Hotel and rooms are very nice. We stayed for the proximity to the airport and the hotel shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately the shuttle timing is difficult to predict and so we ended up taking an uber to the airport. Still nice hotel and good parking though.

Good location, hot tub closed during stay was told part on order which was very disappointing. I booked two different hotels with this company and both had out of order spas. This was a main reason for my bookings so I’m not happy about not being able to use a spa in three nights. That what I look forward to on vacation. Breakfast is a bag cold breakfast which is fine just was expecting hot options. Muffin with yogurt. I had a burger at the steak house attached and it was the best I’ve had. Highly recommend it. Looks like a great place to dine. I had takeout only. Nice atmosphere inside. Kids meals at TGIF close by were always fresh and high quality ( chicken strips) parking is not included also. Hotel is good for family with young kids as pool looks fun. We didn’t use because of closed hot tub

The hotel is in a perfect spot and had a great kids area. The rooms are pretty solid, you can't hear neighbors. However, a lot of the area was under construction and not accessible. Our key card didn't work after we checked in and had to drive back to the front for it to be activated. The jacuzzi wasn't working and neither was the vending machine by our room. We found mold in our room in 2 areas and there were gnats. Theu also charge additional fees for parking, even if you're a guest. We reported the mold to the front office and they were apologetic, but it still made the stay uneasy.

Nice hotel with a great waterpark for the kids. Walkable to MOA is want and easy access to interstate. Hot tub was down during our visit a little disappointing but things happen. Has a nice big area around pool area for have family gatherings will kids swim.

The hot tub was not working the first night and the following day the jets were not working. The continental breakfast was poor. Do not rely on the shuttle service. We waited 45 minutes and decided to walk the 1/2 mile to the hotel since it was so cold outside.

Pool was nice, would have been nice to know the hot tub is not for kids. Breakfast was a few granola bars an orange and apple sauce in a bag kind of surprised us given the feel of the hotel. Of the two beds we had, one had wrappers and cherry stems in it that we did not place and the others sheet had what seemed to be an “adult made” stain in it. Front desk staff was extremely pleasant. Another thing, we were in the large parking lot on the far side of the hotel in our car and a group of men were milling around as we got closer they put on masks quickly. We turned around and exited immediately out the other-side could have been nothing could have not. However the Brazilian steak house connected to the hotel was top notch and highly recommend it.

We had 2 rooms. One had not been vacuumed. Found chocolates on the floor. My granddaughter found an 100 mg antidepressant on the floor and had tried to eat it! This would’ve been very dangerous had she swallowed it. I complained about the dirty bathroom in my room. They said they would send someone to clean it, but they did not. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here because the pictures looked fine, and it was close to the mall of america. Honestly, it wasnt horrible but it did have an old, musty smell, some mold in the bathroom, and old stains on the sheets. The beds appeared clean and the stains were from markers or something, not to sure. If you need a quick stop overnight, then its fine. But if your expecting anything great, this isnt the place. Staff was friendly, so thats a plus.

We stayed 2 nights here. There is room for improvement at this location~ 1.) The pool area had mildew all over the concrete floor surrounding the pool which made it grimey and also super slippery for children playing. 2.) Although the pool area is pretty cool, the inside of the pool and hot tub were pretty dirty on the concrete flooring of them, you could visibly see dirt and grime. 3.) The hot tub jets were not working. 4.) If you have a pool room view, the curtains to the door don’t fully cover the door and a lot of bright light is shining into your room all night long making it hard to sleep. 5.) They don’t refresh the pool towels very often so you will have nothing to dry off with. 6.) There is no hot breakfast- just a bagged breakfast, although there is a decent amount of items in the bag, a hot breakfast is much more appealing. 7.) They don’t tell you ahead of time that a room refresh is only by request, so we expected fresh towels and our garbage changed out but when we got back to the room at 9pm it had not been done leaving us with no towels to shower with and over flowing garbage cans. 8.) The bathroom to our room was dirty upon check in with multiple hairs all over the floor and bath tub. 9.) The carpet in the room was dirty making our feet black from walking on it. We were disappointed with the amount of money we paid to stay here for two nights with all of the issues we came across. It could be a really nice place, a lot of cleaning needs to be addressed

The rooms were very dirty. The carpet was not clean, there was hair on the tile of the bathroom and sporadically on our bedsheets and pillows. All the hotel room service did was give us towels. Didn’t wipe anything down in the bathroom, vacuum, or make our bed. The pool area was very dirty. All tables and chairs were dirty. The pool area carpet was the worst of all.

Dime size spot on pillowcase. Free bagged breakfast not good. Long walks to front desk for older folks. Unknown 200 damage deposit not a good thing especially when on a budget vacation and no other way to pay for items when your card is emptied. We stayed here for my son's birthday. I booked our room on hotels.com. This website states check in is at 3. When we arrived, we're told check in is at 4 and that our room wasn't ready, which was fine so we waited. Our room ended up not being ready until 4:36pm. After we finally got to our room, got everything settled,we went to the pool. After swimming for about 20 min, a male worker approached my 10 year old and told him that he needed to leave the pool since he didn't have a wristband. We were confused because we were never given any, never told that we would need them at check in nor does the website say anything about needing them. So my husband went to the front desk and got the amount we needed. Be prepared and bring your own towels. They do provide them however, they're extremely tiny and they were very scarce. My husband was having a conversation with another guest and we were told that we also had to pay for parking, which also wasn't told to us at check in. There are signs in the parking lot, but its just a big QR code & small writing. The sign states that it's going to cost 10$, but charged my card $11.99. The price isn't the problem, It's the transparency. I've never stayed at a hotel where we've had to pay for parking. Our room was nice. No issues there. We had the king suite. It also states on the website that breakfast is provided. It wasn't. Our card was also charged an extra $200 for staying. So be prepared for that as well. Just wish we would have known.

Everything was great for me and my kids stay for the weekend of the 4th. The pool was amazing for children! I swear my daughter turned into a fish lol and I would like to shout Dee out she had amazing customer service, she was super sweet we bonded over the few days I was there lol “heyyy girl” and lastly Jill and Alex provided great customer service as well. The pool is the reason we stay. Warm and activities for smaller kids. But the service and check in are a nightmare. This stay took us 45mins to stand in line with one worker at the desk. The last time wasnt much better.

All of the employees were great. The room was large and comfortable. Although I would replace the toilets, they are very loud and overly aggressive. I especially want to give our shuttle driver, Derek, a shoutout. What an absolute wonderful person. Very friendly and out going, he made the entire trip worth it. I will stay here again.

The hotel itself was good, the layout was good, pool was indoors, pricing and service was good, it was simple straight forward, nothing fancy, i was surprised that you had to pay for parking separately online from the hotel cost (wasnt included with the room), was a convenient walk to the Mall of America, a number of restaurants near by other than the ones in the mall, i would consider staying there again.

Weekend trip to Mall of America (MOA). Hotel has shuttle bus service to and from MOA and the airport (in each case you have to call front desk for pick-up and the wait was typically 10-15 mins). Hotel is about 10 mins from airport and about 5 mins from MOA. Had a great experience and the hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. My room was somewhat outdated but they are currently in the process of renovating, which included the dining area, so there was no hot breakfast. However, hotel did provide guests with a bag breakfast of an apple, granola bars and a water. The pool was fantastic and my 9 yr old granddaughter loved it!! The pool alone was worth staying there!

I am 63 and the walk to mall of america was literally 7 minutes. Lots of dining within walking distance. The pool area was fantastic. The front desk personnel were very courteous and helpful. The transitions on the shuttle both to and from the airport were seamless. I will stay there again on my return trip.

Breakfast is on the Go packages and the dining area is being repaired. NO aircon inside the gym. Rest rooms and water dispensers broken. Used to be free parking but now it is about 12 dollars per night. Otherwise kiddie Pool is nice and very close to the mall of America.

Loved how close it is to MOA, the restaurant was fabulous as well. A realy great surprise. The breakfast options could have been better.

The rooms are nice but I was supposed to get a pool side room and was told there wasn’t one available. Which didn’t seem was true. Than there was no pool towels when asked for some at the front desk was told someone was bring some out. An hour later no towels were brought out. Had to go to the room and grab those towels. Some of the staff was great but most were rude.
