Nice clean, hotel. friendly and responsive staff. Free shuttle service to and from airport a huge plus! Can pay for shuttle service to and from Globe Life field for concert. Was very convenient and we didn't wait long to get picked up. Will visit again!

We came for a weekend getaway with our daughter and grandson. The indoor pool was a big hit. The gym was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. Ataff is very friendly and helpful!

We booked for the indoor pool and hot tub. When we got to the Hotel the swimming area had a smell of dirty sewer water, others guests also agreed. The hot tub was a very dark dirty green color with a foul odor and the pool was not clean as my son went in for a secound and clomps of hair came up on him from under the water. We had him get out and reported it. But yet saw no one come in to clean either of the amenities. That was the whole reason we booked for the pool and spa use indoors. Everything else seemed ok, the resturant only had curtain food items to order from from whay was stated in the menu. Just disappointed our concerns were not addressed as in the morning we went down to see if it was clean over night like the guy told us it would be, the water was even a darker green. Will not stay there again.

Stayed here on Thanksgiving for the Dallas game. The hotel was nice had no problems. The ONLY ISSUE was the elevator. They only had one out of three working. Besides that great stay not far at all from the stadium and ball park. We for would stay there again.

Property was nice enough but 2 of the 3 elevators weren’t working. Bathroom drain was slow but otherwise a nice enough place to stay for the money.

Restaurant is closed at lunch. A little inconvenient. However, the free shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

The staff were very friendly. The facilities were clean. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

There was a big ass roach that crawled across my floor.

The hotel was close to the stadium where we were heading which was convenient. You don’t even get a bottle of water in the room but you can buy one for $3! The rooms had roaches and the tub did not work. Rooms are not properly cleaned because someone left their glasses. Would not return.

Dirty, bathroom had hair everywhere, tiles broken/loose, faucet in shower is broken, toliet handle is broken, and again dirty. Very poor experience. Won’t be staying again. Only positive was, Check in was easy and smooth.

The carpet in the room is very dirty, we are a group of visitors and most of us got allergies during our stays.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, I noted mold on the shower ceiling, the TV did not work, and the bathroom tiles were coming up from the floor. The hotel is just in need of maintenance and repair.

Stayed 1 night for a concert. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the a/c seemed to run louder than normal, there were cracks in the wall, the shower water pressure wasn’t great and the drain plug in the tub didn’t work so the water pooled up. Glad we only had to spend 1 night. Most likely won’t stay there again.

Room was really nice. Bed was comfortable. I would have liked a small note pad with pen in the room. Staff was friendly and professional.

There is an ongoing problem with getting the tv signal reestablished in a bunch of rooms. The desk manager set my wife and I up in a conference room to watch the NBA playoffs on its big screen. Kudos go to him! The main living resting area was real nice except for the crooked picture on the wall. The bathroom needs serious repairs on the floor tiles, wall patches, and the tub caulking. It gets our worse bathroom rating on our trip.

Okay. Nothing special. Some of the room lights didn’t work. Tv options are below average. Almost ran out of toilet paper.

Employees great. Room great. No internet service on 4th floor. Couldn’t be fixed. Wasn’t able to conduct business. Was told they would make an adjustment to my $800 bill

The grout in bathroom floor was missing in about 1/3 of the bathroom and the tub faucet was leaking pretty bad. Everything else was fine.

Our ac did not work properly and it was so hot! The entire hotel was hot! The beds were so hard and the tvs were old and remotes wouldn’t work efficiently.

Staff was excellent! Shuttle service drivers were fantastic! Breakfast buffet was delicious! Definitely stay here again!

The check in was so accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff were incredible throughout the stay. The gentlemen at the restaurant/bar not so much though. Spent a lot of time on his phone texting :)

I have stayed here a few times, the staff is outstanding, friendly, really nice people that take an interest in helping you enjoy your stay. They provide a service for transportation to events that is very convenient. Rooms are clean and I have not experienced any disappointments. Actually like the location and staff!

The front desk day team were very pleasant. The #1 driver Bob was on time for DFW early am pickup. The breakfast bar looked great. My opinion is that it should be free, so I didn't eat there. Coffee only as it was free and good, might I say. The property is clean inside and out. Located near the AT&T stadium. Only one issue.. Poor communication between the evening front desk young lady and the woman that was there the morning of my departure. My cab had come and gone! She wasn't aware that it was scheduled. It added stress to an otherwise great weekend. She called, he returned and I made it through to my early am flight. I would stay here again and would also recommend.

So wonderful to have a shuttle take you to/from the airport as well as a trolley to take you to Globe field and all included in your stay!! There were some issues that caused a stressful/sleepless night. When we checked in there was a lot of confusion and they checked our ID and confirmation number multiple times. Then we go up to our room (3 adults) and find a single bed when we booked 2 beds. We went back and asked for 2 beds as reserved. The manager came and helped us this time but still have quite the confusion even after I passed over my phone to the manager with the confirmation name and number. ( There was also a lot of confusion around the breakfast voucher from Expedia too- which didn’t matter as we only had the coffee and not breakfast. ) so we get our new room and think all is well only to be woke up by a phone call from the front desk shortly prior to midnight to tell us we had to go to the lobby to verify our identify. It was so bizarre we thought it was a scam. After about 5-8 minutes and sharing our confirmation number 6 more times the lady said we were checked in under the wrong name so they were not sure who was in the room as they checked us in under someone else’s reservation. I still have so many questions about this situation and why it was appropriate to talk to guests that way and especially at that hour. The morning manager was “apologetic” and was going to look into it, but wow what an experience.

I do not recommend this place. The cleaning staff came in after we left for the day, and stole my wife's wedding rings and her iPhone charger. The hotel staff didn't bother questioning the maids.

Just convenient when attending events at AT&T Stadium, other than that... no way.

Best Breakfast Buffet ever. Quiet clean room. Great Hotel.

Pros: Location is perfect for 6 Flags, Rangers game or Cowboys game. There's places to eat in the area. A grocery store close by. Hotel offers a ride to those locations for guests. Cons: There's no breakfast and the restaurant hours are not convenient.

Great place to stay for a Cowboy game. There van service available from the hotel to and from the game. Beds were super comfortable with pillow firm and softness options. Restaurant food and service is awful but there is an IHOP in the parking lot.

Property made a great first impression. Very modern and beautifully appointed. And the lobby smelled awesome. Check-in staff lovely. Room very clean and roomy. Close to elevator as requested. Very quiet and close to everything. However, there were a few hiccups. No ice machine on our floor; elevators frequently wet, presumably from pool traffic? Very unsightly as well as dangerous for my 84 year old mother. Most disappointing was the onsite restaurant. Only had one meal ( dinner ) and while the food was excellent and plentiful the sole waitperson literally provided “fly by” service, i. e. seating, menus, taking our order and delivering the food were all done as he was “flying” by our table. Also, the “dinner included in price of room” was evidently a misprint. Spoke to the Front Desk staff and Manager about this snafu. Both were lovely about it and but the manager finally gave up and suggested I contact Holiday Inn customer service about it. Considering the price of the room was about $200/night seemed unusual that the Manager couldn’t just honor the promise and remove the cost of our dinner (two burgers) from our bill. Lastly, on check-in, received coupons for free breakfast buffet. However , the next morning discovered the hotel had opted not to prepare the buffet that day afterall!

The breakfast/ attached restaurant situation was disappointing. Slow, poorly staffed, out of a lot of typical items/ limited menu. The hotel would be better off with a continental breakfast. It was very disappointing for such a nice hotel.
