Tried Casa Cupola for the first time and found it to be a wonderful experience. Their staff was outstanding, as was my room and the many amenities they offer. In particular, their Sunday brunch was the best! Multiple pool areas, bar and restaurant so you really want for nothing. Will absolutely stay there again on my next visit.

The tub wasn’t working and the sauna was off. It took about 15 minutes to warm up. Food and drinks were over-priced. The only thing that made my stay memorable was the staff, who were very attentive.

The staff welcomed me in a way that I felt I was visiting family ! The hotel is amazing. As a solo traveler had a lot of fun and was able to host my friends in common areas. The hotel surrounds are safe. Boris, the hotel manager and Noel, pool bar attendant were amazing. Cannot wait to book my next getaway in Puerto Vallarta!!

If you dont mind walking ots about 12 min on foot but its kind of a workout back up the hill and stairs when its hot. Other tha. That the property was perfect. Besides the two leaks in the roof which were small leaks due to the being raining season, I found it very inconvenient that if I wanted to have someone sleepover that I met with during the parties they had and then partied with them at the beach, which is in walking distance as well Felt it inconvenience that I am being charged for having that guest spend tonight in my room that I purchased for the weekend. Seems like another scam for them to get some money from you aside from what you’re already paying.

El servicio y atención por parte del staff desde el check in y hasta el check out fue excelente y salvo mi estancia de una mala calificación, pues la habitación 101 que me tocó no fue la mejor experiencia, la habitación en sí en general era muy cómoda y suficiente con todo lo necesario, sin embargo está localizada debajo del restaurant bistro y el ruido durante la hora del desayuno era bastante notorio. Y algo bastante notorio es que los mosquitos e insectos estaban por doquier, entiendo que el clima de la ciudad propicia a que estos existan en mayor abundancia, pero creo que es evidente la falta de fumigación. Ninguna sorpresa pues no esconden el hecho de que el camino es una subida bastante pronunciada y el hotel no cuenta con elevadores, por lo que hay que considerar que utilizarás bastante las escaleras En general me quedo con el excelente servicio por parte de todo el staff, pero no volvería, no es mi tipo de estancia y la propiedad si bien no está mal, no es excelente.

We were in contact with manager Felix who provided shuttle transportation to the resort which we recommend. Boris, the manager of the property provided all of the maps and suggestions for store, markets, restaurants we needed to enjoy our stay. We had breakfast every morning that was delicious and our waiter Lalo was fantastic. The room was spacious clean and private. We look forward to stay there again on our next visit to PV. Plus we always had a rif=de available to wherever we wanted to explore.

This place is amazing! My partner and I celebrated our 26th anniversary. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. Our villa was beautiful with awesome views. Felix arranged “Dinner Under the Stars”. The food was incredible and the night was romantic. Unforgettable!

We absolutely loved everything about this property. It was our 20th anniversary, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We have no complaints. We even changed plans for our December trip to Brazil so that we could spend the time in Puerto Vallarta at this hotel.
