We love to stay at Holiday Inn express all over the country. Our number one reason is that not only other rooms just as good as any other room, but you get the most delicious free breakfast and it’s consistent from one Holiday Inn express to another.. this particular, Holiday Inn express located near University of is also extremely convenient when visiting our daughter who’s attending there. Is super friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the pool and the Jacuzzi were out of order and we were looking forward to swimming in them.

It was a great location. We did a 2 night stay for appointments at Moffitt. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast and coffee was good and well stocked. My only complaint was not being notified the pool and hot tub was not avaiable. We was disappointed to find the pool closed off. We looked forward to relaxing in pool in between appointments. Overall, it was a great hotel for what we needed.

i came because grandson was on sprong brake to use hot tub and pool our hot tub at home is broke got here hot tube empty pool too cold to swim ours at home 1 hour away warmer exercersire room 1/2 of equipt broke and very unsafe use advised all above to both ladies on check in i told them spent all this money wife and i could bring us him and his mom s[ring brake vacation gift money NOT WORTH 1/4 WHAT I paid for sorru this was for him and he was SO VERY DISA[POINTED. couldnt get him to unwind all nothing for him to do tonight even after all day at bush gardens today and 6 miles walking. Killed four roaches in the room. Elevator was out. Stairway was disgusting, plus cobwebs that haven’t been cleaned in years. Many vagrant people living in the hotel and smoking pot every night outside the hotel, and around the pool area. Never staying here again.

This property was nice. Good location for us near the college. Looked like they were fixing up the place. Hot tub broke. In our room the cold water ran out quick so the shower was burning after a few minutes. A little dirt in the bathroom. Liked the breakfast, workout room. The room itself. Price was good.

The hotel was very run down and dirty. Carpets throughout were stained and very dirty looking. Walls were covered in dirty smudges. Box spring in one of our rooms was missing the cover so you could see how deeply stained it was. Thebother room had cockroaches crawling out of the broken grout in the bathroom. Needless to say, we immediately asked for a refund and left the hotel. Do not waste your money here!

The employees were friendly, but the hotel was TOO dirty, the carpets had all kind of stains all over the property (blood, gum, bleach, dirt, food, etc), the floors have not been mapped in who knows how long, the walls and the elevator were plain dirty (have not been cleaned or painted in ages), the bathroom sink was disgusting. The breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00am, we went to eat a little before 9:00am and there was barely any food. I let the attendant know as other guests did, and they took forever to bring food out. I talked to at least three employees about the lack of food, they finely would brought some food, but not nearly enough to supply all their guests. On top of that we had not keys to the rooms, their system was supposedly down, and an employee would have to go to each room to open doors for guests to have access to their belongings. That was a first to us, not a way to do business! We overpaid for this hotel. We’ll never stay at this property ever again.

Absolutely mortifying experience! Room wasn’t cleaned after a medical stay. Left over medical patches and excretion everywhere. Very very dirty floor tiles to the point it was black. Pictures to show. Bathtub was full of water to the top with particles everywhere back up… couldn’t shower. Health hazards everywhere serious infection disease conditions

This is a silly complaint but one of comfort. Why are the beds so high off the floor? I am six feet tall and can’t sit on the edge of the bed and have my feet touch the floor. Other than that, everything was great.

First let me say that every employee we encountered was very nice. The major issue for us was that apparently the key card machine was broke therefore we never received a key to our room. When returning for the evening we had to go to front desk and someone would go with us to our room to unlock. We stayed 4 nights and this problem was never fixed. On a good note, we were upgraded in room choice. Furniture was outdated and good be replaced. Carpet in room and halls had noticeable stains. Room was clean. Again all staff very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great.

This has been my go-to hotel when moving my kid in and out of her dorm at USF. It's a quick 5 minute drive to the school, but also it's a little ways back from the main road so it's quiet. The rooms have always been clean and there's plenty of outlets. The free breakfast is better than average. I have recommended this hotel to other USF parents.
