of stuff under the heater in our room on the floor that should have been vaccumed, crumbs in one of the beds and the first room the front desk staffed made the keys 3 times for us and we could not get in he was stating the batteries were dead in the lock. However as we were standing there waiting for him to come back with a different room key a lady came out of the room and slammed the doors upset because my toddler was in the hallway crying at 11pm after our long drive to the destination.
