Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. There is no elevator for guest to use (only 2 floors), however the staff will gladly transport you luggage cart on thew freight elevator. Really the only complaint I would have is that the hallways have a musty smoke smell.

The pool was cold, the cieling is misisng tilea.carpet in pool area dirty.laundry room dirty.Sitting area near pool was closed .The worse part was not being told that their was a deposit until I was checking in . I paid online ahead of time and only wanted somewherebto enjoy my birthday with grandkids and I still havent got my deposit back yet!
