The mattress was so comfortable and the room so nice. The manager was so accommodating to me, the dog and when I accidentally left behind something he held onto it so I could come back and get it. That is customer service! Newly refurbished and it doesn’t look like a 4 star but I give it 5!

The room was very clean and comfortable, check-in staff was super nice, off street parking right in front of the room. Located right across the street from Trader Joes, Costco (gas), and a host of other shopping. Easy drive to downtown, Santa Rosa is a nice little visit. Lots to do and see.

It was comfortable but the room needed some repairs. The bathroom sink had no lever to raise the plug. So it would fill up and then leak out slowly to empty. Carpet needed cleaning.

I reserved a king size bed when i reached the hotel the guy checked me into a room with 2 double beds. When i opened the door i was horrified it stunk like piss, the carpet wasnt even vaccuumed, the beds were terrible. The kind of hotel u dont even want to sit on the furniture. Disgusting i would never stay here again.

I love how the fridge and microwave are housed in their own cabinet. It looks very nice! Most other places just put the microwave on top of the fridge. Excellent location, being close to on and off ramps, and with the huge shopping center across the road where you can get lower priced gas at Costco and sundries at Target. Randy at the front desk was very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

We were hesitant at first. But once we arrived the owners were very welcoming. The property was clean , and quiet. Sleep like a baby. Only downside was that the room was extremely hot when we arrived and it took hours to cool down. We left for a few hours and came back and room had cooled down some. We didn’t complain because overall we had a great stay. We had a King room in the corner and it was on a Thursday .

The room was clean and tidy. Some items that need to be addressed: bathroom sink has no stopper/filter making items lost to the drain pipe, USB charging ports at lamps not working, screen in window is bent- appearing as if someone attempted to break in, no additional bolt for the door. Lovely front desk staff. But as a single night guest I would have preferred a room that wasnt smack dab in the middle of long term guests. I large garbage bag sitting outside the door and golidy window dressi g gave it away.

The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Maid service was good. Just wished when they cleaned the room that they would have left some more coffee. No biggie though. Overall it was good.
