The front desk staff was super nice, helpful and accommodating! I asked for a room with a shower that has a chair which the lady was very helpful. She put us in the first floor per my request when I made the reservation. (They looked at the notes I provided on Expedia when I made the reservation). The room was clean, everything worked as it should. They provided us with extra blankets, pillow, and towels! The lobby was clean. There was an area to sit and eat, breakfast was included although we did not eat there. There is a small bar if one wants libations. Ample parking outside. They had a covered area to eat/smoke outside. We had a lovely overnight stay! Would definitely stay here again!! I felt very safe there but wouldn’t venture off the property. The hotel is tucked away behind a Burger King and is difficult to see from the main road. There’s a RaceTrack gas station, 24hr McDonalds, and Taco Bell right there. There’s also a Mexican restaurant down the road but was closed by the time we checked in to our room. The hotel is very conveniently located off of I 75. The other hotel right there was a Hampton Inn.

For it to be a microtel it was absolutely awesome. Pool is open til 10 wish it would be a little later due to not wanting to be around a lot of people. Absolutely loved the bar set up. The "kitchen" area was awesome and love their shopping little center. Definitely a cheap Boujee trip but affordable for the poor lol we will definitely be back and keep going. Hoping to use the gym next time. Hot bubble bath was relaxing. Just everything about it was the best can't wait to come back. Definitely bringing the kids so they can enjoy the time too. And the price was especially worth it. Loved it!!!!

Check in was a breeze. The rooms smell a bit on the musky side. A huge crack on the bathtub. Two of my pillows had blood stains. Floors were dusty. I stayed one night so I didn’t make much of it. Would not stay there again.

It was okay. Common area spaces were nice but the Hotel room was small and not cleaned very well. there was ketchup smeared on the wall under the tv when I walked in which I wiped off unsure how the staff didn’t see giant red splatter on the wall. The sheets and pillows all had little black marks on them as well. Hair dryer looked damaged. Probably would not stay at this hotel again if I had another option.

Smallest room I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were tiny and not suitable for a good night's rest. Bathroom was fine and everything was clean and quiet. The tv was impossible to operate and I gave up watching the game quickly and went to sleep.

The A/c unit was the old fashioned under the window noisy units. Everytime it went on it woke us is. Room was so tiny you barely had space to move around. Bed was uncomfortable. All in all I would not recommend staying there unless you want a sleepless night

Overall my experience was mediocre at best. The staff was excellent they took care of us and were very welcoming. As far as the facility itself, it was emphasized that there is no smoking yet every floor smelled like cigarettes, the Wi-Fi which was supposed to be offered didn’t work not slowly it just straight no internet, the TV’s had the same problem it was glitching and the screen would go white, making the TV unusable (this was in both rooms), and lastly the breakfast was… not what I expected. Overall the stay was ok to sleep and that’s about it.

Very comfortable hotel located just off the Interstate. New, clean, modern; although the rooms could definitely benefit from the addition of charging stations or at least some USB plugs. Great price for a queen suite!

First room the AC was EXTREMELY loud and I asked for maintenance to take a look. Instead they had me move to a second room. On the second room they couldn’t get the key cards programmed. After they came back and forth four times finally admitted there was an issue and I had to move to a third room. Although the third room was a courtesy upgrade due to prior issues…I was locked out of the room yet again early the next morning when the keys for that room stopped working. The staff was friendly but obviously have physical plant issues out of their control.

My husband and I recently lost everything in our home due to Hurricane Helene and have been staying at this hotel while we try to rebuild. We have been without power for almost two weeks, and there is still no resolution in sight. The hotel and its staff have been nothing short of amazing during this incredibly difficult time. Everyone has been so kind and considerate, truly going above and beyond to help us through this trauma. A special shoutout to the manager, Amish, who has been incredibly accommodating and always greets us with a warm smile. He made sure we had a room ready when we found out that Hurricane Milton, another Category 3 storm, is heading straight for our area. It's such a relief, especially with all the nearby hotels fully booked, to know we have a safe place to stay. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly—everything we could ask for during such a stressful time. We are so grateful to the entire team here. Their kindness has been a true blessing.

The hotel pictures online were deceiving. When I arrived with my family, we were given the wrong room. I had to go back to the front desk to request another room because the one we received was occupied. The staff eventually provided us with a different room. The next morning, when I tried to iron my clothes, the iron wasn’t working. I went to the front desk again, and they had to go to another room to get me a replacement. After that, I left for the day. When we returned, the room key wasn’t working, so I had to make another trip to the front desk to get a new key. To make matters worse, dogs were barking everywhere, making it difficult for us to sleep. This experience was very inconvenient for my family and me. I won’t be staying at any Microtel hotel again. My daughter plays travel softball, and I need a hotel where, after a long day under the sun, we can return to a quiet place to rest.

Microtel in Brooksville is very new and nicely located on a quiet side street just off I75. Our room was located on first floor and had a view of the parking lot (OK). Also if you like biking or running visit the Withlacoochee state trail just a few miles away!

Our stay was great. We were happy to enjoy the fresh popcorn in the lobby, and surprised to find a small bar. Breakfast was good. They had microwave egg sandwiches which is far better than the dry eggs you usually see. The room was clean and comfortable with no noise from either side of our room.

The Microtel Inn & Suites Brooksville, FL is a great place to stay. Good free breakfast and coffee 24/7. Very clean room and awesome, friendly staff. I had left some items behind and the cleaning staff secured the items. I was able to come back the next day and pick-up my items. Such a great experience dealing with awesome people. Thanks Microtel!!! A perfect experience.

Breakfast consisted of pancakes ( make your own), coffee, & apples. No juices, or toast/ bagels or cereals. No hot oatmeal/ grits. No breakfast meats, no yogurts. Very bleak and very limited. Hallway to our room had a very strong smell of deodorizers. Room had the same smell, so strong that it affected my sinuses. Bed was very comfortable, only had 3 pillows on the bed, no extra pillows or blankets in room. The one room had the queen size bed, and space was extremely tight with the small desk, fridge & microwave. Fridge wasn’t very cold and there was no way to adjust the temp. Shower was good, with plenty hot water. Minimal Toiletries were available in the bathroom. Hotel interior was peaceful however the Road noise was extremely loud up in our room, but the location was very close to the interstate. Lobby & grounds were nicely manicured. Staff were pleasant and hospitable. Ample spaces for Parking single vehicles and an adjacent dirt area used for alternate parking for a semi or truck & trailer/ boat parking. Very convenient location next to I-75, restaurants, eateries, grocery, and fueling stations.

My only complaint is thr breakfast is lacking, no gluten free iptions for those with dietary restrictions, but for the price i was happy to grab breakfast elsewhere. Most comfortable bed ever!
