The property looked nothing like the photos, it was damaged and the building was falling apart. The ceiling tiles where lose and falling down exposing wires and lights, the cat walks were cracked and the walls were damaged. The building looked like it hasnt been properly maintained in years. The elevator was disgusting and they had almost nothing out for breakfast. There was one empolyee in the qhole building at the counter. They kicked everyone out on saturday because the "building was closing" whatever that means, no explainations given and wouldnt give refunds to people who still had exisiting days left to be there. We had pack all of our items to leave at 7pm. It was an absolute mess and i will continue to fight for my refund

So half the hotel is under construction, that should have been common knowledge. The rooms behind me were clearly being renovated and I could smell the lacquer and other chemicals being used. There was construction in the morning so there was no way for me to sleep in after 8am. The water from my shower smelled rancid, there were open outlets behind my bed covered in what looked like sawdust. My sink was dirty, mirror that was on the door wasn’t there just the glue from the previous, the toilet paper holder was nonexistent and was instead replaced with stuffed toilet paper. I had no face towels and continued to request for the entirety of the stay to no avail. Breakfast is Costco muffins and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. The cleanest thing on the property was the pool. I am grateful the linens seemed clean and the blankets were comfortable but the bed still has box springs from 1999. The price should be cut in half, but I am grateful to not have seen a roach or bug outside of the water fish in the shower. Needless to say, this trip was motivation for me to out myself in a higher tax bracket. Plan to stay outside of the room if you’re going to stay here.

Really sad, no breakfast, no pool, no tv working. I stayed Tuesday to Wednesday and the lady said there’s no breakfast until Saturday. Tv not working, pool closed, door really hard to open and close.

I had a wonderful experience at the property. It felt so welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help, which made a big difference. The pool was a nice size, and I appreciated the tranquility of the hotel's surroundings. Plus, it was great to have easy access to a variety of food options nearby. Overall, it was a comforting stay that I truly enjoyed.

Therevare a lot of good things to say, cleanliness, polite staff, decent breakfast items, but lack of communication thar the pool was not open for some reason, and was told indefinitley. There really needs to be some sort of notice. This was the top reason besides price for why i went there. I wanted to swim after working all day. Second is the 100 dollar depost that gets held up to 14 business days. Thats just not realistic or necesary. I was told the reason why they don't do a cash deposit is because they had people stealing in the office. That doesn't really sound good.

There were roaches in our room. I had to keep killing them. The highway noise is no problem at all for me as my brain registers it as natural background noise, but as i was trying to get enough sleep for an event the following day, i couldn't sleep due to noise from some people yelling out front for several hours, followed by somene smoking weed in their room for hours and it seeping into our room. Just overall not a great experience. Also... get some dang protein in your breakfast... it's nothing but carbs and unhealthy junk.

The hotel is definitely old and not up to date. Which is fine. But the smell of Marijuana upon checking in was strong. Once we got to our room, you had to slam the door to get it to shut. But the worse part was the roaches that I had to kill during the night. We slept with the light on to keep them away. The included breakfast was a joke.

We reserved two rooms. Both were really dirty - hair all over, floors that made your socks/ feet black, and a smell that was a combination of smoke, wet dog, and must. When we checked in, we were also asked if we wanted towels. TOWELS. For the two rooms, where there were 5 of us staying for 2 nights, we were given 3 towels. It was pretty ridiculous. I'd say, find a different cheap motel in the area if you can. We won't return.

Suite wasn't cleaned well at all. Floors were FILTHY. Sheets were stained and fold out mattress WAS DISGUSTING!!! Mold in the bathrooms. It was a very unpleasant 3 day stay.

I stayed in room 145. The curtains would not stay up. Front desk staff had to staple curtain to wall to keep it from falling down and to make matters worse there was a roach infestation. Pillow did not gave a case and the television did not work Manager was rude not caring and I had to argue just to get my money back.

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I saw prostitutes and a drug dealer hanging out in front of the hotel selling their wares. Check in was easy. I asked for a few extra towels and the attendant brought them to my room. The room was ok. It needs to be cleaned better. There was a dirty, used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The toilet had hair, piss and dirt all around the base of it. The floors were sticky and there were dirty hand prints on the walls. Some lamps didn’t have bulbs. The sheets had dirt in them. The shower was extremely hard to turn on and off because the faucet handle was broken. All night long we heard people screaming, arguing and stomping. There are a lot of nefarious activities going on at this place all hours of the day and night. I didn’t feel safe being there alone. I will never stay at this hotel again.

First, check in was eternal. They charge you a deposit instead of pending until you checkout and say they will refund. After checking in, got to the room to realize it wasn’t the room we reserved. One bed for 3 adults, we went back and another guest also had the same issue and there was an outstanding line. Had to wait again to get the room changed. Got to the room and found a small roach in the bathroom. There was only 2 towels and no phone in the room. The floors were pretty dirty that even walking a few minutes with socks only made them dark with dirt. Didn’t even try the WiFi but I heard other guest complain it wasn’t working while waiting for our room change. The breakfast was pretty limited and not really refilled as often as necessary given the quantity of guests that were coming in a different times. I would not recommend staying here if you can help it.

My second time staying at this property. Once again, the staff were absolutely delightful. Friendly, kind, willing to help and always available. I booked a second time here because I enjoyed my stay last year, but sadly I wouldn’t stay again. There appears to be lots of people actually living here, revving their car engines outside in the car park all evening which was annoying. The TV in my room didn’t work so I couldn’t watch it. Reported to maintenance but nobody came. The bed was clean and comfortable but just like last year, the floors were filthy and I had to throw my socks away after my stay. The rooms are large but just need some TLC. They’re shabby, need painting and the doors replacing. They don’t even fit the frame properly and you can see daylight through the gaps. The whole place has turned rather depressing. Ideal for a cheap one night stay, but anything more is a struggle. Bathroom and shower were good, fridge and AC both worked well. The place is just noisy and needs a really good clean! Once again, it was the employees that made it for me. They’re all lovely!

Fake nail on the bathroom floor. Tv was on when I got in the room and it was 60 degrees. No blanket on either bed just a sheet. Smoke detector hanging off the wall and started beeping periodically from midnight to 6 am.

The door key didn’t work right making it hard to open the door, there was only 1 blanket with 2 beds in the room, there was a lamp with no outlet to plug it in, no phone in the room, & the TV only played one station.

I didnt hear doors closing from other rooms and it was clean enough. But the curtains arent black out and the parking isnt great. I couldnt log on to the wifi and the colume button on the remote didnt work so i had to get up and adjust the tv a few times. Theres no coffee pot in the room.

The pictures look nothing like the property. We checked out immediately at seeing the location and room. The staff said they would process the refund when we were there in person but then was completely unresponsive when the refund never showed up. When hotels.com/expedia tried to contact them they either lied and said we stayed the whole time or wouldn't answer their phone. This location is listed as a Motel 6 but the sign has been changed to something else as well. Motel 6 couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either. Eventually hotels.com gave us the refund on good faith but I hope they follow up and get the money from the hotel. This property should not be allowed to be a part of a reputable website.

My second time staying at this property. Once again, the staff were absolutely delightful. Friendly, kind, willing to help and always available. There appears to be lots of people actually living here, revving their car engines outside in the car park all evening which was annoying. The TV in my room didn’t work so I couldn’t watch it. Reported to maintenance but nobody came. The bed was clean and comfortable but just like last year, the floors were filthy and I had to throw my socks away after my stay. The rooms are large but just need some TLC. They’re shabby, need painting and the doors replacing. They don’t even fit the frame properly and you can see daylight through the gaps. The whole place has turned rather depressing. Ideal for a cheap one night stay, but anything more is a struggle. Bathroom and shower were good, fridge and AC both worked well. The place is just noisy and needs a really good clean! Once again, it was the employees that made it for me. They’re all lovely!

Didn't Like: The check-in started with dirty floor because they gave me the wrong room, the internet was so bad, the Breakfast was limited and the items disappeared during the stay, i asked for Room service 3 times, only 1 time they arrive, 3 days before the end of my stay, they informed me that the police took over the property and i have to check-out without other explanation, i was going to Disney on that day, and there was no time to pack and go to any other hotel, they mention refunding, but since i booked a package including the Flight & Car and i wont get anything, after spending time arguing, they accept to shift my stay to another hotel under the same management, still lost couple of stuff of my items and almost half day of the Disney visit, on of the things i lost as well, a package suppose to reach to the facility but since i was forced out they didn't accept it, and till date trying to get the refund.

You could tell it’s used as a shelter. The bathroom was old. Only gave us 2 towels one washcloth and small hand towel. The parking lot was very dark and unsafe looking

Nice staff at front. The hotel was in terrible condition and the rooms felt unsafe. We checked out 10 mins after we checked in. We immediately asked for a refund from Expedia…. The pictures did not come close to representing the conditions.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. We had it for 9 days. There was nothing available for breakfast no bread, no cereal, no fruit all shelves were empty. When we asked the staff they said they just work here and it is not their fault. We didn’t go for breakfast after that during our stay.

First the ok - seemed clean except for a mold and mildew on the tile. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no tissues. Shower had a leak that sprayed in your face. Only way to contact the desk is by text can be up to 30 min if they respond. Breakfast is carb loaded processed prepackage. Requested no emails - prob got 10 regarding the check in etc. never could get a zero balance receipt. Would never stay here again and not recommend.

We were there for 8 nights. We had to constantly ask for fresh towels. The curtains to the window were all stained and dirty looking. Was not much there for breakfast!! They had someone in the room restocking a couple items at a time as you walked in. It worked for the purpose I needed, but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.
