The motel needs to be remodel and stuff that needs to be fixed it’s like one place in the hallway the carpet in the middle floor is unglued from floor and up in the middle for a few feet and it can cause anybody to trip and the outlet in the gym where the treadmill goes to needs to be fixed and the outlet cover needs to be put on it treadmill what does work the outlet is bad and the gym was locked even when the time it should be open but when asked the lady in the lobby, she said that I use it so they didn’t unlock it but she was nice and unlocked. It were my son could used the gym the people were very nice friendly went up and beyond for their job very helpful. The breakfast was really good.

Pool area was kinda dark and outdated. Used a lot of chlorine. The night receptionist seemed like she did not want to be at work and it was like we were bothering her by asking for pool towels. Easy parking and cool rooms.

Elevator on the fritz. You cant ride, but your luggage can. Old and dated, you can tell its seen better days Get to breakfast before 9 or you're going to McDs next door

Room was clean and a good size. Pool area was needing a lot of upkeep, very outdated and sad. Pool hours were lacking also; 9am to 9pm is just silly. I get up at 6am and would like to swim before I eat. Would not stay at the facility again or reccmond it.

Me and my family had a great time all the people who worked there was so nice rose mary and heather was my favs both was so nice to us and our family the indoor pool was great for the kids other than the laundry room dryer not blowing heat i have 0 complainta breakfast was amazing and we will be back of we are wver in this area agai.

Lobby area smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. The room floor wasn’t vacuumed and had eaten sunflower seeds on it. No water pressure in the room and about an Inch gap on the room door to the floor not a place that I would stay again.

I chose to stay here because I have stayed here before and it was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this wasn’t. There were huge roaches. Cleaning staff tried to break into our room at 9:30 AM (we never requested service). The surfaces (table, nightstand, dresser) had not been wiped down from the previous guest. Our room was also right in front of the vending machines in a very public area, instead of in a hallway. It was an unfortunate experience, although tolerable.

First walked in to the check in counter and was hit with an intense smell of weed. Horrible cleanliness. Chairs in the room had numerous stains on them. The flooring was greasy/sticky. The bedding had stains on them. There was actually public hair in the shower along with what looked like black mold/dirt in the shower area. Water stains under the sink. Do not recommend this hotel.

It started at check in. The receptionist was quite rude when i asked about the deposit. Then on to Room 228... door is not plumb so you have to shoulder block it open. I went down to retrieve the rest of our items and house keeping was next room over, she watched me walk down the hall. When i returned my fiance let me know that as soon as i left the cleaning lady entered the room, was startled to see her, said she was just checking the bathroom, never checked anything and left in a hurry. Im glad my fiance was there because it seemed like she was there to thieve. Smoke detector in the room was wrapped in plastic, the chair looked like it had vomit on it, the curtians would not close completely leaving a 3 inch gap the shone light in our eyea all night. The "breakfast" was disgusting and actually had expired honeybuns on it. Its 30 yrds from a main highway and airport is around the corner. Dont come here to get rest. Worst stay anywhere ever.

Heather was great very friendly and responsive great worker. I think a few upgrades are needed overall but for the price I don’t think you can go wrong good breakfast area clean. I would stay again

My children and i loved our stay. Well be booking again. The woman that cooks the breakfast is very sweet and helpful. Forget her name she has beautiful eyes. All of the front desk staff was amazing. But those housekeepers are ok its just the attitude and half cleaning. Had to get my room changed because of that.

The staff was very nice and the property was overall clean. Breakfast was good, although there weren’t many options. The bathroom has a strange smell and the door didn’t latch. The sheets did not stay on the mattress. The air unit had a pretty awful odor that I can only describe as musty. Was loud outside due to traffic but we did not mind. Convenient location. Would come back.

Great place to stay. Clean, Comfortable and Staff was Great. Breakfast gave many choices and the lady working the breakfast area was so helpful. I watched her make several children's waffles that were in there alone, because she was afraid, they would get burned. Very compassionate lady.

Enjoyed our stay. We were in town to see family so did not spend a lot of time in the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was quiet - we heard very little sound from the hallway and upstairs. I like the inside hallways. The hotel has an indoor pool. I walked around it but did not go in the pool. Breakfast was good - waffles, eggs, toast, etc served up by a cheery woman. I would stay here again.

This hotel advertisement is not what it is. The smell alone gave me a migraine almost like someone had been smoking drugs all through the hallway. We only came to sleep but I put towels under the door and sprayed our room just to be able to sleep. The nice breakfast that they advertised is definitely nothing like they say. The milk had a bad taste, there was only waffle to make, eggs and the bagels were so stale that I could not cut them in half to toast. The towels had bad stains, the shower and floor looked like someone shaved a husky on it, the colorful piece over the blanket had blood spots and the sheets were badly stained and had holes all in them. The front desk personal was the best part of the hotel.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I used the microwave to warm up tea & it started smoking. I got tea from the breakfast area & the water tasted like coffee, I would never stay there again.

The lady worked hard for morning breakfast. However I wish there had been a couple of fruit selections instead of just apples and more of a selection for breakfast instead of just eggs, waffles, cereal or yogurt. Other than that our 2 night stay was excellent and we'll stay again if we head that way again. Pool area was great, needs more seating for adults but kids had a great time.
