Hôtel très sympa à 5min à pieds de l’aéroport et du train. La promenade des anglais est à 2 km. Le petit déjeuner très bon, sain et varié. Vous avez même à disposition les viennoiseries (du petit dej) pour le reste de la journée accompagnées de thé. La piscine est le petit bonus super agréable même si l’eau est très froide.

Staff very friendly and very helpful. Wish I got some of the names to acknowledge them. We used the pool which was great. Hotel is basic but lovely, and just what we needed as a base. Breakfast was a good continental! Hotel quiet and friendly. You can hear the planes but you are right near the airport. This did not bother us. Tramlines just down the road. Cheap to use and easy to get around. The main train just down the road too. We used this to go to Monaco for the day. Very reasonable £6.22 per person each way! Trains are very very busy peak times! Not many shops around near the hotel but we were able to order food in. Tea, coffee, water and snacks available which are included. Would stay again!

This establishment offers an excellent setting for an overnight stay, with its superb location just a short, two-stop tram ride from the airport. We spent our last night here after returning our rental car and before catching our flight home. The reception staff, in particular, the gentleman in the red/orange polo pictured on Expedia, were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The hotel offers a decent breakfast and the option to purchase items such as pizza and pasta during opening hours. True to the Ibis brand, the hotel maintains high cleanliness standards. The rooms are of the usual excellent Ibis standard, which always makes our stays enjoyable, particularly when traveling with our 12-year-old son. The swimming pool is a fantastic amenity. Even though the hotel is nestled among other buildings, the sun shines directly onto the pool and deck. There is a comfortable area near the pool, ideal for enjoying pizza and drinks. We will definitely return and use this hotel as our bookend accommodations when we visit Nice in the future. Thank you

Good location, a short walk from tram and next door to Parc Phoenix. Hotel staff are very friendly and there is a pleasant terrace and pool area. Upon arrival from an early flight, luggage was stored until my room was available. My room was not large but was comfortable. Not many restaurants in area but city centre is easily accessible by tram. Buffet breakfast was agreeable.

Les personne a l'accueil etais tres sympathique et serviable. Les partie commune etaot bken entretenue et malgre sue je n'ai pas pu me servir du a mon depart a 5 heure du matin le petit dejeuner semblait delicieux. La propreté de la chambre etais correcte mais la salle de bain possédez quelque poils et cheveux ici et la et d'étrange petit point se trouve au fond de la baignoire.

Siamo stati in questa struttura una notte, essendo molto vicino all’ aereoporto infatti è raggiungibile anche a piedi. Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile. La colazione molto abbondante. Un plus è stato soprattutto trovare la macchina per la premuta di arancia fresca. Un po’ deludente la pulizia dell’ hotel, era abbastanza impolverato. Tutto sommato è molto vicino a tanti punti specifici della zona, a piedi o con il tram.

Séjour tout à fait correct, rien à dire sur l'accueil, le service, la propreté, tout est fait de manière très pro. Un bémol malheureusement, le bruit ... l'insonorisation n'est vraiment pas terrible. Pour les personnes sensibles, chambres sur rue à proscrire. Entre le tram et les grosses cylindrée qui passent à vive allure sur l'avenue toute la nuit, c'est vraiment bruyant, même fenêtres fermées je précise. Détail aussi, les grooms des portes de chambres sont mal régler, ils sont trop puissant, du coup si on ne les retiens pas les portes claquent ... ce qui vous l'imaginez bien arrive régulièrement, à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Hormis ces points, mon séjour c'est très bien passé.

This property was OK. Very basic. It's located near the Parc Phoenix tram stop (5 minute walk) which is good for access to the main city or the airport. The hotel is basic and cheaper than staying in the centre, and easier from the airport. I will say though people are very loud in the hotel at night - banging doors etc, and you can hear the cleaners hoovering next door etc. I was going to say its very clean for what it is and cleaning staff are good, but on the last day they forgot to give me any new loo roll or towels so I had to go to reception and get those, so that annoyed me. The TVs don't have any English channels so you need to take an Ipad or something if you need entertainment. It does the job though as a hub for a tourist weekend. Breakfast is OK - quite basic continental. You get free water from reception and fill up your own glass bottles, i tried to remember to do this before going back to my room each day. I also used it to fill up my water bottle in my bag before going out each day which saved me money on days out. There is tea and coffee available all day apparently, but I never used it. If going on day tours its a good hotel to be picked up from compared to central Nice because it's harder for drivers to stop in the centre. I will say there is no food around the hotel - literally nothing, and not really anything in the hotel. Uber Eats has pizza etc if you want it, but i tried to eat daily before going back to base and grab snacks for the evening.

There are no signs or instructions on how to get from the airport to the hotel. We had to walk approximately 20 minutes with suitcases to locate the hotel. Later we found out that there is a small train that leaves you a 5-minute walk away.

Really friendly staff. Clean rooms and the breakfast is a bonus. Hotel location is about a 20 min walk from T2 and a 10 min walk from T1. Recommend that you take the tram if you have bags. We found that Parc Phoenix is the best stop but you will pass the hotel entrance on the way to this stop, but it takes about a minute to walk back.

Difficult to find reception . Couldn't work out how to use shower and get hot water . Finally worked it out . Some signage and instructions would make all the difference. Breakfast looked good but the room was packed and no where to sit

Great place to stay before a flight. Even after checking out, we were able to spend some time at the hotel by the pool and wait for our flight in peace. The staff were really friendly. The housekeeping staff were so diligent that they tried to come into our room three times during the last hour before check-out. I would still recommend this hotel to all!

The family room was two separate rooms, one with a queen bed , the second with two twins. Each room had a bathroom. Very lovely for the four of us traveling together. Breakfast was good and filling . Employee very friendly and helpful with taxis and directions. Highly recommend.
